プールはとても綺麗でした。プール隣にジャグジーもあり、人も少なくリラックスできます。更衣室も十分な広さがあり、ストレスなく利用が可能。サウナは二つありますが、温度は高くありません。サウナの外にもジャグジー、シャワー、景色を見られる椅子が置いてあります。

Everyone was amazing, stunning pool , massive gym . The best hotel I ever stayed in , my room was on 106th floor . That made me happy

Best hotel in GZ, I have stayed in most. It has beautiful spacious modern rooms with a zen feeling, great shopping area nearby, the only bad thing is the sauna is not hot enough but all other amenities are amazing!

This hotel is located in the 7th tallest building on earth, and it is the 3rd tallest building in China. It is also the second tallest hotel in China. I lived in the tallest - 106th floor.

My wife I had an excellent stay, and from the very beginning to the end, all your staff were exceptionally gracious, warm, and attentive. We truly love your hotel and felt wonderfully hosted throughout our stay. The view from our room was magnificent and absolutely unforgettable. Because of this experience, we’ve made the decision to return and stay with you on a yearly basis. No other luxury hotels compare—not even AMAN. I would also like to make special mention of Raven from the concierge team. She is a true gem, a sincere and genuine person, always willing to assist her guests, and nothing ever feels like a burden to her. And lastly, I would also like to highlight an incident that both my husband and I witnessed, where one guest verbally abused and degraded two male concierge staff members on Thursday, 8 January, at around 1:45 pm. Your staff remained professionally patient at all times and did their utmost to calm the guest, even while being shouted at. They did not argue or retaliate, but instead absorbed the situation with dignity to protect the hotel’s brand and reputation. Such courage, restraint, and professionalism should be recognised and acknowledged. It left a deep impression on us and further reinforced our respect and admiration for your team. Thank you once again for upholding such high standards of service and conduct.

房間隔音不好，嚴重影響睡眠品質！107樓日式料理景觀很棒但生蠔不新鮮，吃了隔天狂拉15次，2個人消費了2700人民幣，感覺品質跟不上價格。

The room and view were amazing. The staff could not have been more attentive and accomadating.

My favorite part is connecting to the Wi-Fi speaker, relaxing in bed while watching the Canton Tower light up the night, and having the TV on in the background. This is exactly the kind of joyful, effortless mood I look for when traveling.

Fantastic hotel! Great staff

Excellent luxury and true five-star hotel in the highest building of Guangzhou. The night view is spectacular. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my special needs. We were always greeted with warm smiles from all the staff. Special shoutout to Peter, Vera and the concierge service. Highly recommended and will return to Rosewood Guangzhou for our future visits.

Staff members are very attentive. I stayed at the executive suite. It’ll be perfect if they have more shopping centers around the hotel

Simply outstanding. I loved everything about this hotel. The staff are super friendly & helpful, the room amenities amazing & loved the Italian restaurant where I had the best pasta ever . I highly recommend this hotel & would definitely stay again.

I strongly do NOT recommend guests to have a meal at its restaurant located at the 107th floor because their meal does not cook well while the price is super high!
