The apartment is very nice, spacious.

Appartamento molto spazioso in zona molto tranquilla. Arredamento un po’ datato ma tutto pulito e confortevole.

Lugar bien relacion precio. Todo muy claro al llegar para hacer check

The apartment was very spacious, had everything we needed for cooking, and was in an excellent location, with a 3-minute subway ride. HOWEVER, it lacked cleanliness. It felt like the apartment had been closed for a long time, as it wasn't well-ventilated, and the furniture and curtains were very old. Three of us had severe allergies! Check-in was an hour late, and we had to sit outside with our bags waiting (thankfully, the rain had stopped!). I recommend renovating this apartment for rent, as it was a high cost for the stay!
