PP Mountain Beach Resort

I have stayed in hundreds of hotels in thialand and this place is hands down the worst place imaginable. Whatever you do stay somewhere else. The morning staff was absolutely horrific, the location is a nightmare, the room did not even have toilet paper and my towels were not changed and the balcony was never cleaned. I am shocked how horrible this place was.

Had a great stay! They where under renovation but it didn’t bother us. Big comfy room with good a/c. Perfect to use their shuttle service to town or beach. Would recommend for bigger family as well. Especially when the water park is up and running again :)

Great room. Great view of the bay from the main restaurant. Pool was not in a good shape though. It’s far but shuttle services is on point. And easy.

Toilet broken and disgusting, no towel when im coming, On the way there you do not pay for the trip to the hotel but on the return trip to the port you must pay. I booked transfers to the hotel, but I never received a response. I had to walk to the hotel.

Room was clean and nice. As we needed a spare bed, this was found to be very uncomfortable and not pleasant to sleep on but the main bed was decent. The pools and water slides were not as advertised. Even though it was just at the beginning of the peak season, their pools were not filled, no slides operating, and the whole pool park aspect was very negative. Staff was very friendly and accommodating though.
