A very nice hotel with good food and services. The view is wonderful, the WiFi excellent, the room clean and roomy, the staff very helpful. One major problem: They allowed, every day, 3-4 fifteen passenger vans to block the entire arrival drive. Arriving guests had to walk uphill on a narrow cobblestone drive, with no sidewalk, with all of their luggage, children, etc.. in order to enter the hotel. Staff were told but nothing was done about it. The ‘free parking’ was at a local park, dirt lot, a 7-8 minute walk uphill. It would have been a great place for the vans. The dining room and breakfast food were great. But. One morning we told we had to sit on one side of the room and the next morning the other side. There was a constant confusion regarding where we were supposed to sit. We didn’t care, it was just a nuisance. This was a great hotel with a couple of weird, unexplainable and easily remedied problems.

Hotels 4* avec Piscine et Spa. Arrivé sur place on nous dis que ce n'est pas possible et qu'il faut réservé et qu'il n'y a plus de place, alors que rien n'était indiqué. La climatisation ne marchait pas dans aucune chambre. Sans problème pour l'Hôtel

Rymligt rum som var rent och välstädat. Kaffet på frukosten var dock det sämsta vi någonsin fått i Italien. Maskin som gör espresso på snabbkaffe! Också intressant att hotellet har pool, men den är underdimensionerad gentemot hotellets storlek, så man får boka en slot-tid en timme per dag. Fördelen är att det då är lugnt och skönt vid poolen, men såklart en nackdel att tiden är begränsad och man måste planera, kan inte gå ner spontant.

Séjour bien passé mais sans plus. Chambres très correct . Spa utilisable sur réservation uniquement (horaire restraint) et celon les disponibilités ce qui n'a pas été le cas le premier jour, piscine extérieure froide unitilisable. Personnel accueillant mais parle peux le français pour un hôtel dans le Val d'Aoste c'est peu terrible. Horaire de départ bien trop tôt pour un quatre étoiles à 10h00 et horaire d'arrivée initialement à 17h00. J'ai trouvé l'organisation un peu brouillon.

struttura molto bella e pulizia al top. personale cordiale e disponibile. uniche piccole pecche che a mio avviso in un 4stelle non dovrebbero presentarsi e che segnalo a puro titolo informativo:1) scarsità di parcheggi gratuiti nonostante la struttura sia fuori dal centro. 2) qualità del cibo solo sufficiente, preparazioni e ricette anche interessanti ma di base la sensazione di "mensa" è stata predominante 3) accappatoio a pagamento con cauzione annessa non è il massimo anche se immagino le ragioni della scelta. Diciamo che so respira più unnatmosfera da resort che familiare. in ogni caso giudizio globale più che positivo

Great stay overall. Breakfast was really good and selection was excellent. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Rooms were kept clean and were comfortable. The app wasn’t wasn’t working which made it difficult to book the spa. Spa itself is great and there’s a lot on offer. Few issues with incorrect charges for spa treatments which we eventually had removed from our bill (but this did take some time to resolve). Overall, very enjoyable trip and would definitely visit again.

Mein Zimmer war groß, modern eingerichtet und sauber. Der Blick vom Balkon auf die Berge: traumhaft. Das Personal war ausnahmslos nett und hilfsbereit, hierfür ein besonderes Lob. Auch das Restaurant sehr ordentlich und sauber. Verbesserungswürdig ist das Essen: jeden Tag die gleiche Auswahl beim Frühstück, die Rühreier leider oft kalt, der Bacon nicht richtig angebraten. Gute Auswahl beim abendlichen Buffet; leider waren auch hier fast alle angebotenen Speisen nur lauwarm. Hervorragend (für meinen Geschmack) die Desserts.

