Caribbean Shores

The location was very convenient but the management and service was terrible. I booked a king bed and was provided a queen with a take it or leave it attitude by the owner/property manger. The room was adequate but the air condition unit had what looked like black mold, no soap bars and towels were only available by texting the property manager and picking up in the utility room. I will not be returning.

The negatives far outweigh the positives. Customer Service is non-existent. "Tom" can\'t be bothered by petty things like giving the customer the wrong room type, even tho I paid for a $315.00 per nite room, and received a lesser room. He claimed all the rooms are the same price and they are all booked up, so nothing can be done. Ahhh, the old bait and switch. His indifference made ALL the difference in this review. There\'s not much a customer can do when there\'s no onsite manager. This remote managing is the downfall of true customer service. Curiously, the parking lot was never ever full in the 5 nites we stayed. Now, I think I\'ve been lied to, about the Full House.The hotel didn\'t have many operating outdoor lights at nite. Not good for safety. Being a former travel agent, I started chatting up my fellow resort guests. Eight out of ten were as unimpressed as my friend and I were. The other two got the room they ordered and had no complaints. The positives: very lovely landscaping, the gardens are awesome and well cared for. The pier is a plus and gives a nice view. The pool area is maintained and clean. And the location is quiet. It\'s a shame, this place could be a real jewel.

Interrior was updated nicely but the floors need washing...we all needed a foot bath before going to bed. Exterior of building needed trash pick up and could use a good power wash..Grill was inoperable.

Noisy in the evening with loud guests smoking and drinking. terrible experience, checked out 2 days earlier than planned.

Very nice . Clean . Pool was fun. Nice walk to downtown area. Enjoyed our stay there.
