I have stayed at the Horse and Jockey several times now. The rooms are simple (and the beds an le comfy and cozy all we need). Tthe shared bathrooms are great. Nice and clean and have an art deco style vibe. The pub had a great menu and the vibe is good. Will continue to come back.

Beautiful accomodation and super comfy bed. The only thing I can fault is that there isn’t an exhaust fan in the bathroom, so it was hot and damp the whole time.

Reservei pensando ser um hotel. Chegando descobri que era um hostel. Banheiro fora do quarto, nao tem armario no quarto,cozinha comum. Não tem limpeza. Lixo não foi retirado da cozinha nem dos banheiros nos 4 dias de hospedagem. De positivo o local proximo a estação do metrô e a simpatia e educação das atendentes, em especial a Molly, que na realidade são atendentes do restaurante em baixo do hotel. Não existe recepção para os hospedes. No dia em que cheguei precisei aguardar abrir o restaurante para ser atendido e fazer o check in. Como hostel é bom, mas como hotel não pode nem ser classificado.

クドスバンクアリーナのライブに行くのに近くて便利かと思い予約しましたが、ホームブッシュ駅降りてホテル周辺まで歩くとあまりの寂れっぷりにちょっと不安になりました。しかしながらホテルは快適でスタッフもフレンドリーで楽しく過ごせました。 パブの2階にあるため普通のホテルのチェックインを想像していたらパブに来店して鍵を受け取るのでびっくりしましたが、お腹が空いたらすぐに食事にありつけるので良かったかも。 ホテルは共用のバスルームが女性用/男性用/男女兼用と3つもあるので他の宿泊客とガチ合う事はありませんでした。フリーWi-Fiが部屋だと弱かったので、共用スペースで利用した方がスムーズでした。 アメニティはタオルとボディソープのみでしたので、ボックスティッシュ・シャンプーリンスは近くのスーパーで購入しました。 連泊中のベッドメイキングはなかったのでそういうものなのでしょうか。 ランドリーが洗剤も柔軟剤もあって使い放題だったのはありがたかったです。

You get value for money at the Horse and Jockey. Great location near Olympic Park and Homebush train station, the pub does good food, the bed was new and very comfortable, new TV, new aircon, the bathrooms are newly renovated. Good sized communal laundry with iron and ironing board is very handy. My room was small, the fridge is communal, and there’s 2 male, 2 female and 1 unisex communal bathrooms. But as a solo traveller, it was an excellent option. Other rooms are bigger. As a bonus, it is a beautiful building.

First time i had ever booked a family room had thought a shared bathroom was shared between the family not the whole guests staying at the hotel. The sheets and pillows had hair strands on them meaning they were not clean or cleaned properly. It ruined our night deading sharing a bathroom we gave the keys back to the manager and said were going drive back home we cant stay here. The manager and staff there are very kind, welcoming and understanding people

The Hotel was fairly nice the renovation was good, the room was small, the lights on the night stands didn't work, there was an ugly stain on the Dooner cover, and there was NO hot water in the morning I ended up with a very cold shower. The staff were very nice and the pub part was very nice.

Really close to the train station. However, the communal washroom wasn’t clean. Also, there’s no elevator so you would have to lift your luggage up and down. The area has broken store fronts and just didn’t feel safe in general…

The property was neat and tidy, parking was a nightmare and the noise from the street kept us awake most of the night. I had no idea it was a shared bathroom until we arrived at the accommodation.

Just a room with a bed and tv. No fridge (I had insulin which needed cooling). If you have no alternative then ok for a night but that’s all. Extremely loud Karaoke went till after midnight.

Horse and Jockey was a pleasant surprise. A lovely old building but very well looked after and with friendly and helpful staff. The history of the hotel made it all the more intresting.

You get value for money at the Horse and Jockey. Great location near Olympic Park and Homebush train station, the pub does good food, the bed was new and very comfortable, new TV, new aircon, the bathrooms are newly renovated. Good sized communal laundry with iron and ironing board is very handy. My room was small, the fridge is communal, and there’s 2 male, 2 female and 1 unisex communal bathrooms. But as a solo traveller, it was an excellent option. Other rooms are bigger. As a bonus, it is a beautiful building.

Really close to the train station. However, the communal washroom wasn’t clean. Also, there’s no elevator so you would have to lift your luggage up and down. The area has broken store fronts and just didn’t feel safe in general…

I have stayed at the Horse and Jockey several times now. The rooms are simple (and the beds an le comfy and cozy all we need). Tthe shared bathrooms are great. Nice and clean and have an art deco style vibe. The pub had a great menu and the vibe is good. Will continue to come back.

I booked this Hotel due to it's close proxomity to Accor for (State of Origin 1) The confusing part for me was where to check in as it's a Hotel/Pub so you walk into the bar and basically find a random staff member who will take your details and give you a key (I can't even remember the last time I used a key for a room and not a swipe card) The location itself I didn't realise until after I checked out was quite close to Homebush station so fellow travellers keep that in mind. All in all a fine hotel but quite noisy as the club part was open until at least 2am