Siamo stati per la prina volta a Courmayeur e l'impatto con hotel è stato eccellente:Struttura nuova,posizione strategica,camera ampia e confortevole,colazione ottima,ma sopratutto il personale dell'hotel quasi tutto giovane,cordiale,sorridente e molto preparato.Torneremo sicuramente

La cosa che non ho gradito è scoprire solo una volta arrivata in hotel che la cena nella mezza pensione era a buffet. A causa di personale ridotto in sala,i piatti utilizzati per il primo rimanevano sul tavolo mentre avevamo già preso la seconda portata. Inoltre l'area giochi è molto piccola e poco fornita. Per il resto personale cortese e molto.disponibile,location spettacolare ai piedi del Monte Bianco. Stanze grandi e molto pulite.

In my opinion, this property should not be opened in the Summer. There is a severe lack of ventilation and cooling. The rooms are near 30 degrees C in June and the property made a futile attempt with a portable fan to cool the room. The fan failed. We had to leave the outside door open, allowing various insects to enter the room. I left the property after day 1 of an 8-day stay. The desk manager Paolo promised a refund for the remaining room. He unfortunately was dishonest and Expedia was unable to secure the refund promised. Shame on TH Courmayeur and shame on Expedia.

Très bon hôtel qualité/prix pour une escale car situé entre la nationale et l’autoroute. Impossible de laisser la fenêtre ouverte. Points forts, il est situé à deux pas du Sky way! On peux s’y rendre à pied.

Nice staff and had a great room. Pool facilities and views from rooms very nice. A little bit far from town. Longer walk especially with luggage. Plan for a scheduled taxi to take your form town center (Bus stop) to hotel. Distance also makes a bit of a challenge to walk into town for dinners. If you have a car then no issues although parking is minimal in the town center. The hotel is modern and newer so that is a benefit and it is close to the tunnel to Mont Blanc.

Mein Zimmer war groß, modern eingerichtet und sauber. Der Blick vom Balkon auf die Berge: traumhaft. Das Personal war ausnahmslos nett und hilfsbereit, hierfür ein besonderes Lob. Auch das Restaurant sehr ordentlich und sauber. Verbesserungswürdig ist das Essen: jeden Tag die gleiche Auswahl beim Frühstück, die Rühreier leider oft kalt, der Bacon nicht richtig angebraten. Gute Auswahl beim abendlichen Buffet; leider waren auch hier fast alle angebotenen Speisen nur lauwarm. Hervorragend (für meinen Geschmack) die Desserts.

A very nice hotel with good food and services. The view is wonderful, the WiFi excellent, the room clean and roomy, the staff very helpful. One major problem: They allowed, every day, 3-4 fifteen passenger vans to block the entire arrival drive. Arriving guests had to walk uphill on a narrow cobblestone drive, with no sidewalk, with all of their luggage, children, etc.. in order to enter the hotel. Staff were told but nothing was done about it. The ‘free parking’ was at a local park, dirt lot, a 7-8 minute walk uphill. It would have been a great place for the vans. The dining room and breakfast food were great. But. One morning we told we had to sit on one side of the room and the next morning the other side. There was a constant confusion regarding where we were supposed to sit. We didn’t care, it was just a nuisance. This was a great hotel with a couple of weird, unexplainable and easily remedied problems.

In my opinion, this property should not be opened in the Summer. There is a severe lack of ventilation and cooling. The rooms are near 30 degrees C in June and the property made a futile attempt with a portable fan to cool the room. The fan failed. We had to leave the outside door open, allowing various insects to enter the room. I left the property after day 1 of an 8-day stay. The desk manager Paolo promised a refund for the remaining room. He unfortunately was dishonest and Expedia was unable to secure the refund promised. Shame on TH Courmayeur and shame on Expedia.

We had a lot of troubles with the reservation which didnt appear on their system which created several issues which were badly managed for a 3 days holiday. We also had a next door noisy guests in a communicating room which should have never happened after all the issues we had already had.

Great stay overall. Breakfast was really good and selection was excellent. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Rooms were kept clean and were comfortable. The app wasn’t wasn’t working which made it difficult to book the spa. Spa itself is great and there’s a lot on offer. Few issues with incorrect charges for spa treatments which we eventually had removed from our bill (but this did take some time to resolve). Overall, very enjoyable trip and would definitely visit again.

