My first time visiting Pakistan. A staff greeted me at the airport, which was a pleasant surprise. (I didn't know they would do it.) The staff drove me to the hotel. It's a bit too far to walk, so make sure to let hotel know about your flight and connect with the staff. The room was very clean, and overall, great experience at the hotel. I highly recommend the hotel to a first-timer. I will stay again for sure.

The entire lobby and first floor had mosquitoes. They will suck blood which is not fun. They sprayed it kill them in the morning. The bugs didn’t die but I got the allergic reaction.

online it says check in at noon. we got there at 3PM and rooms weren\'t ready. they said check in is at 2PM but a "delegation" was staying there and had checked out late. is that my problem? room was not ready till 430 even though they said 30-40 minutes. 2nd room was not ready for another hour after that even though they said 5 minutes. we had to push and push and follow up. they had loud music playing in a hall which coudl be heard from all rooms. mosquitos in the room which bit me up. they goofed up my food order (burger plain-- comes with everything on it. they brouhgt a new one and it still had stuff on I... I was hungry and waited an hour so I ate it). manager not helpful

Room was not cleaned and there was big dead insect on bed. Not a standard size room and also there were water leakage lines on the wall. According to price very poor services and facilities. My first experience was good but thus time really shocked. Both time i didn't used breakfast option but i used their restaurant for dinner buffet and that was good.

Amazing service and condition of the hotel. Tons of choices in breakfast. Special thanks to Naveed who greeted us and asked us if we needed anything. Front desk staff was so helpful. Rooms are clean and modern. Traffic Location and view. Very close like 4 minutes drive to Lahore airport. Plus point hotel has security so you feel safe there. Go Royal Swiss for an amazing service and keep up good work👍👍👍

Broken lights in bathroom mirror. Then their safety deposit box stopped working with my valuables inside. Had to call someone from the security who then applied master key for opening it. Have stayed here a few times and every time is worse than previous one.

The bathroom door wouldn’t close at all. The amenities like Shampoo, conditioners and bath towels weren’t replenished automatically during housekeeping. We have stayed here a few time before but I feel the service is on the decline.

From check in to checkout it was a nightmarish experience. The only good thing about the hotel was the property build and the night manager Zeeshan. Checked in at 2:30am, waited 1 hour for them to switch rooms as the room had a lot of problems, second rooms television wasn’t working so waited another 30 mins to be upgraded to a third room (kind of them) and finally the 3 rooms jacuzzi wasn’t working and the showers has acidic smell. - broken wardrobe - tv not working - acidic smell from shower - faulty and leaking jacuzzi - staff only looking to make tips with a rough and rude attitude - hawkers as valet. - no hospitality whatsoever - over cooked and nasty food The list can go on and on. I feel sad for the owner who has dished our millions to build such a beautiful property only for the staff to destroy its image. NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN!!

Our Executive room was space, clean and modern. Our stay was comfortable in it. We ordered room service a couple of times and the food was delicious. What really set it apart was their helpful staff. The director rooms, Aziz, personally helped us out with extending our stay in the same room, even though the hotel was fully booked.

We stayed here for our wedding night, and the staff kindly arranged a lovely room decoration for an additional cost, which made the experience even more special. The room was clean and comfortable. Although the bathtub wasn’t functioning and the sink was initially clogged, the staff responded immediately and handled everything with great care and professionalism. They were very cooperative and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The food was decent, and while we didn’t get a chance to enjoy all the facilities since we were quite busy, the overall experience was pleasant.

We had visited from USA and stayed in this hotel for 5 Nights. However it seems they are overly focused on making money. They even charged for printing a single piece of paper—seriously? Initially, we were given a terrible room where we found a cockroach. Although they eventually changed the room, the front desk representative, Roman, was completely unprofessional and lacked basic respect for guests. We requested him to pass on a message to the morning shift staff, but he blatantly ignored it. Overall, a very disappointing experience!

