Munich Deluxe Hotel

La camera era carina ma davvero molto piccola. L'hotel è vicino all'October Fest, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Il personale è gentile e la colazione a buffet buona. Peccato per il parcheggio che era al completo, così ho dovuto spendere 30 euro all'autosilo di fronte.

The hotel's first impression was not good as the check-in counter/reception is not where the rooms are located. Both the check-in counter/reception and breakfast buffet was located in the associated hotel in the next door building. Not convenient and cosy especially during the snow and in winter. Bed is comfortable but the rooms are tiny, only enough to open one luggage and one cabin luggage. Also, it is probably not the best choice if you are travelling with a lot of luggage especially during the winter and snow. I travelled with an elderly companion so we took a taxi on the way there costing €12 and on the way back to the Munich central station using an uber for €12.50. WiFi connection was fast. The quality of buffet was average, but comes with hot food and plenty of bread and cheese and cured meats.

Es war Messe in der Stadt aber für über 240 € war dieses Zimmer definitiv überteuert. Das Bad viel zu klein ! Die Außen Fenster waren mit Metallplatten versehen, das Zimmer muss vorher ein Fahrradraum oder eine Abstellkammer gewesen sein dass zu einem Hotelzimmer umgebaut wurde. Das Frühstück eine Katastrophe Personal war total überlastet. Es gab Weißwurst aber keine Brezeln , dann gab es Brezeln aber keine Weißwurst. An der Kaffeemaschine stand eine Schlange bis fast zum Ausgang. Irgendwie war alles schrecklich wir waren froh wie wir dann aus dem Mini Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage gefahren sind . Diese Nacht in München wird uns immer an dieses Zimmer erinnern , wäre besser angebracht gewesen an Halloween 🎃 dort zu schlafen . Scary ! Was da de Luxe war war der Preis sonst nichts

Ich war für 3 Tage/2 Nächte dort und bin positiv überrascht von diesem schönen Hotel und das Zimmer. Einkaufcenter über die Straße. Restaurant und Bäcker 50m entfernt. Parken vor der Tür. Absolut top. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder.

Mein Mann und ich waren eine Woche im Munich Deluxe zu Gast. Für die erste Nacht hatten wir ein 12qm-Zimmer, viel zu klein, um eine Woche dort zu verbringen, kein Platz für irgendwas; sind dann gewechselt in ein 18qm-Zimmer. Größe viel besser für 1 Woche Aufenthalt. Sauberkeit naja, mit gutem Willen ok. Kühlschrank nicht funktionsfähig. Klimaanlage top. Bei geschlossenem Fenster sehr ruhig. Ein großer Spiegel wäre nett. Alles in allem erschien uns das Zimmer wie halb fertig; gut angefangen, halbherzig zu Ende geführt! Sagen wir, es ist noch ausbaufähig. Frühstücksbuffet: Servicepersonal super nett und bemüht, Frühstücksauswahl könnte besser sein. Joghurt, Wurst, Käse etc. ungekühlt, sehr hohes Müllaufkommen durch einzeln verpackte Lebensmittel, wie z.B. Margarine, Marmelade, Streichkäse etc., Brötchenauswahl ok - hätte mir allerdings knusprige Brötchen gewünscht. Zum Sattwerden reicht´s. Kaffee lecker. Parken, wie in allen Großstädten, schwierig.

Top Lage für einen kurzen städtetrip. Die Zimmer sind relativ klein (Abstand Fußende des Bettes zur wand so das man gerade so durchgehen kann) aber das hat uns jetzt nicht gestört. Parken kann man auf öffentlichen Parkplätzen vorm Hotel, wenn einer frei ist, für 11€ pro Tag. Das ist noch in Ordnung, wir hatten Glück und einen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hoteleingang gefunden. Unmittelbar neben dem Hotel befindet sich ein Parkhaus vom Einkaufszentrum, was dort allerdings die Tageskarte fürs Parken kostet wissen wir nicht. Die Theresienwiese ist einen Steinwurf entfernt, was das Hotel bestimmt auch für Oktoberfest Besucher interessant macht. Ob das von der Lautstärke her problematisch ist, können wir nicht beurteilen, den normalen Straßenlärm haben wir durch die geschlossenen Fenster jedenfalls nicht gehört. Die nächste S Bahn Station (Hacker Brücke) ist ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Von dieser ist man mit nur 3 Stationen schon am Marienplatz. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat bei uns für zwei Personen um die 20€ gekostet. Die Auswahl war vollkommen ausreichend, sogar Rührei gab es. Alles in allem wirklich ein Top Hotel, wenn man kein Problem mit den oben genannten Punkten hat. Die Nacht inklusive Frühstück hat für 2 Personen 99€ gekostet. Natürlich sind die Preise während dem Oktoberfest höher, was aber auch in anderen Hotels in der Nähe der Theresienwiese üblich ist.

