Vi ankom i elbil og bookede stedet for at lade på stedet om natten så vi kunne køre videre om morgenen. Udover at hotellet ville have €18 for parkering natten over - hvilet var fair nok - så skulle vi betale €67 til ladeudbyderen for parkering og en smule strøm. Det vil sige €85 for parkering på stedet og 47kWh strøm. Hvis man ved lidt om strømpriserne så er det en vanvittig høj pris - også selvom man regner hotellets €18 fra. Selve hotellet var ganske fint, rent og pænt men sengene var meget dårlige.

Ein großes Lob an das Hotel! Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt, das Zimmer war ganz süß hergerichtet. Die Schlafcouch wurde als Kinderbett umfunktioniert und wir konnten im großen Bett schlafen. Es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Einziger Wermutstropfen war die Parkgebühr in Höhe von 18 €! Man hat die Möglichkeit entlang der Straße sein Auto abzustellen, das war uns allerdings zu heiß, weil wir die Umgebung nicht kannten. Somit haben wir in den sauren Apfel gebissen und unser Auto dort stehen gelassen, Allerdings konnten wir in dem Zuge auch eine der Ladesäulen benutzen. Wir waren tatsächlich sehr zufrieden alles in allem!

Parking cost is high, 18 euro for an overnight. Last year i paid 10 euro. Further there was a bad smell in the room. Coming from the bathroom i believe. It was already midnight when i arrived and to tired to call the reception for it.

Very nice hotel with wonderful rooms and a great breakfast buffet. Only negative is the very high price for a parking space and the bedding. There were 3 pillows of different sizes available on each bed, but each pillow was extremely thick and hard. I had to take a cusion off the couch to sleep with. Also, only a very warm stepbett - quilt was available as cover. After a night of sweating even with the AC on high, we took the stepbett/quilt out of it's cover and just used the cover.

Wir fanden es insgesamt ein sehr schönes Hotel. Schade fanden wir, dass es kein Mineralwasser zum Frühstück gab und die Parkgebühren bei dem Zimmerpreis kostenpflichtig (24 Stunden 18 EUR). Weiterhin war der Online-Schnell-CheckIn langwierig und vor allem wenn man das Dropdown ändert, bleiben Informationen, die nun nicht mehr gültig sein sollten, trotzdem gültig. Ein Late-Checkout wurde nicht angeboten (auch nicht kostenpflichtig), aber alles in allem war es trotzdem ein schöner Aufenthalt und eine gute Anbindung zur Autobahn (war uns sehr wichtig) und trotzdem ruhig.

Ich habe ganz hervorragend geschlafen. Leider was das Zimmer nur mäßig sauber und die Qualität der Speisen beim Frühstück für mich nicht zufriedenstellend. Das Rührei beispielsweise war fad und matschig. Beim nächsten Mal werde ich wohl ein anderes Hotel ausprobieren.

The hotel is lovely and staff were helpful. Took us 2 mins to check in and the room was nice and spacious. Only downfall was I couldn’t get the heating on it was only AC available and we had come from a very long day out in the cold and needed some warmth but other than this would stay here again for the price as only about a 10min train journey to central Frankfurt

This hotel was nice enough but a bit far from downtown. The breakfast was overpriced especially for the location. Pros: nice staff and larger rooms than other European hotels. Cons: rooms only had 1 pillow option which was way too large and gave us all neck problems. The shower had no door so water was all over the place. The bathroom had no fan. The AC did not work at all. The breakfast was very expensive and did not have many vegan options. The room had a fridge but no microwave. There weren't any recycling bins.

Leider waren die Betten die reinste Katastrophe. Ich lag wie in einem Loch womit ich mich noch hätte anfreunden können. Jedoch kam es einem so vor also ob der Kopf nach unten liegt bzw. der komplette Körper liegt schief und der Kopf ist der tiefste Punkt. Hinzu kommt das die Bettbezüge extrem warm waren. Klimaanlage konnte man nicht einschalten. Fenster hatten wir auf Kipp. Entnervt bin ich um 4 Uhr morgens aufgestanden mit weniger als 3 Stunden Schlaf. Natürlich habe ich mich dann extrem auf meinen 12h Flug gefreut.

