Cozy Savvy Hoi An - The Quintessence of Exquisite Retreat

I was disappointed at the condition of the place. During the night, the shower mysteriously started dripping/running and this woke me up...twice! even after I got up the first time to make sure the handle was fully off. this was the first night and I hadn't use the shower yet. Bathroom has glass door and there's no black-out curtain in the bathroom, so in the morning, the sunlight will come through to your bed, making it hard to sleep in especially when you had woke up twice because of shower water running. The pool had great view and layout was nice; however, there were missing tiles and bunch of loose tiles bottom of pool. Could be a hazard when stepping on the loose tiles. Breakast was just ok, nothing special compared to other hotel breakfasts I had in Da Nang. Staff is very friendly except the night front desk guy wasn't as friendly as rest of the staff. Scooter Parking is very easy. I really wanted to like this hotel, but was disappointed with my expectations.

Lovely location and really clean and spacious rooms. We had 2 rooms connecting for our family of 3. Staff so helpful. Thank you again for making our stay so special

As we arrived we were met by a wonderful woman at check-in Her name is Anna she took us and sat us down and explained everything about the cozy and surrounding area. The boutique was clean , the bed was comfortable and the staff were very polite and friendly. The buffet was tasty with plenty of choices. The boutique was quiet yet within walking distance to the cities hustle and bustle. Great choice for us. Cheers from Canadians
