The location is good. The number of rooms and witdth of rooms is enough for 4 people. The only regrettable points that it is difficult to control the temperature of the water into hot water. When we used the shawer, it suddenly became the cold water. I continued to flow the cold water in ten minutes, finally it became hot water.

Saubere Betten und Handtücher.Zentral gelegen, vieles zu Fuß erreichbar. Dusche am Boden unsauber.Küchenutensilien unsauber.Mülleimer ohne Deckel ( Geruch).

Wohnung war schön, das Klingelschild war fast unleserlich

This apartment was located just a few minutes away from a tram station and a short walk from Notre Dame de Strasbourg! It was great for exploring the city, but I definitely would caution older or less active visitors; the stairs can be difficult during hotter months or after a long day walking around the city.The check in process was a little confusing, since there were multiple key safes outside the apartment building, but the hosts helped me through the process without too many issues. The lock to the apartment itself was tricky (but I may just be inexperienced with European locks!), but otherwise the apartment was great and had plenty of room.

Our family stayed here during the December 2024 holiday. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, had comfortable beds, and a very cozy living room for reading and watching movies. The host was responsive to all inquiries, including late on a Saturday night when we could not get the key to work in the door - they sent someone within 30min who was able to help us get into the apartment. It's in a quiet neighborhood away from the city center but very easy to hop on the tram to get around. Would recommend.