Zimmer sehr klein. Weder ein Tisch noch eine Sitzgelegenheit vorhanden. Im Bad kaum Ablagemöglichkeit, Duschgel / Shampoo muss unter der Dusche auf den Boden gestellt werden. Keine Haken für die Handtücher im Bad. Kein Spiegel im Zimmer. Dusche nicht sauber, unter anderem lag Laub auf dem Boden. Wie auch immer es da hin kam. Nur eine Zimmerkarte bekommen, obwohl wir zu zweit waren. Nachts, halb eins, im Hinterhof noch sehr laut, vermutlich Hotelgäste. Koffer müssen nach dem Auschecken in einem sehr kleinen Raum selbst verstaut werden, Haftung wird nicht übernommen.

Gute saubere Unterkunft.

You get what you pay for. But overall, this is a decent hotel to spend a few days. However, the room is very small, without a table (as previous reviews mentioned). Lots of dust on every surface. Daily cleaning isn't done properly. Included breakfast is good.

Preisleistung für München in Ordnung, Die Zimmer sind relativ klein, dunkel und einfach ausgestattet. Manchen wird es gefallen. Ist nicht so mein Geschmack.. Hätte mir freundlicheres Personal gewünscht und gescheite Handtücher. Die bestehenden Handtücher sind komplett zerrissen und haben ihre beste Zeit hinter sich gehabt.

Mysigt hotell, rent och välstädat. Bra frukost. Hjälpsam personal.

Zimmer waren sehr sauber

Eine Katastrophe, noch nicht mal eine vernünftige Heizung im Zimmer (kleiner Heizlüfter war vorhanden) alles verdreckt, schlechteste Hotel was ich in den letzten 10 Jahren gesehen habe

Raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione, venti minuti dal centro. Personale poco gentile e senza sorriso, non rispondeva al saluto, non accompagnava gli ospiti, non dava informazioni.La stanza piccolissima e per tre giorni non è stata mai pulita.Colazione pessima

Rent og behageligt værelse med gode faciliteter. Bad, toilet, wifi osv. Alt fungerede præcis som det skulle og morgenmad var god.

Single rooms are tiny. The description may say 10 sqm, but it ignores the pitched roof, so half the floor space you can't stand. Aircon was very poor. Overall the room is VERY basic and not cheap at this price. Breakfast average.

Very hot! The air conditioner did not work . Really small rooms - could not open my suitcases on the floor .

Overall a nice clean place and great value. Slight downside that the walls aren’t that thick and I was treated to a few “operas” over my 4 night stay

It’s my second time staying at Hotel Munich Deluxe (both times in the annex). It seems like they have an issue with their ventilation or plumbing. There’s a sewage smell coming from the bathroom, and the longer the ventilation runs, the worse the odor gets. This happened to me on both stays. You also can’t turn the ventilation off, as it switches on automatically with the light. As a woman getting ready in the bathroom, the smell honestly is disturbing. Other than that, the hotel is okay. The room design is nice and the location close to the city center is very convenient.

We chose the Munich Deluxe Hotel as the rooms are air conditioned (supposedly); breakfast is included and it is close to the train station. On the positive side, the room was clean, the breakfast was good, (best scrambled eggs I’ve ever had), and the room was very quiet. The gentleman who ran the breakfast room was excellent and gave outstanding service. He was quick to respond to any request. We put the key card in the wall, turned on the air and expected it to cool down, which never happened. The air conditioning appeared not to be working. Also the mini-fridge was broken, the towels were like sand paper and the vent in the shower did not appear to work so the bathroom stayed hot and humid after a shower. Also, we put a towel down in the shower as the tile floor was quite slippery. The room has a german modern Ikea look with no pictures on the wall and was not very functional. There was only one suitcase rack and we had to open the other ones on the floor. More shelving space would have been helpful along with more hooks. Also, the ice machine was broken. Some people at the front desk were helpful, others were not. The room (105) looked out on a charming courtyard and we enjoyed having breakfast in the courtyard. We stayed there two nights but cancelled a future reservation and are going to try a different hotel when we return to Munich. All in all our stay was quite disappointing and the hotel did not deliver what they advertised.

Gute Lage in Laufweite zum Bahnhof und zur Theresienwiese, viele Restaurants und Geschäfte in der Nähe. Neues modernes Gebäude und Zimmer, Zimmer zum Innenhof sehr ruhig, allerdings sehr klein.

Smallest hotel room I've ever been in. No top sheet, no counter space. The only good thing was it was very close to Oktoberfest. Wouldn't recommend.

Veel te kleine kamer voor 2 personen (14 m2). Was zelfs geen plaats voor een stoel of tafeltje. Piepkleine badkamer zonder deur. Ondanks dat kamer en parkeergarage betaald was, zijn we bij het zien van de kamer meteen weer vertrokken naar een ander hotel.

