Great option. I had a 12hr layover and it was perfect to get some sleep. The shared bathroom was nice also with large clean private showers. The hotel is located upstairs just off the main duty free shopping area so dining and bars are just a few meters away. A bit pricy but worth it.

I liked that this facility was inside the airport. The room was clean except the floor, they provided slippers. I also enjoyed the recharging ports there were many. I also separate and enclosed restroom and shower stall. We also enjoyed the fact that we could bring in our portable luggage rack inside the room. I would definitely use them again as well as recommended them as well. Oh they also have a gym. Thank you

9am check out for non-direct booked reservations is absolutely ridiculous. Other than that, the guys on reception were not particularly helpful, the wifi was terrible and there was a background, low but pervasive smell of faeces. The soundproofing was not great, which is an issue when people are coming in and out at all hours. Its convenient, the beds are comfortable, but the pillows arent. The rooms are stylish in a bleak sort of way, the gym was serviceable. For the cost, I will not be staying here again. 350 euros to be turfed out at 9am, no thanks!

This hotel is located inside the beautiful Istanbul Airport. It is a little expensive but totally worth the convenience. We had an early morning flight so we checked in, checked our luggage with the airline the night before and simply went to our gate in the morning. There is a bar and restaurant in the hotel so once you check in, you can relax. Th staff were very friendly and the room was quite nice. I would highly recommend.

In transit this is *the* best option to get some sleep. I had a 16 hour layover and booked a room, got fantastic sleep, and was able to board my next 12 hour flight refreshed. The showers were perfectly clean.

This hotel is all about location. 15 minutes walk to my gate without security was important when it was leaving at 7 AM. It totally delivered on this, but booking really should be done precisely by the hour and that was not clear with this website. Given the rate I paid, I might have expected a quieter room, but noises from the hall and adjacent rooms were evident.

This hotel is the perfect place to stay if you have an early flight or a late flight or are connecting. It took more than 1 hour to get through the check-in line for those of us who actually had reservations. For tired travellers paying a lot for the privilege of spending a few hours in the hotel at the airport, taking away one hour of that experience is unacceptable. We had reservations!!! They need some serious process reengineering

Highly recommended. We arrived in Istanbul late and decided to book this establishment, which is conveniently located in Istanbul Airport. Staff were great, the rooms were extremely comfortable and we were able to add a couple of hours after checkout.

Convenient but room booked in advance was not made available until 8pm - 2 hr wait but on entry had to deal with dirty towels and unclean bathroom - presumably to assume those coming for short term airport stay won’t care. Had to vacate within minutes of getting access into the room and even with Hotel.com following up - no consideration for any form of credit. User beware - not reliable option to grab a calming shower and restful sleep.

We stayed here for a long layover at Istanbul. Every detail is thought out for this in the room and hotel. They have a 24 hr restaurant that is good…of course, it’s Istanbul!!! I am not sure about the times. In Thailand we have a hotel at BKK that has a 24 hr check in/out which is what is needed for a hotel airport, since you never know when you will get there. I guess our arrival and departure worked out fine but the fine print mentions a weird check-in time of 6pm I think and check-out of 9am I think? Anyway, I would say check the fine print and call them with any and all questions. They did not respond to my messages at Hotel.Com except with pre-programmed responses that did not answer anything I asked. There is also the landslide and airside maybe? One is in the airport so no need to go out thru immigration/customs. We are US citizens so were able to go out to the landside option and go back in for our connecting flight. Again, read the fine print and calm them repeatedly as needed. Room was cool and comfortable. Great option to sitting in the airport for 9 hrs!!!

We elected to stay at the airport on our last night in Istanbul because of an early flight. This is the only convenient airport hotel, as the others around are a 10-15 minute drive. We elected to get the King room, which was roomy. It was clean and functional. We had the ability to repack last minute. And the walk to our check-in the next morning to drop off bags was 2 minutes. The hotel room is costly for what it is. However, it is probably the most convenient airport stay I've ever had.

There needs to be better signage for the airside hotel! We were misdirected by multiple staff (police, airport staff, etc) people in the airport who had no idea where the airside entrance for the hotel was. This resulted in us going through customs and going to the land side entrance. There we were told we had paid for airside (we had an early morning flight and didn’t want to hassle with customs and security in the morning) so they told us to go back through customs AGAIN and security and gave us better instruction for finding the airside entrance. This took us 2 hours!!! But in the morning it was fantastic to just walk out of the hotel and not deal with any security or customs lines. It is close to the Turkish airlines Lounge. So when we stay here again, it will be much easier. Better signage and educating airport staff on your location would be incredibly helpful as most travelers are not familiar with Istanbul airport.

Conveniently located inside the terminal. But can be difficult to find. I was incorrectly directed by airport staff to go through immigration control. Rooms are very small, but clean and quiet and comfortable, although very pricy. Check-in and check/out times are strictly enforced.

My wife and I stayed for one night at the Yotel - Landside in Istanbul International Airport. We chose this hotel to stay in, since we were flying home the next morning. The hotel staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. The room itself was very modern, clean, and came with many amenities. We had breakfast the next morning before flying. The buffet was of the best quality and offered many options as is the usual style of a Turkish Kahvalti. I highly recommend a stay there if you are traveling to and from Istanbul.

Made an early morning flight out of the massive Istanbul airport easy. Staff were pleasant, room was clean, had all the amenities and quiet. Had dinner in the hotel restaurant and the food and service were great. Only complaint- the room and food were very pricey.
