Gut gefallen hat mir das Zimmer mit dem phantastischen Ausblick; schönes Frühstück (aber leider ohne bacon/ham; stark ostasiatisch orientiert), hervorragende Sauberkeit;erstklassige Strandnähe; freundliches Personal, zB auch im Swmming-Pool-Bereich. Unkomplizierter Check-in / check-out,

Überraschend Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und die Betten sehr bequem. Dusche und Zimmer wie versprochen groß Direkt Zugang über eine Treppe zum Pool hat sich voll ausbezahlt Der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt Baar im Pool und die feinen Drinks Serviert von Kurt waren Exzellent mit frischen Früchten Frühstücks Büffel war Ordentlich gedeckt Restaurand mit Livemusik jeden Abend lockte uns immer hin Ein und Aus Checking klappte bestens und schnell auch nach Uhr 00.30 Danke dem Team Roland und Vilma B.

Die Zimmerausstattung inklusive Bad war richtig toll, das Personal sehr freundlich und das Essen war auch sehr gut. Beim Frühstücksbuffet wäre es toll gewesen, wenn die leeren Behälter öfter aufgefüllt worden wären. Wenn man einen Shuttle brauchte, war dieser ganz schön teuer und es gab keine Möglichkeit Tricicles zu kontaktieren (diese wären deutlich günstiger gewesen). Der Pool ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hatte überall lose Fliesen, aber das Wasser war immer sauber und man erhält kostenlose Handtücher für den Pool oder Strand. Alles in Allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden auch wieder kommen!

객실은 깨끗했어요~ 아이와 함께 셋이 침대를 사용하기 위해 침대 두개를 붙이는데 바퀴가 달려있어 붙이기 편했고, 침대 밑도 깨끗했어요~ 갹실에서 수영장과 바다가 보야 너무 좋았어요~ 총 6박을 지냈는데 정말 즐겁고 행복했습니다. 다만.. 조식은 3일정도 먹고나면 질렸어요. 조금씩 다른 메뉴가 나오긴 했지만.. 그래도 좀.. 그냥 그랬습니다. 빵은 맛있어요~ 치즈도 다양했어요~ ^^ 아주 만족하는 숙소였습니다.

Firstly the hotel falsely advertised the appearance of its beach. I booked the hotel because it showed direct access to the beach, and I wanted a pristine view and place in the sand. But when I got there there is a wall and you must climb down some steps. I think they posted an old picture before the wall existed. When I asked about the wall and why the view didn’t look like the picture they recommended I go to a hotel fifteen mins walk away for a better beach, which was absurd because I have a young infant. The reason I booked the hotel in the first place was so I didn’t have to leave because the view and access was perfect. Now they took the picture down after I flagged to them it was false advertising. Secondly, my husband and I found that the hotel was constantly filthy, day and night. Public toilets never seemed clean, even first thing in the morning. Floors at the restaurant were never mopped, I always noticed at breakfast that there was so much dirt on the floor. Surfaces around the hotel like doors, windows, floors, tables, etc. always had dirt and fingerprints. Didn’t seem like a four star hotel. Also the pool had so many missing tiles, not sure why they didn’t replace them. The pool bar did too and had a wire sticking out to the point that I grazed my arm. In saying this the staff were very kind always but the standard of the hotel wasn’t like the pictures.
