Clean, modern rooms and great pool areas. Staff were very friendly, and cocktails were excellent. Fitness facilities were well maintained, and the beach is just a 5‑minute walk. Only improvement needed is more shaded spots at the rooftop pool, as it gets very hot in the sun.

The gym and swimming pools were great , a highlight being the rooftop bar and pools. The hotel also left me a birthday cake in the fridge which was really tasty and very unexpected! A great place to stay, the breakfast was fine but when the hotel is busy the egg station becomes a bit chaotic! But the staff were all lovely, very service minded and their English was perfect.

Great location, close to the beach. Please note no hotel is on the beach, since the beach is a national park. So they are all walking distance away. The blue sotel is about a half mile from the water. The hotel has 3 pools, a spa, a restaurant, and a lot of help and support. In particular Gee, the lovely lady who books tours was an absolute peach, and helped us out every single day! She alone was worth staying at this hotel! Loved this hotel, and we will definitely be back. Breakfast was simply fantastic. Usually several types of food, even custom prepared and buffet style food. Everybody was kind and friendly. Service was the best I've ever experienced. I think anywhere.

Very nice hotel. 2 pools.. the rooftop was the best. Happy hour featured 2 for 1 daquaris and other drinks. Awesome sunset from the rooftop. Short walk to Ao Nang beach and the monkey trail.

Great hotel! Spa was good and easy to book. Front desk was helpful. Concierge helped booked a lot of excursions for us and made it flawless. The room itself was nice. Comfy bed. Plenty of space. Rooftop pool was nice too.

Schone kamer heerlijk zachte bedden ,goede douche en bad, airco stil en krachtig. Vlak bij het strand fijn dak zwembad met prachtig uitzicht Een min puntje was dat er geen parasols bij de ligbedden stonden waar door het in de volle zon te heet wordt voor mij althans.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Short walk to the quiet end of the beach but still plenty of amenities on the beach here. Easily walkable to livelier part of town. Excellent breakfast buffet. Disappointed there were no sun umbrellas for the sunbeds by the rooftop pools which made them unusable for us.

Rooms were not very soundproof, could here other guests from other rooms. Great pools. Good breakfast. Short walk to the beach at Ao Nang. Easy to get cabs and shuttles. Hotel only gave 2 bath towels, not hand towels. Did not offer conditioner or lotion in guest bathroom.

The room itself was not bad, but the bathtub was dirty upon arrival and the toilet had a persistent bad odour. The rooms also weren’t very sound proof, and with the people who stay here it can be rather loud when you are trying to sleep.

An excellent hotel in a wonderful location. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, and the breakfast is rich and varied. The only point for improvement is the quality of the room cleaning- throughout our stay, the room was tidied, and the towels were replaced, but the shower, for example, was not cleaned.

We had a good stay, the rooms were big and comfy and the staff was super friendly. But the cleaning was pretty poor in the rooms. Trash was left on the floor, no new soap in the dispenser, hair still left in the drain of the shower and the floor under the bed was very dirty. Besides from all of that, we had an amazing stay with the best staff, pools and breakfast buffet was great! One thing to mention, I booked the hotel knowing I had vip benefits such as 20% on drinks and food. To my surprise they offered everyone 25% on food and drinks in the hotel, which is nice of course! But it meant my vip benefits was worth nothing which doesn't make sense at all, then there's no reason to offer it in the first place.

Not clean.. actually awfully dirty rooms&common areas with mold, visible dirt, stains, plaster/paint falling off etc. Horrible towels, dirty dishes at breakfast, poor management = disorganized staff. Rooftop pool was nice but staff did not clean glasses/plates/cans left by guests for hours. Would rate this hotel a maximum 3 stars, not even close to 4-5 star hotel.

Lobby and elevator smell terrible. Room couches have stains and walls don’t protect from sound, you can hear everything. Indoor hallways are wet/moist for some reason. Staff is nice & friendly but facilities are terrible. Should be half the price, if that.

Staff helpful and nice. Our A/C broke and they got it fixed in about an hour. Room nice and spacious. Bathroom seemed like it could use a deep cleaning but wasn’t bad. Breakfast was not very good. Good location, easy to walk everywhere you want to go.

