water filter on 3rd floor broken reported

We did not like the fact we had to park in the parking garage and walk to hotel. They charge by the hour or day. The heat didn’t work when we arrived but they gave me portable heater. If you stay here I suggest you ask them to validate parking ticket. They do not offer it and say you need to pay separately but when I asked second day they validated my ticket. But when I asked they said I had to pay. The garage attendant informed me of this so we did save money. Once validated parking was free.

Everything was perfect. The hospitality was exceptional. The room was huge!!! Loved it

Room was very clean, the while building was pretty spotless. Brooklyn reached out to check on us, to see how it was going. Tv was great, great app selection, bathroom/shower was great, worked just fine. The mirror has a built in bluetooth speaker! Was pretty awesome, heating/cooling/fan speed in the room was easy to adjust and on point. Mini fridge to keep items cold. The filtered water that was available to drink was a great addition as well. Retaurant and Bar looked great, I didnt use it but it looked nice. All the hotel staff were friendly. Parking garage was a stone throw away, so that helps. Housekeeping staff was quick and friendly as well. I would love to stay again, and will definitely tell others coming to the area about it, I already have told quite a few, 7 or 8 people how nice it is.
