Friendly and professional staff with clean and well looked after rooms. No kettle in the room but this can be arranged at an additional fee each night.

Service (check-in, check-out, breakfast and HK) highly disappointing. Had several issues during the stay. They can't be coincidences if so many. Amount paid for 3 nights: 720€. Bauma fair or not, I do nor recommend this "hotel". Fyi I spend at least 40 nights in hotels (any type) per year.
