the recepionist was 10 out of 10, very helpfull and happy, she also made me a lovely coffee to go while i packed my car. shame theres a lot of building work going on but the place will look Mega when its all done.

Lovely friendly and welcoming staff, room was lovely and we had a great stay, thank you (Only side note shower in Monarch room was a bit rubbish)

This is a great hotel to stay in if you’re visiting the Coventry Arena. It’s a 15 minute car drive away or an approximately 45 minute walk. The hotel has plenty of parking. Our room was a good size and the beds were comfortable. The whole hotel was very clean. All the staff we met were extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Room was clean and nicely presented. There is significant building work taking place so restaurant not open (which they did pre-warn me about,), and skeleton staff. However, the staff were super helpful and friendly. Everything closes at 8pm ( bar, front gates etc) so not a place to stay if you are looking to relax of an evening outside of your room.
