近歩道空間を利用すると、徒歩1分と利便性が良いです。コンビニは外に出なくてもセブンイレブン直結です。施設内は清潔感があり、女性客の利用も多く見られます。デラックスタイプは室内が広くとても快適です。大浴場も広く、朝食も美味しいです。

Great Location. Great Bath. Nice cafe and really great breakfast buffet for the price. I really enjoyed the Deluxe Cabin room. For a cheap price you get what feels like a room to yourself. This is Fourth hostel/capsule hotel in Sapporo and easily the best one I have stayed at.

２回目の利用です。場所もわかりやすい、1Fにはセブンがあり使える。ススキノも近く歩いて移動できるし、大浴場があるのはとても気に入ってます。サウナ入る人もフィンランド式サウナもあり，アメニティもクレンジングから大体揃いとても重宝します。また泊まります。

新しくて綺麗なホステル、サウナつき浴場が広々気持ち良かったです。廊下外にトイレ洗面所があり、カーテンドアで天井が空いた個室は広々ですが、窓はありません。朝食ブッフェは素晴らしかったです。路面電車の停留所前、コンビニの2階という便利な立地でしたが料金はとてもお安く、コスパ抜群に思いました。オフシーズンの空いた時期だったので、順番待ちはなく、ただゲストは防音に協力、少なくとも配慮する必要がありました。個室でのお喋りは禁止、TV使用はイヤフォン付けてのみ可でした。廊下への出入り、部屋のまえを通る音、他人のいびき歯軋りなどの音が気になる人には向いてません。耳栓は用意してありましたが…

カプセルホテルで天井の高さだったり、大浴場だったりと概ね満足でした。フロントスタッフさんも質問に的確に答えて下さり、大きなホテルのフロントスタッフさんとかわらないと思います。ただ表情がかたい印象があったので、若いお客さんには怖いイメージを持たれそうです。大浴場の床のヌメリと脱衣場の清掃がもう少しこまめにあるといいと思いました。

新しい施設なのでとても綺麗。カプセル内も清潔に維持されていて快適で、フロントのスタッフの方も丁寧な対応をされていました。一人でちょっと札幌泊まる時に最適なカプセルホテルだと思います

Your experience will be luck based. If your room is next to the entry door or the bathroom, the sound will leak through and it will be loud at peak hours. However, it is noisy at odd hours and if you are a sensitive sleeper, I would not recommend. You can hear your neighbor turn in their bed. The locker under the bed is loud to open and can only fit in a carry on suitcase. Public bath is a bit small. It has hair all over the floor and wet spots on the ground. Floor bathrooms were clean. Bathrooms are packed in the morning, plan to wait to wash up. Staff is somewhat helpful. They don’t really answer questions well or try to understand, but you get what you pay for. Luggage can be kept for free until 6pm. Location is close to shopping spots and the ramen alley.

素泊まりで2泊。立地は最高の場所です。女性専用エリアもあり安心。寝心地もよかったです。4人用のキャビンを2名で利用出来たので、気兼ねせず助かりました。だだ、洗面室（トイレ・大浴場）の水回りが髪の毛などて汚れいることが多かった。それを除けば◎です。

これまで国内外のいろんなドミトリーに泊まってきましたが、今のところ一番です。今回はデラックスキャビン（カーテンで仕切られた個室）でしたが、スタンダードでも二段ベッドじゃなく天井が高いので使いやすそうでした。共用の洗面・トイレは数も多く清潔で、アメニティも十分ありました。きれいで大きい大浴場があるのもポイント高いです。朝食はそれほど種類はないものの、美味しくて食べるスペースも広々していて良かったです。

The only reason its a 4 out of 5 is because of the nature of the "rooms". I opted for a standard room which is nothing more than a single bed in a cubby in the wall. I knew that when i booked, so it wasnt a problem, but its not what I'd call 5 star accommodation. That said, the staff and common areas were great, the place was clean, and the onsen was great too.

I was reluctant to book any capsule type hotels since I am sensitive to noise, but Gardens Cabin was great when I stayed since no-one made any loud noise (snoring, etc.) With the room layout, however, it only takes one person snoring to wake up the whole area. Deluxe Cabins are practically hotel rooms, with decent space for soli travelers. It is significantly better than the standard types that are indeed capsule-like. The 'doors' are plastic slides that fully close In terms of privacy, the doors have a slight opening at the top, and therefore noise do come through that opening. The doors are however seal completely and therefore no-one can see the inside once closed. The shared toilet area was extremely clean, and was kept so with the manner of the local Japanese guests. Earplugs, headphones, dental kit, comb, and pajamas are available, and overall the experience was great.