The hotel is quite nice. Unfortunately our room was full of mould and damp. The staff were very happy to clean the air conditioning vents but it didn’t help. The damp smell and mould in bathroom was concerning. The breakfast was very average most mornings we skipped breakfast. The pools were great. A quiet location, an easy stroll along the waterfront to shopping and restaurants.

Service, amenities, and overall room design was high quality. Especially the service. My main complaint is the wet mildew smell throughout the halls and rooms. In the hotel halls there were various accumulated puddles. They need to invest in better drainage or something. Aside from the smell, very positive and comfortable experience.

Bij aankomst kregen we een kamer met een grote vochtplek op het plafond, waardoor de kamer een muffe geur had. Nadat we hier melding van hadden gemaakt, kregen we een andere en betere kamer. Je merkt dat het verouderd is. De nieuwe kamer was jammer genoeg ook niet zo proper en er komt zo weinig water uit de kraan dat het erg lang duurt om het bad te vullen. Het personeel daarentegen is wel heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam!

Bluesotel Krabi was quite a disappointment. The main issue with this hotel is the lack of maintenance. Our room had several damages, and I didn’t like its layout, especially the bathroom. The sink was blocked, the water pressure was too low, and the door was poorly designed—it bounced when closing and even hit me a few times. Breakfast was another letdown, with very little variety and bad coffee. On the positive side, the pools were great, especially the rooftop one, and the bar cocktails were enjoyable. They also have a happy hour twice a day, which was a nice touch. The staff was very kind and helpful, which slightly improved the overall experience. Unfortunately, given the maintenance issues, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Most staff friendly and helpful, however we had problems on first night with no hot water. Had to call a couple of times for help and updates. Was told to go out and it would be fixed when we got back. We just wanted hot shower and were not going out. Then about 10pm they called to say about complimentary drinks . We were woken up by this call. No one contacted us again about it until we mentioned it at check out . We were then shown complimentary vouchers ....no good now as checking out. Staff at check in and out quite abrupt and rude too , didnt seem to care. Wont stay there again.

Overall a good stay. Room was a triple and was huge but a little more storage would have been better but as there was a huge shelf I put folded clothes there. Bathroom was good with huge shower. Breakfast was nice. Loved the roof top pools. The only gripe was the cleaning of the room. Not good. Constant gritty dirty floor so no walking bare foot. Minimum clean was done I think. Staff were friendly. Nice hotel.

The room was nice and had direct access to the ground level pool which they kept very cool so it was quite refreshing to take a dip to beat the heat. Also, the rooftop pool is pretty nice and was a great place to watch fireworks!

The room was spacious and soundproofed. There are 2 swimming pools, 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the roof, the swimming pools are beautiful! There's a lot of trunks. I recommend this hotel.

Excellent location with it being only a short walk to the beach, shops and bars. Room felt tired and the hotel was very loud. Breakfast choice was limited.

Staff was not friendly, except 1 or 2 at front desk. House keeping staffs seemed annoyed when you request for something extra like towels or toilet paper. Bell desk never helped with our luggage, but would help others instead. European foreigners to be specific. Only thing I enjoyed was the rooftop pool.

Very nice hotel overall and the location is great. It is located away from the madness of the streets so you can get some good rest. We found a lot of ants on the balcony and inside the room which is something others have reported which is why I scored lower on the cleanliness rating. Also the reception staff did seem quite rude and giving fairly blunt answers to any questions asked. The man at the front helping with bags was a superstar and worked really hard and was smiling all the time which was amazing to see.

Most staff friendly and helpful, however we had problems on first night with no hot water. Had to call a couple of times for help and updates. Was told to go out and it would be fixed when we got back. We just wanted hot shower and were not going out. Then about 10pm they called to say about complimentary drinks . We were woken up by this call. No one contacted us again about it until we mentioned it at check out . We were then shown complimentary vouchers ....no good now as checking out. Staff at check in and out quite abrupt and rude too , didnt seem to care. Wont stay there again.

