My suitcase handed for storage was left on the corridor rather than in a locked luggage room. Hotel was burgled, my suitcase stolen. Since 08.08. no response, apology or recompensation to my written complaints. So not recommended for security reasons and lack of care for guests.

Very good hotel exceptional staff great location good room good chracter building rooms spotless nice old German chracter. Restaurants very close very near to railway station and taxi's in close proximity.

This is a cute hotel. Small, but the staff is very helpful and welcoming. Note that there is no lift, so dont book if you have a problem with stairs. It is in the center of Lüneburg, which is a charming city. EV car owners: There are lots of 11 kw/22 kw chargers in the city, but beware that you can only park at one for 2 limited time - usually two hours, regardless of whether you are still charging.
