We were in town for a wedding and had a few choices of hotels. We chose Aloft and were really happy with our whole experience. Comfortable bed, nice shower and pressure, convenient snack station. Very clean and modern. The lobby area is beautiful and looks like a high end bar. We played pool and chess and even the oversized connect four game. Highly recommend!

The food situation wasn't explained. Most Marriott properties have a complimentary breakfast.

First- we stayed 2 nights- WOW! While we were gone they came in and made the bed, replenished coffee and cups and straightened the room. What a nice surprise to come back to! Everyone on the staff were so friendly. Loved the room! Will definitely be back!

It was very clean and the rooms were spacious. Loved that the floors were not carpet like most other hotels. The housekeepers were great & it is in a convenient location. Our only complaint is that you can hear noises coming from the rooms above and next t you. Other than that, we loved our stay, would return.

It was easy to commute to the office. My room has chemical smell, not enough towels in the room and AC was not working properly. Overall was not bad. I spoke to staff and they handled all for me.

After a more than two hour trip on the hot Texas roads I was delighted to pull into the Aloft Euless…the person who checked me in was top notch, courteous and professional. She welcomed me with great information and a genuine smile! Was looking forward to head up to the room and cool off…BUT…when I got up there I found I could adjust the AC temperature…I tried to adjust the temperature and decided to leave for dinner to give the room time to cool down…several hours later I returned and the room was still as hot as when I left it…

Bed wasn’t the comfiest, my husband and I both woke up with sore backs. We’ve learned to bring a sound machine cause the lovely house keepers that start cleaning at the crack of dawn. We could still hear people over the sound machine. Nice area. I don’t know if we will stay there again.

The room and staff were great, But the internet was a real issue. The staff had to get on my machine and do something special to get it to work. Then, when I woke up the next day it was not working again. I tried to do what they had done the night before, but it didn't work so I gave up.

I always enjoy staying at this property. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. You can hear a bit of noise from the freeway depending on what side of the hotel you are on, but nothing major. This is my goto property when I need to stay near the airport. You are surrounded by everything you need.

I made a last minute reservation at the Aloft because the hotel I was at was crappy. The staff answered all of my questions and quickly.got me in my room. Best descion ever! The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, and I will recommended to friends and family.

Stayed only one night and was up very early to catch a Friday flight. After I got home I realized I left my portable router on the table in the room. I tried calling the hotel direct line several times and it just rung without an answer. Finally Saturday night someone answered. The guy I talked to asked me to call tomorrow to speak with the Manager, so I did. I explained everything and she put me on hold to to talk to housekeeping. After a long hold she came back and said nope they didn’t see it, sorry….bye. I know with 100% certainty it was there when I left. It just disappeared like magic. I will be speaking to Corp., but if their attitude is the same as the Manager’s…..I know where I won’t stay ever again. The moral of the story here is…they have none.

I always enjoy staying at this property. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. You can hear a bit of noise from the freeway depending on what side of the hotel you are on, but nothing major. This is my goto property when I need to stay near the airport. You are surrounded by everything you need.

The hotel was a little dirty. It seemed used; at least in my room. The TV didn't work too well. Maybe it needed a battery in the remote. The business center didn't work properly. The printer took multiple attempts to log on and then when I did get in, the system shut down and I had to begin the process all over. A three-minute job took me an hour. The food situation wasn't explained. Most Marriott properties have a complimentary breakfast.

We were only here for an overnight between flights & the hotel satisfied our needs in that regard. It was clean, close to the airport, and had a few restaurants in the same area that we could walk to. My only complaint is regarding breakfast, which was supposed to be included in our rate. However, there was no continental option & we were supposed to be able to order it to our room, but there was neither a menu nor instructions in the room. We ended up grabbing overpriced granola bars from the lobby mart on our way out (and expensive breakfast at the airport when we arrived).

The room was small but cute and entirely functional for two people on a weekend trip. There were snacks for purchase in the lobby, and it was right in the middle of a shopping district with restaurants galore to choose from. The staff was friendly and available at all times of night. We definitely will be back for our next concert trip.

I like how there was enough space in the room and there was somewhat of a view. Everything was super clean. Shower was perfect and the only thing I would say is that the shower itself doesn’t seal properly and water comes out but other than that everything was perfect

Positives: This hotel is in a prime location near many restaurants and activities. The neighborhood is upscale and safe. There is a designated parking garage for the hotel which is free. The property is pet friendly which was important for us and out little canine friend. DFW airport is close. Rooms are well equipped with power blinds, unique wallpaper, comfortable beds and much more. Negatives: None really, but maybe the price point was a little high. Ultimately this was a perfect stay for my family.
