Excellent staff, amazing penthouse. Highly recommend! Be aware that the penthouse is 7 stairs up with no elevator, so not for the faint of heart.

Well, we got a upgrade on our package, and it was the best time we ever had anywhere in britain. Definitely down for the best experience staying somewhere in britain, we've ever had. The view was easily the best in the city, just fantastic, the room was clean, the facilities were top notch and luxurious. Staff were readily available and easy to reach, it was perfect.

Fantastic location and amenities. My only suggestion would be to take a unit above ground floor if you like natural light as there are only 2 small ground level windows. Otherwise completely spotless and has everything needed with easy access to everything in Bath.

So good! Great location and lovely staff. Room had an amazing view and everything we needed. Be prepared to walk up lots of stairs to get to the top floor, but once you are there it’s totally worth it. Incredible view.
