I am 100% satisfied with my stay at this hotel. It was very clean, the staff were friendly, and the service was excellent. Janet, in particular, took great care of us with such thoughtful attention. Thank you so much. Additionally, as it was our wedding anniversary, we made a special request, and we truly appreciate the thoughtful touches such as the wine, the letter, and the beautiful bed decoration. One of our favourite places to stay on our holiday. We liked the decor, the bathroom had underfloor heating and the staff were incredible, I can't say enough about them. They helped us book a cab for a very early ferry to orchid island and even made us a breakfast box the night before! My Chinese isn't very good but they were incredibly patient and spoke slowly. When we told them we just got engaged they decorated our room with flower petals and balloons. It's very close to the beach and they have a QR code at the front desk linking to nearby restaurants they recommend. Recommend it very highly and I wouldn't hesitate staying here again when we next come to Kenting.
