Bra hotell nær togstasjonen og sentrum av Voss. Lobbyområdet er stort og fint, med bra utsikt og gode sittemuligheter. Topp restaurant og bar. Ok gym, og stor badstu. Hadde rom mot jernbanen, og det var fint for meg som liker tog😊 Rommene er store nok, og godt isolert mot lyden av togene. Badet er også stort nok. Hyggelig personale👍👍

Sentralt ,reint, og nytt og fint hotell. Eneste som dro ned er at de ikke har åpen bar . Den stenger når de ikke er fornøyd med antall gjester i baren . Den følger ikke kl eller sjenkebevilling vi ble heve ut kl24 på en fredagskvekd. Da var ikke økonomi og servere oss.vi velger nok naboen neste gang

Restaurant hours in this hotel is a joke especially the dinner ending at 9 pm in peak tourist season! We could not get dinner when we areived at 8:30pm. I will not recommend this hotel just for this reason.

Perfect hotel for skiing as it’s next to the Gondola. It has a great sauna with amazing views which would have been even better with a plunge pool or cold bucket. The only slight downside was the beer in the hotel was a lot more expensive than the bars in Voss. We didn’t have breakfast or dinner so can not rate the food. This is our second stay and would come again. Great value hotel.

Very well located hotel, great for kids with a games console and a shuffleboard table. Good selection at breakfast. No tea or coffee or safe in the room. We got told off for drinking a can of lager in the seating area at hotel reception whilst the Norwegians on the next table who were doing the same didn’t. Lots of people eating take away in the reception seating area every night so think that is allowed. Overall a nice hotel but there should be tea and coffee in the room and a safe. Our room was not cleaned at all the whole time we were there which was also strange but didn’t spoil the experience.

Positivt: hotellet er av nyere stand, rom var bra størrelse, bar og restaurant i hotellet. Gym og sauna er tilgjengelig (ble ikke brukt av meg denne gang). Hyggelig betjening. Negativt. Ikke bra nok renhold på rom, fant mange lange svarte hår på pute, i seng, på håndkle med med. Glass på badet (tannglass?) var ikke skikkelig rene. Ingen kroker til å henge håndkle på. Ingen drikkeglass på rommet så kunne ikke ta va fra springen. Ingen merking for å tyde at vann i springen er drikkevannkvalitet. Hotellet ligger rett ved togspor og togene går hele natten. En del støy fra dette.

Sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Direkt vor dem Hotel ist ein Busbahnhof und auf der Rückseite der Bahnhof. Direkt neben dem Hotel die Bergbahn. Für Aktivurlaub ist Vossewagen klasse. Schade, dass trotz Reinigungsauftrag das Zimmer nicht gereinigt wurde.

Det er moderne hotell med hyggelige resepsjonister. Men vaske personale der o mot ikke møte kommende ingen smil i munnen. Dårlig renholde rundt dusjen. Toalett er ikke vasket da vi sjekket inn. Jeg ba om renhold hverdag. Første dagen glemte de å vaske rommet. De resterende dagene de vasket ikke do eller rommet. Legger ved bilde hvordan Toalett så ut når vi sjekket inn. Frokosten var helt greit. Noe hotellet nå fokusere på er renhold.

Hyggelig betjening. Toalettskålen hadde et brunt belegg som så ufyselig ut. Ga beskjed, men fikk høre at de ikke kunne bruke kjemikalier. Det finnes vel såpe som er miljøvennlig. Ellers et veldig fint opphold.

Hotel is in a great spot, With train and bus stadion right around them. The breakfast was great and the exercise area was nice. My biggest drawback was the condition of the room when I arrived. Dirty floor with a lot of hair, no soap in soap dispenser, extra toilet paper roll look like it was soaked in water, beds was not lined up. I would suggest to retrain/fire the head housekeeper if they approved the inspection before I arrived.

