The reception was quiet poor and communication was complicated. In a rainy day we were not able to check in early and a set of towels were missing.

Room was on top of the loudest bar in Levanto and windows were directly to the street. I was pretty loud. I don’t want to think about summer time.

Very noisy. Cheap hard mattresses. No breakfast. Stay somewhere else.

Beautiful apartment with roof terrace. Best location , less than 1 minute from the beach and everything you need just around the corner. Came with a very nice Italian breakfast Big bonus daily at a restaurant around the corner . Everything was just perfect for us , the only thing there’s a bar right underneath pumping hard music sometimes till 3am . Was not a problem for us we have teens so we enjoyed the music and always went down for some drinks and good food. Would stay at the same place next time we visit levanto . Beautiful holidays we had love this place

So noisy. We can figure out if the room is above a nightclub (thumping music until late into the night), or if the walls are so thin you just hear everything. It is clean and simple, no amenities. The snower is great. And the location is perfect.