일단 위치가 너무 좋습니다. 오도리공원과 스스키노역 사이에 위치해서 어디든 가기에 편합니다. 편의점이나 스벅도 주위에 많습니다. 직원들이 친절하고 시설도 깔끔합니다. 엘리베이터에 키를 찍으면 본인층과 지하 대욕장만 갈수 있어 보안상 좋을거 같고 2층 공용공간도 밥이나 간식 휴식을 취하기에도 좋습니다. 침구류도 편하고 생각보다 조용해서 잠도 잘잤습니다. 무엇보다 지하에 있는 대욕장엔 작긴하지만 열탕 온탕 냉탕 사우나 등이 포함되어 몸도 잘풀었습니다. 대부분 에티켓도 잘지켜서 더욱 쾌적하게 머물수 있습니다. 혼자 머무신다면 적극 추천합니다

便利な場所にあり、ホテルの価格が高騰しているシーズン等でもコスパよく泊まれる。ホテルほど充実していないがカプセルホテルよりかなり快適に過ごせる。特に確保された個人のスペース内で身長180cmの男性が立っても高さに余裕があるほどなので圧迫感がない。分厚いマットが使われている為か、このスタイルの宿の中では現在のところ日本一寝心地が良かった。利用者の皆さんがとても静かに利用している。また利用したい宿でした。おせわになりました。

Shared baths on B1 floor, reception and lounge area on 2 floor, rooms on floors 3-6 with bathrooms on each floor. Pods are clean. No one is above or below you, which is nice. Luggage space under the bed is relatively small (fits backpacks but not a suitcase) and comes with a lock. There's also a small lockable storage by the end of the bed. Overall good price for the stay but as with all capsule hotels there is no sound proofing across the pods (curtains only). Would recommend for short stays. Convenient location.

Comfortable stay for 2 nights at Gardens Cabin in the deluxe capsule. Comfortable bed and well designed capsule. The temperature was rather overly warm for me and there’s no way of adjusting this so just be aware. Breakfast was decent, otherwise the attached 7-11 is very convenient. Overall it was a good budget option for Sapporo. Excellent location.

新しくて綺麗なホステル、サウナつき浴場が広々気持ち良かったです。廊下外にトイレ洗面所があり、カーテンドアで天井が空いた個室は広々ですが、窓はありません。朝食ブッフェは素晴らしかったです。路面電車の停留所前、コンビニの2階という便利な立地でしたが料金はとてもお安く、コスパ抜群に思いました。オフシーズンの空いた時期だったので、順番待ちはなく、ただゲストは防音に協力、少なくとも配慮する必要がありました。個室でのお喋りは禁止、TV使用はイヤフォン付けてのみ可でした。廊下への出入り、部屋のまえを通る音、他人のいびき歯軋りなどの音が気になる人には向いてません。耳栓は用意してありましたが…

Honestly lovely stay. Service was excellent, amenities were ample and easily accessible, and the keycard system for getting around provided an extra layer of security. The capsule itself was more spacious than I had expected, as there was plenty of room above and storage below.

札幌の繁華街からすぐの場所にあり、交通の便が良い。普通のカプセルホテルとは異なり、2段になっていないので、室内に開放感がある。ただ音漏れはどうしても避けられず、夜中に何度か起きてしまった。お風呂は清潔で、サウナも良かった。

When you have bad neighbours, they will make sure you are waking up at 01:00 am. The staff checking me out(an aged woman) is extremely impolite and unwilling to store my luggage. The public baths are set to nice temperature. That’s the good part.