La cosa che non ho gradito è scoprire solo una volta arrivata in hotel che la cena nella mezza pensione era a buffet. A causa di personale ridotto in sala,i piatti utilizzati per il primo rimanevano sul tavolo mentre avevamo già preso la seconda portata. Inoltre l'area giochi è molto piccola e poco fornita. Per il resto personale cortese e molto.disponibile,location spettacolare ai piedi del Monte Bianco. Stanze grandi e molto pulite.

Rymligt rum som var rent och välstädat. Kaffet på frukosten var dock det sämsta vi någonsin fått i Italien. Maskin som gör espresso på snabbkaffe! Också intressant att hotellet har pool, men den är underdimensionerad gentemot hotellets storlek, så man får boka en slot-tid en timme per dag. Fördelen är att det då är lugnt och skönt vid poolen, men såklart en nackdel att tiden är begränsad och man måste planera, kan inte gå ner spontant.
Rymligt rum som var rent och välstädat. Kaffet på frukosten var dock det sämsta vi någonsin fått i Italien. Maskin som gör espresso på snabbkaffe! Också intressant att hotellet har pool, men den är underdimensionerad gentemot hotellets storlek, så man får boka en slot-tid en timme per dag. Fördelen är att det då är lugnt och skönt vid poolen, men såklart en nackdel att tiden är begränsad och man måste planera, kan inte gå ner spontant.

struttura molto bella e pulizia al top. personale cordiale e disponibile. uniche piccole pecche che a mio avviso in un 4stelle non dovrebbero presentarsi e che segnalo a puro titolo informativo:1) scarsità di parcheggi gratuiti nonostante la struttura sia fuori dal centro. 2) qualità del cibo solo sufficiente, preparazioni e ricette anche interessanti ma di base la sensazione di "mensa" è stata predominante 3) accappatoio a pagamento con cauzione annessa non è il massimo anche se immagino le ragioni della scelta. Diciamo che so respira più unnatmosfera da resort che familiare. in ogni caso giudizio globale più che positivo

A causa di personale ridotto in sala,i piatti utilizzati per il primo rimanevano sul tavolo mentre avevamo già preso la seconda portata. Inoltre l'area giochi è molto piccola e poco fornita. While on my stay I had a medical issue arise. The staff was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to take care of me. I cannot thank them enough or rate the facility highly enough. This hotel was one of the highlights of our trip!

Liten parkering. Ingen luftkonditionering, ingen ventilation alls... Avsiktligt ur drift enligt personalen, och det var 32 grader varmt. Rörig restaurang, mycket högljudda barnfamiljer och rörig personal. Jag vet inte hur många gånger de kom och frågade vad vi beställt att äta/dricka. Vi bodde och åt fyra kvällar. En kväll gick brandlarmet. Det tjöt i 30 minuter utan någon som helst samordning eller information från personalen. Fint hotell, super rent och fint rum. Men dåligt utbildad personal generellt.

Dinner (included) was not great. Weird menu, confused staff and very noisy with lots of small children around. I don't remember how many times we were asked what we had ordered. Also very little variation of the menue (we had dinner 4 nights) No furniture on the balcony. There was a fire alarm one night, alarm lasted for 20+ minutes. No evacuation management what so ever (no information, no order) Aircondition not operational, room gets kind of hot when it is 30+ degrees outside. Otherwise the hotel is clean and modern.

A massive, sterile hotel with zero charm. The street and river noise is unbearable due to poor window insulation. They have frustrating, unlisted restrictions, like a hidden 10kg weight limit for dogs and a 1-hour app reservation limit for the spa. Don't expect standard amenities; they only provide one free towel, and no robes or slippers. The breakfast area is bleak, and parking is an absolute nightmare unless you pay €15/night for the garage (which is a fair rate though). To top it off, when I checked out early, they shady-ly tried to force me to sign a confidentiality agreement to protect themselves stating that it's not their fault that we leave early while saying it's for the local police (?). Look elsewhere.