It is a pleasant place to stay, close to the airport, but the client etiquette is lacking. They will rule in favor of the company over the client even if it amounts to saving pennies giving little concern for the client EVEN WHEN THEY RECOGNIZED THEY WERE IN THE WRONG! During my recent stay at the hotel, I had an amazing experience. The welcome was outstanding, and I especially want to thank Ms. Naveria from Guest Relations. It is very clean. The staff very professional, helpful and courteous. The location is excellent, near the airport, and there is a shopping area about 2KM that has two supermarkets, McD's and KFC. Breakfast had many options, including Pakistani breakfast. The swimming pool was good. Worth staying in as a base to explore Lahore.

Amazing service and condition of the hotel. Tons of choices in breakfast. Special thanks to Naveed who greeted us and asked us if we needed anything. Front desk staff was so helpful. Rooms are clean and modern. Traffic Location and view. Very close like 4 minutes drive to Lahore airport. Plus point hotel has security so you feel safe there. Go Royal Swiss for an amazing service and keep up good work👍👍👍

My first time visiting Pakistan. A staff greeted me at the airport, which was a pleasant surprise. (I didn't know they would do it.) The staff drove me to the hotel. It's a bit too far to walk, so make sure to let hotel know about your flight and connect with the staff. The room was very clean, and overall, great experience at the hotel. I highly recommend the hotel to a first-timer. I will stay again for sure.

Very very bad food chef is a liar i told dont put green chili in channa daal . I got sever allergy with green chili and what he did he removed green chili from daal and served me . After i ate i felt its a green chili and whole night i did not sleep too much pain in my stomach . Next morning i had a meeting. I was so tired in my meeting plz plz change whole staff of kitchen find professional and good u loose ur reputation this thing happens 2 times in 3 months. It was a good experience, though the staff serving in both breakfast and other restaurants were not very attentive to their customers. Had long waits for requests. Their Shuttle service was perfect!

From check in to checkout it was a nightmarish experience. The only good thing about the hotel was the property build and the night manager Zeeshan. Checked in at 2:30am, waited 1 hour for them to switch rooms as the room had a lot of problems, second rooms television wasn’t working so waited another 30 mins to be upgraded to a third room (kind of them) and finally the 3 rooms jacuzzi wasn’t working and the showers has acidic smell. - broken wardrobe - tv not working - acidic smell from shower - faulty and leaking jacuzzi - staff only looking to make tips with a rough and rude attitude - hawkers as valet. - no hospitality whatsoever - over cooked and nasty food The list can go on and on. I feel sad for the owner who has dished our millions to build such a beautiful property only for the staff to destroy its image. NEVER STAYING HERE AGAIN!!

Room was not cleaned and there was big dead insect on bed. Not a standard size room and also there were water leakage lines on the wall. According to price very poor services and facilities. My first experience was good but thus time really shocked. Both time i didn't used breakfast option but i used their restaurant for dinner buffet and that was good.

Overall the hotel is amazing compared to what Pakistan has to offer. Very clean the staff was very friendly and always greeting with a smile. However I found that the Cafe on the first floor had very little to offer as most of the stuff on the menu was out. We tried hot and sour soup which I would give a 5 out of 10. Other then this over stay was a very positive experience. Thank you to all the staff.

Not worth the amount paid for the stay. Only if there is a long layover in Lahore its ok to rest for a few hours or for a night since it is near the Airport. Last year they had to change my room 2 times because the Aircondition was not working, giving it a second try the hot water faucet was broken in the bathroom, I saw bugs crawling in the room and had to ask to change the room again. I Will Never stay again in this hotel. Though the Staff is amazing, food is good but the property needs to be maintained. Specially when a customer is paying a decent amount for a night. And yes, I sent an email two weeks ago to the management through Hotel.com explaining my previous experience and telling I am going to try once more staying here. Seems like they dont care. I stayed two days September 7-9, 2026.

Room was stinky with cigarettes smell. Sitting Dewan sofa was missing, cleaning and hoovering was poor, coffee sachets and water bottles were missing, towels were looking very tired and old.