ありがとうございました。初めてカプセルホテルを利用したのですが、チェックアウトの男性が不機嫌な対応だった点を除けば、とても快適でした。ヘアアイロンを持っていくのを、忘れたので常備されていて助かりました。アメニティもしっかりしていました。また利用したいです。

일단 위치가 너무 좋습니다. 오도리공원과 스스키노역 사이에 위치해서 어디든 가기에 편합니다. 편의점이나 스벅도 주위에 많습니다. 직원들이 친절하고 시설도 깔끔합니다. 엘리베이터에 키를 찍으면 본인층과 지하 대욕장만 갈수 있어 보안상 좋을거 같고 2층 공용공간도 밥이나 간식 휴식을 취하기에도 좋습니다. 침구류도 편하고 생각보다 조용해서 잠도 잘잤습니다. 무엇보다 지하에 있는 대욕장엔 작긴하지만 열탕 온탕 냉탕 사우나 등이 포함되어 몸도 잘풀었습니다. 대부분 에티켓도 잘지켜서 더욱 쾌적하게 머물수 있습니다. 혼자 머무신다면 적극 추천합니다

札幌三越とパルコの目の前、1階はコンビニ、地下鉄、路面電車の駅からも至近と、交通の便利さ、買い物、ススキノへの高さでも抜群。利用した日はエスコンフィールドでプロ野球観戦（日本ハムの負け試合）をした後のユニフォーム姿の若いファンの方を見かけました。ナイター観戦後、22時過ぎからススキノでひと遊びするのにはもってこい。他のカプセルホテル系に比べて天井の高い部屋があるのが良い。 170cmの私が立ったまま着替えができました。

建物もまだ新しく、きれいで価格も安くまた利用したいと思います。大通り近くにあるので食事も困らないし、お風呂も広く出張として使いやすい。ただ朝食はそれなりなので期待はしない方が良い。

施設は綺麗。しかしカプセルあるあるで、朝には汚くなって悪臭が漂う。部屋は一段なので天井は高い。宿泊日が悪くて値段が高かった。カプセルで1万以上は無いわ。朝食は思っていたより種類があって美味しかった。

Great Location. Great Bath. Nice cafe and really great breakfast buffet for the price. I really enjoyed the Deluxe Cabin room. For a cheap price you get what feels like a room to yourself. This is Fourth hostel/capsule hotel in Sapporo and easily the best one I have stayed at.

The property is at the best location in the city by waking distance to all the top attractions. Everything is designed around the comfort of the guests including the amazing spa/public bath facility with a huge sauna and several pools. The entire facility was clean and organized. Everything that’s needed for the comfort is provided. Breakfast was also very good. Will come back.

二度目の利用です。ベッド横に机のあるタイプでベッドの横まで歩いて行けたが今回は完全にカプセルタイプにした。やはり前回の方がゆったり出来たので次は机付きにします。一階にあるコンビニで買い物してロビーで飲食スタイルも慣れると苦にはなりません。朝ご飯は倹約してコンビニにしても良し、ホテルの朝食にしても良し。でも、ご飯（米）が美味しいのでバイキングがおすすめです。

スタンダードだった。マラソンランナーが多く、同じ頃の時間に起きたのでうるさくなかった。思っていたより、通路の音が聞こえる。耳栓はあったほうが良い。走った後2時から日帰り入浴があり、ゴールに近いので良かった。

Never in my life have l wanted to leave a hotel so quickly! I don't recommend staying here. First, there is no wall to ceiling coverage of the deluxe rooms, whereas the regular pods more full coverage. Because of that, there was a bright light shining directly in my face all night, making sleep extremely difficult. Every day I would be woken up around 5 to sounds of banging suitcases and loud movements, further disrupting my sleep. It got to the point where I contemplated eating the cost and getting a different hotel for the night. Terrible. Secondly, when I got my bags from storage, I tried to sit down to call a taxi and charge my phone for a couple minutes as it was nearly dead and I had to use it for the train. As I sat down, a staff member said that since I was not a guest, I could not sit down in the lobby area. Never in my life have I not been allowed to sit down and call a taxi less than 2 minutes after fully checking out. The staff member kept interrupting me when I tried to say even one word, two or three times, just telling me over and over "you cannot sit" here. On top of that, she said nothing and gave me a bad look as I went to the elevator, even as her coworker said goodbye. So I had to walk 20 minutes to Sapporo station with two large suitcases and a useless phone. I am respectful of hotel policies and left, but if your policy involves sending a solo female traveler off with a borderline dead phone and heavy luggage after being extremely rude, change it.

1階にセブンイレブンがあり、とても便利な環境でした。ＳＰＡも充実していて、のんびり出来ました。スタッフの対応も親切、丁寧で２泊３日を気持ちよく過ごす事ができました。多分、この時期に毎年札幌に来るので、次回も利用できればと思います。