Winnie made my stay from September 6th -20th very comfortable and pleasant. I’m writing this 5 star review mainly for Winnie. Gave big tips gifts to the best. Tin, a front desk member, was also very professional, informative, nice, and did a great job. Also thank you to the professional male and female Supervisors, the kind housekeeping lady Bai, and the nice lobby restaurant ladies Da, Laila (?), and Katy & Feel/driver. I was grateful for the room upgrade, and enjoyed the beautiful view of the surrounding nature. The room itself looked modern and clean, and the bed set was very comfortable. Pool is excellent. Food is average. Location for tours from Ao Nang is great. Better beaches for fun elsewhere. Service at front desk is poor. Asked for help for transportation and front desk worker said to go walk with our luggage to town. Used Grab app to get our own taxi with pick up at lobby.

Great hotel! Spa was good and easy to book. Front desk was helpful. Concierge helped booked a lot of excursions for us and made it flawless. The room itself was nice. Comfy bed. Plenty of space. Rooftop pool was nice too.

All areas were really good, as you would expect. The breakfast team were amazing, as were the Spa ladies. The receptionists however seemed to get less helpful as the days went on. I even found them rude when I checked out. Shame they let everyone else down and left me disappointed enough to write this review.

Very friendly and accomodating staff. Checked in very early. Employee sat down and explained everythint perfectly to us. Room was great. Upstairs pool was an every day event. Very close 3 minute walk to beach and maybe 10 minutes to "town". If you dont feel like walking you can use grab for cheap. Really enjoyed our stay. Heard lots of weird stories from other travellers about places they were staying and happy with our choice. PS the roadside bar/restaurant next door to the hotel serves up cheap thai food and its delicious

I left my suitcase with the hotel for 2 hours, as my room wasn’t ready on arrival. I went to the rooftop pool. On collecting my case, I noticed that the case was no longer completely closed. Once I got to the room, I pulled my wallet out of my case and discovered that all the money in it had been taken. I filed a police report; hotel manager was rude. Although my 3 nights at the hotel had been paid, and my request for a refund in the circumstances was emphatically denied, I checked out and moved to another hotel.

We only stayed one night, but wish we staued longer. Rooms wete clean and beds comfortable. AC works great. Roof top pool is gorgeous. Staff were extremely friendly. 2 minute walk to beach.

The property is a convenient walk to many areas on the main strip and the night market, but in its own quiet corner. I liked the privacy. Two pool complexes that were great for sun worshippers. Ao Nang beach is just ok, but long tail to Railay and Phra Nang is easy, cheap and convenient.

An excellent hotel in a wonderful location. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, and the breakfast is rich and varied. The only point for improvement is the quality of the room cleaning- throughout our stay, the room was tidied, and the towels were replaced, but the shower, for example, was not cleaned.

Staff helpful and nice. Our A/C broke and they got it fixed in about an hour. Room nice and spacious. Bathroom seemed like it could use a deep cleaning but wasn’t bad. Breakfast was not very good. Good location, easy to walk everywhere you want to go.

Very nice hotel. 2 pools.. the rooftop was the best. Happy hour featured 2 for 1 daquaris and other drinks. Awesome sunset from the rooftop. Short walk to Ao Nang beach and the monkey trail.

The staff was very helpful and kind. The hotel is new looking. We were offered butterfly pea welcome drinks and provided vouchers for meals and drinks at their restaurants. I would not recommend the breakfast if you have to pay for it... it was lacking variety, and what was present was stale The vegetables and fruit were fresh and crisp. However, the breads were hard and so were the waffles. I'm not sure why, but they were serving 3 minute boiled eggs, which is barely cooked. So when you crack the egg, the white is stuck to the shells, very hard to remove and the rest of the egg is raw. The orange juice was water with food coloring and way too much sugar. It was clearly artificial. Because of the poor quality of the breakfast service, we did not redeem our other vouchers. The Location is close to the beach and the shops. It's a convenient place to stay.

The hotel was very well kept for a seaside stay. We had the premier pool-side room which was large and the balcony had a nice view. The view from the rooftop pools were stunning and very relaxing. Overall the floors and surfaces were clean. However further deep cleaning around corners of surfaces, sink overflows, toilet rims mirrors and Windows would make a difference. Despite having eco friendly signs in the room with regards towel exchange. We followed advice and hung towels up as a sign we would not want them changed...they chamged them anyway. Breakfast, this lets the hotel down! There are coffee options available but a jug of stewing Tea is the only option visably available. When asked the staff did supply me with a tea bag to make my ownstrength Tea. The juices availalbe were not quality i would expect from a 4 star hotel.
