Upon arrival things seemed fine, front desk service was friendly and room appeared clean. After we returned from the beach we noticed the cupboard doors in the kitchenette and on the vanity were falling off and both had nasty water stains inside. The pool area was unclean and the deck was old and rotting. We ran out of toilet paper (only two small rolls supplied) and when I went to reception to ask for more the fellow didn't understand English and offered me a broom! The people in the room above yelled all night so we got no sleep. We couldn't stay another night so we checked out early and lost money.

Look the room was relatively clean. The gardens are so overgrown and not inviting. Also the pool was not clean. I wouldn't put my head under - grit all over the bottom of the pool. Well the reception area was a disgrace and the signage for the hotel must be at least 30 years old. I wouldn't stay here again.

Horrible outdated rooms. The downstairs of the motel has many permanent residents who have junk all over the place. Horrible bed on wheels. Old linen and pillows. Not clean. I would never suggest this motel to anyone. I had an issue with TV. Owner did not speak English. Another person said ‘I don’t work here’ when they were sitting in hotel desk. Green unswimmable pool. Very untidy grounds with junk everywhere. Very old motel. Quite dilapidated.

The guy at the front desk had the personality of a dead mullet. Stairs to upper level had some steps with safety non slip strip hanging off. Cold water at hand basin was barely a dribble. Hand soap dispenser was empty. No tea spoon, tea towel or any cleaning cloth.Advice... keep driving.

Place was run down, pool deck rotting and trip hazzard. Pool furniture broken and filthy. Poorly renovated rooms. Bed was comfortable, pillows rock hard. Shower and toilet leaked. Balcony door had no lock. Dingy and staff not friendly. Bbq was dirty. Building had shoddy and dangerous electrics and guttering for building missing and sub standard. Would not recommend.

Disappointing that customers pay hard earnt money to stay in such accommodation. The customer service was terrible. That they cannot be bothered to patch and paint rotting wood is appalling. The bedroom area was satisfactory. The bathroom was mouldy. There was cutlery available but it is the only accommodation I've ever stayed in that has no sugar, coffee or tea on offer.

The property is dirty inside and out- unmaintained and not cleaned properly. There was a used bar of soap in the shower, broken fixtures and mouldy water damaged door. The room smelt of cigarette smoke and we later discovered the resident on the upper floor was smoking and ashy water was dripping onto the entry of our room. We arrived late after a very long drive so basically ate, slept and got out of there to continue our travel. For the price and location, I was very disappointed.

Couldnt find my booking, made it sound like i was getting a great updrade to a double queen room. I tried to refuse the upgrade and keep original king room that i booked only to be told there is none available. The entire motel felt musty and was smelly. Would not stay here again

My original room was quite dirty and after I requested another room I was given the room next door. When I returned to my room the next day the sewage odour was there and so I just put up with it till I checked out the next morning.

Booked on the morning of as it was the only place offering accommodation for 5 in 1 room.. you get what you pay for basically, it isn’t the Ritz or the most modern place but it suited our needs & my 2 grandkids were thrilled to be in a bunk bed for the first time 😂😂😂that was cute. I had an issue with my key on the 2nd day but they fixed it quick smart, the young lady at the front counter was pleasant enough & even offered a smile when I was checking in. Thank you!

The staff were friendly and obliging. They filled our every need. I thank them for being so nice to us, yet staying out of the way and allowing us to use all their facilities and have the holiday we wanted. We felt very comfortable, not watched or disturbed, like the place was our home. Yet, the staff were always available, if we needed them. Well done to the staff!!

Arrived at 2pm and manager was at lunch.Rang bell 3 times to then have a worker come to reception.English poor.He called manager on phone.NO effort to come down and serve.No forks or teaspoons were in the room. Probably would not stay again.

Arrived at 2pm and manager was at lunch.Rang bell 3 times to then have a worker come to reception.English poor.He called manager on phone.NO effort to come down and serve.No forks or teaspoons were in the room. Probably would not stay again.

Property was well located within walking distance of several clubs for meals. Room had recently been renovated and was clean. Kitchenette was well appointed. Would stay again.

Easy to get to and convenient spot to all beaches & shopping centres in the area. Two storey so make sure to request ground floor if you are not agile with steps

The Motel is on a convenient location, close to the shopping center, park and bus station, with beautiful swimming pool and surroundings, specious room with a balcony, The property manager was very helpful, we had an issue with TV remote, which was sorted out promptly. Overall - very pleasant experience.

Central Jetty Motel is cheaply priced and was in a convenient location for us. Quiet enough even though close to busy road. Spacious room, free upgrade for a ground floor room. The room smelled musty, possibly from smokers - permanent ashtrays are just outside each room. No dish soap, dishcloth, scourer or t-towel provided; no plug for kitchen sink; cups dirty on our arrival! Fortunately, we brought our own! Minimal utensils and extras, eg: coffee, tea, milk, sugar. Broken rails in fridge door meant less space for drinks. Receptionist was curt and abrupt. With me being an exhausted 67yr old after a big day of driving, she just glared at me when I accidentally handed her my debit card instead of my driver's licence! 😔 The only smile we received was when I asked her name and she said it is pronounced Winnie, like Winnie the Pooh. ☺️ *Safety alert: Outside our room(and I presume each room) are multiple power points way up high on an iron girder. Rain was dripping down through them!!! Some were turned on!!! We left a note for housekeeping to pass on to admin. We might stay there again, but only for close proximity to family, but more likely to stay at Gosford Inn Motel at Narrara.

We were able to check in early which was great but after that staff were not available. We came back to our rooms to find we had no bath towels or bath mat and left a message on the number provided but no response or supply of towels. There wasn’t even a box of tissues in the room.