Good hotel to stay in the cool weather. The AC does not cool. Other that that, it’s very nice and clean

I stayed at the hotel fot two nights. Overall, I liked the room and the hotel. I was on the top floor and my room had windows on the roof. The location was good and I enjoed the breakfast! On my first night, the hotel night receptionist made a mistake and gave my room key to someone else. He entered my room before 4am, and I woke up and jumped out of bed. The stranger must have been as shocked as I was, because he apologized and closed the door. I am waiting for a response from hotels.com and the hotel manager how they will compensate for such a big mistake!

Adoramos a acomodação e o café da manhã foi maravilhoso, porém o atendimento no check in foi horrível e o atendente foi grosseiro. Ar condicionado não funcionou nos dois dias…

Leider wurden wir an der Rezeption noch nicht einmal begrüßt, weder ein „Hallo“ noch einen „Guten Abend“. Super befremdlich. 2x wurden wir in der Nacht durch den Rauchmelder aus dem Bett gerissen, das war alles andere als „entspannend“. Kann natürlich passieren, nur kam ebenfalls vom Hotel keine Reaktion. Frühstück war total okay. Man muss früh zum Frühstück erscheinen, am besten von 06:30 Uhr - ca. 7:30 Uhr ? Wir waren jeden falls immer früh dort und haben mitbekommen das leider nicht aufgefüllt wird…. schade. Das Hotel hat ansonsten eine gute Lage und das Zimmer was wir erhalten haben, war von der Größe und der Einrichtung wirklich gut. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, war, das der Bezug der Decke nicht zu war, sondern auf und die Decke rausgeguckt hat… aber das empfindet natürlich jeder anders! Fazit: Für ein Wochenende ist es ok, mehr aber auch nicht. Wir werden leider definitiv nicht wieder kommen, da wir uns sehr unwohl gefühlt haben und großen Wert darauf legen wie man mit seinen Gästen an der Rezeption umgeht.

Das Personal vor allem an der Rezeption und im Frühstücksraum, waren nicht sehr ambitioniert. Man hatte nicht den Eindruck „willkommen“ zu sein. Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung und sauber.

Die Zimmer sind klein, aber effizient ausgestattet und in ihrer Struktur gut durchdacht. Ich würde mir jedoch wünschen, dass man an der Rezeption nicht gar so wortkarg betreut wird.

Very nice modern room. I was by myself, booked the single room, but my room was big enough for two people. The bathroom was nice and clean, there was an issue with my sink but it was quickly resolved by the team, which I was really grateful for.

Not the nicest part of Munich. Hotel is functional and value for money but certainly no frills. Unfortunately, the staff got our reservation wrong but we were able to rectify it quickly.

The AC didn’t work the first night. The staff was very very rude and hot helpful at all. I would never stay there again. Please stay away of this property

Excellent little hotel 5 minutes walk from transport and 20 minutes walk intk the centre, There are also a few bars and food places around.

The room is well worth the price, and a good breakfast is included, yes. It’s close to the main train station, most attractions and restaurants are within walking distances, the area is in a quiet neighborhood, away from any major disturbances, I would recommend this hotel, at a good price.

Property is grwat in location to train station and Octoberfest events

The hotel is very close to the Munich ZOB and also the Theresienwiese U-bahn stop. We stayed for one night because we had an early-morning appointment in Munich, and we were arriving/departing via FlixBus and also needed access to the subway. I will gladly stay there again and for longer given we were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the rooms and the breakfast.

We booked this hotel last minute for Adele. It was walkable from central station and also for FlixBus location and had easy links to get tram and train into centre - you could walk in 30 mins as well. It’s just a couple of mins from Oktoberfest. The room itself was fine, rather small with just a bed and clothes storage, tv and small fridge, served the purpose of a base for sleeping. Patio doors opened onto courtyard. Area around felt safe with an Italian restaurant opposite with the biggest pizza I’ve ever had!

Convenient Hotel within walking distance to Oktoberfest. Also about 10 minute walk to the Hackerbruck Station (S-Trains) and Main Munich Train station.

Place was just what we needed, nice, clean and less than 2 minute walk for Oktoberfest. Breakfast was provided and was great. I will be booking again next year.

All we needed in a hotel. Good location only a few stops on the tram from the centre. Small room, but all that was needed - nice bed, good shower, very clean. Reasonable continental breakfast.

Alles bestens, wie waren schon sehr oft in dem Hotel, nur das Frühstück wird leider immer weniger von der Auswahl her.

Absolutely stunning experience. Very nice rooms, very nice service, very friendly staff and a very very good breakfast buffet! Location is not far from u2 u-bahn station with only 1 stop to the main München trainstation! From me and my son a clear 10/10

This hotel was better than expected. It’s a 15 minute walk from the central train station in Munich. The breakfast was lovely with a selection of sausages, eggs(scrambled and boiled), bacon, crusty bread rolls, amazing pretzels, cheeses, meats, fruit and cereal. The room was small but lovely with an amazingly comfortable bed and good shower. Would definitely stay here again. The staff were helpful and lovely.