The bedroom was adequate for 3 people, although my preference for 3 separate beds was unavailable. The room was a little hot & stuffy, & opening the window onto the train line was noisy. Breakfast was exceptional. The “summer buffet” dinner seemed overpriced for a limited selection & we didn’t try it. The staff seemed helpful and cheerful

Overnattet her flere ganger, men aldri inn mot jernbanen. Trodde i utgangspunktet at det var ekstra lydisolert denne veien, noe det åpenbart ikke var. Her går toget mye oftere enn de oppga i resepsjonen! En blir vekt noen ganger om natten, så neste gang vil jeg definitivt IKKE ha rom denne veien. Frokosten er som alltid enn slager, med alt en kan ønske seg. Hotellet er i utgangspunktet veldig greit, ligger sentralt og har gode parkerings muligheter i garasjen som en går tørrskodd til.

The beds were super comfortable and clean. Too bad the sheets covering the mattress were not large enough to actually stay tucked under. The room was very modern which is cool until you need an advanced degree to figure out the light switches and temp controls. For some Unknown reason the shades would suddenly lower or raise at any random time. The bathroom door closes itself quite forcefully and it smashed my finger. The location is great but the annoying details would keep us from visiting there again.

We had a one night stay here on our way through Norway. Check in was easy - staff was pleasant enough. Room was small but had a comfortable bed (though slightly on the harder side for me), bathroom was a good size and shower had good pressure and nice shampoo and body soaps to use. Chromecast was difficult - couldn’t get it to work on mine or my husbands phones and staff just offered the excuse that it’s touchy with iPhones (my husband has an android so that was not our issue). Breakfast was ok - not the best we’ve had in Norway but still had a decent spread of options. The area was ideal, but coming out of season not too much open for restaurants to eat at (which is not the fault of the hotel).

Oppholdet var greit, men det bar preg av at hotellet manglet kontroll og oversikt. Vi var så uheldig å glemme igjen en jakke på rommet vårt. Vi mistet denne, selv om vi sa i fra i god tid. Tyveriet vil bli meldt til politiet.

Et ret lækkert hotel men en morgenmad der er bedre end gennemsnittet. Indtjekningen var ret langsom og vi måtte tre gange tilbage for at få vores nøglekort til at virke. Ingen opredning til vores søn og vi måtte i receptionen to gange før der kl. 22 blev leveret sengetøj.

Clean, comfortable room, huge breakfast buffet, Voss is a beautiful area. For the most part, staff were friendly but our check-in experience was not the best. My husband went in to check us in and find out about parking. The staff member was very flippant about parking, little direction other you can park anywhere on the street for free. She then wouldn’t check my husband in without me being there with my driver’s license. When we both returned to check in, I gave her my license and she did something with my license and her computer for a few minutes, then unceremoniously shoved a paper at me and told me I needed to fill in spaces she had marked with Xs. This included duplicating my phone #, which she pointed out was already entered on the sheet, but also included my driver’s license info. Not sure why she didn’t enter it into her computer, which was what she seemed like she was doing but she wasn’t exactly the nicest about it, like it was a bothersome thing. We finally got checked in and found our parking space several blocks away, on the street! I would not recommend this hotel on the basis of this experience and no parking, paid or not! This hotel seems geared up for tour bus customers and train access (immediately behind hotel, had its own entrance).

This is a beautiful and yet modern property. It has all the essentials that you could comfortably rest and enjoy some good time with your friends and family. Location-wise it is right off the train station (don't even need to get down the stairs or to the street). Staff are friendly and useful. Breakfast is standard scandic but also with slightly better selection. Worth every dollar you spent

Superb location overlooking lake and directly connected to train station, bus station and gondola. Nice sized room with a sofa next to window. The electronic window blinds would open/close at random times though! Had buffet in the restaurant which had a good selection. Large comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. Large bathroom and nice shower.

Meget bra og praktisk parkering. Gode senger . Hotellet har en god beliggenhet. Når det er sagt så var buffeten på kvelden svært skuffende. Riktignok var det god kalkun, men bortsett fra den så var det fiskekaker!. Det er på grensen å ta 399 for dette.riktignok var det fine grønnsaker og litt dessert. Støynivået fra jernbanen er også høyt
