Beautiful swimming pool, good staff. The room we stayed in needs to be fixed, none of the window locks worked which made us feel unsafe as the windows were accessible from the outside. The hotel is adding an addition which created a lot of construction noise. This should have been disclosed to us and at least give a "under construction discount".

Clean and comfortable rooms with nice bathrooms. Good dining, lovely staff. Great outdoor space with a delightful swimming pool and outdoor dining areas. Reasonably central. Front desk staff was very helpful at finding good drivers and other transportation and accessing anything else we needed. Felt very safe and cared for as a Canadian visitor on first trip to East Africa.