The hotel and staff are both fantastic. I would especially mention the cleanliness of the room and the dedication of the housekerping staff although all the staff were great. Food options are limited but very good. The location is the only issue as there is nothing in the immediate vicinity but the 104 bus will take you to the centre of Offenbach and the stop is right outside the hotel.

The hotel from outside looks promissing. People working there are not really attentive or try to help you. They don't even want to listen to you. Wi-Fi works in bed but not near the window. The rooms tablet was not working, we were told it will be checked tomorrow but we stay in the hotel one night. Then we were asked but for what we need it. Then you ask but why it's there then. Breakfast variety is good but warm food was all cold. During check-out when asked if all was to my liking and we said 'well it could have been better' they did not wanted to hear what was not OK. Would not go back there if traveling to Frankfurt.

Absolutely wonderful hotel and staff. When we arrived, the staff greeted us with the warmest welcome. We where able to check in almost 3 hours early which was fantastic given we had been travelling since 2am that morning. The rooms where spotless and there was plenty room to relax. The staff where amazing and always went above and beyond. A massive shout out to Jackie and Jovana. These ladies where fantastic, they always welcomed you with a smile and nothing was ever to much trouble. These two women never stopped working yet all the time made it feel like you where apart of there extended family. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.

Preis Leistung stimmt! Das Hotel ist gut gelegen 5 Minuten zu Fuß (mit Kindern 10) bis zu S-Bahn. Liegt ruhig in einem Industrie- Gebiet direkt am Main. MacD in der Nähe eine Station weiter gibts ein Haufen Bars, Restaurants und kleinen Imbissbuden. Parkplätze stehen am Hotel gegen einer Zuzahlung reichlich zur Verfügung. Wir haben im Fensterrahmen ein schwarzes Haar mit Kindern entdeckt. Sonst war alles in Ordnung. Es gibt ein kleines Fitnesstudio. PC im Eingangsbereich. Kostenloses WLAN.

Trotz Chgaos bei der Ankunft (gleichzeitige Ankunft einer Airlines-Crew, deren Airline das Hotel aber noch nicht gebucht hatte) ging das Einechecken schnell. Das Zimmer ist okay, das Bad mit Dusche gut. Das Fenster im 6. Stockliess sich nicht öffnen, daher gibt es nur maximal eine mittlere Bewertung. Klimaanlage funktioniert leise und gut. Frühstück war gut, allerdings sehr überlaufen (Buchmesse mit lauter verpeilten Gästen). Was mir allerdings gar nicht gefallen hat, war daß die Tische nach Benutzung nicht grundsätzlich desinfiziert wurden. Obwohl das Desinfektionsmittel vorhanden war und am 2. Tag auch benutzt wurde. Es gab weder Tischdecken noch Platzsets, so dass das Besteck direkt auf dem Tisch lag. Fand ich nicht so toll. Parkplatz auf dem Hotelgelände 18 € pro nacht. Das Restaurant hatte nicht geöffnet, obwohl in der Hotelbeschreibung angekündigt. An der Rezeption gibt es einen Getränkekühlschrank, aber das Bier war leider aus. Insgesamt durchwachsen, aber Wiederholung möglich. Ich übernachte eigentlich lieber auf der anderen Mainseite in Ostend.

Zimmer waren sauber und gut ausgestattet. Kaffemaschine war vorhanden, ebenso Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett. Eigenes Bad mit begehbarer Dusche war hervorragend. Abendessen im hauseigenem Restaurant war von sehr guter Qualität. Preis-Leistung war in Ordnung. Wir hatten Schnitzel mit Salzkartoffeln und Frankfurter Grüner Sosse. Sehr gut 👍 Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und schmackhaft. Gerne wieder.

TOP Hotel ! Großer Parkplatz, ordentlich, sauber, gepflegt. Sehr freundliche Rezeptionisten. ...wirklich. Einziges pers. Manko : Ich finde ein so großes und gutes Hotel, sollte in der Lage sein, entweder RICHTIGE FRISCHE Brötchen zu backen, oder sich FRÜH von einer Bäckerei beliefern zu lassen. "Aufbackbrötchen" und dann noch nicht die beste Qualität... kenn ich anders.
