When we first checked in, our room has a strong smell of glue. The safe box is also faulty and hence, we have to get the technician to come repair it. However, the next day on our stay, we are not sure if there is a sewage problem or ventilation problem, the whole toilet stinks. The shower area is very slippery and I also nearly fell in the bathroom while showering. The hotel should really consider not having such slippery floors in the bathroom as this is a potential risk. Lastly, the aircon in the room is way too cold. We have to off the aircon in the room else it is too cold to be in the room. (Initially we have set the aircon to lowest fan speed at 27degC and still doest not help).

There was no hot water for my shower - even after running the water for 10 minutes. Just 1 person to check people in dispite the hotel being busy. Had to wait to long to get check in. The price is too high for this kind of service

What started out as a disappointing checkin quickly became a fantastic stay. Cudos to Miss Karen and Manager Ricky for going all out to let me feel real SwissHospitality! I will definitely be back pretty soon. The location is one of the best areas in Jakarta that Ive tried that is connected to the mall. The pillow and bed was so comfortable Id rate it a perfect 10 among the hotels that Ive tried. Thanks and cheers!!!

I booked a king size bed but they gave me 2 super single places together. Meaning I can only sleep on either side which was very uncomfortable. Towels were placed in shower!!!! Which will be wet when using the shower.

I stayed last August and I love it. I booked again for my brother last Monday and he have no complaints. The staffing are so friendly and helpful. The hotel close to the mall, foods area and others entertainment. The service was great. My only concern is just kinda too dark in the hallway going to the rooms need more bright lights. But I’ll definitely stay again at this hotel.

Wow! Amazing place with superb staff. We prepaid for breakfast buffet and were totally blown away by what an amazing spread it was and the extremely attentive and pleasant staff. My wife and I have never had a breakfast like that. So extensive and delicious and well done. Everything about this place is amazing. The photos are an attempt to capture how amazing the breakfast was — each photo a different station at the buffet, not same places from different angles, but they don’t do it justice.

Looks new. Nice decor. Good for business trip. Very good staff from check in to breakfast, but driveway-lobby doormen can be better in terms of service. But overall it is a good stay with a good location.

enjoyable stay, the breakfast is good and facility is good, Service are great, 15 mins taxi from Airport. Connecting to a shopping mall. only the Room's air conditioning is too cold (even turn it off).

Even more concerning, my daughter’s meal arrived approximately 45 minutes before mine, making it impossible for us to enjoy our dinner together. Throughout the evening, we repeatedly had to flag down waitstaff just to receive basic attention. When I expressed my concerns at checkout, the response was simply an apology along with an offer to upgrade me if I chose to return in the future. While I appreciated the apology, I found this resolution inadequate. I believe the focus should have been on ensuring guests receive the level of service and accommodations expected during their current stay, rather than offering incentives to return after such a disappointing experience. Unfortunately, this stay fell well below the standards I expect from a hotel of this rating, and I cannot recommend it based on my experience.
