Fabulous place to stay. The bar/restaurant is cosy and inviting. The rooms are beautiful and clean. Teas coffee and cake was a lovely touch in the room. Beds comfortable, breakfast delicious. Taxi to nearby picturedrome £6 each way. Can definitely recommend.

Friendly, cosy with character. Attention to detail with decor. Wonderful food, great atmosphere, we will return again. Fully recommended. We were using a gift token for the wine tasting in the village thus the reason for the stop over due to the location. Hotel staff very friendly and welcoming. Look forward to visiting again when we have more time to explore the area.

Stayed in the Dove Apartment - best of both worlds with the pub restaurant downstairs and self catering facilities in the suite. Staff are really friendly and helpful - can’t do enough for you! They even provide a brochure with maps and instructions for good circular walks starting at the pub. Would definitely recommend.
