This is a fabulous apartment - very clean, very well appointed kitchen, great bathrooms. There are good washers & dryers in the basement which are free to use, so that's very convenient. There is a good supermarket about 5 mins walk away. The only drawback is that the location isn't great in terms of walkability for a tourist. It's not the nicest area and there are limited walkable dining options. There is both an S-bahn and U-bahn station about 5 mins away, though, so it easy to get around.

Het appartement zag er piekfijn uit. De keuken is goed uitgerust, met frigo inclusief kleine diepvriezer, 4 kookplaten, oven en microgolfoven. Al het nodige materiaal is aanwezig. Het appartement is zeker ruim genoeg om er met zijn tweeën te logeren, ruimer dan wat je doorgaans in grotere steden vindt. Ook het balkon is een pluspunt. Downtown Apartments ligt niet helemaal in het toeristische centrum, maar het station Wedding is vlakbij (U- en S-Bahn). Aan de ingang van het U-bahnstation is ook een grote supermarkt. Kom je buiten de receptietijden aan, dan mail je best even op voorhand om de instructies te krijgen voor de zelf check-in. Een aanrader.

wij arriveerden te vroeg, konden onze bagage even tijdelijk wegzetten. Bij terugkomst stond de bagage al in het appartement, super service. Het appartement was zeer schoon, maar liefst 2 badkamers (erg fijn met 6 personen!) en de bedden waren zeer comfortabel. Volledige airco in het appartement en 2 kleine balkons. Al met al een aanrader!
wij arriveerden te vroeg, konden onze bagage even tijdelijk wegzetten. Bij terugkomst stond de bagage al in het appartement, super service. Het appartement was zeer schoon, maar liefst 2 badkamers (erg fijn met 6 personen!) en de bedden waren zeer comfortabel. Volledige airco in het appartement en 2 kleine balkons. Al met al een aanrader!

Wonderful apartments in great condition, bathrooms had soap and moisturizer, kitchen was well stocked with good quality uttensils. Both S and U bahn stations were within 200-300 meters. The area around was fine, but most of the landmarks were a few stations away. Given the proximity to S/U bahn, travel was easy.

Virkelig lækker lejlighed. Vi var 5 venner og der var rigeligt med plads. Alt var lækkert og rent. De 2 badeværelser var perfekte. Vi boede på øverste etage og brugte vores store altan rigtig meget. Området er spændende med flere lækre spisesteder. Kun på det varmeste anbefales

The apartment was excellent had everything that you needed. The staff were excellent, always there when you needed them. Transport was also excellent, the bus took ten minutes to the Hauptbahnhof. They came regularly. The supermarket has everything you need. There was nothing we didn’t like.

Cómodo y bonito. Hubo una confusión con su sistema en la asignación del apartamento, que gracias al apoyo del chat de hoteles.com pudimos resolver previo a nuestra llegada. El proceso de check in fue complejo, tardamos un rato ya que llegamos tarde y no eran claras las instrucciones.

Het appartement zag er piekfijn uit. De keuken is goed uitgerust, met frigo inclusief kleine diepvriezer, 4 kookplaten, oven en microgolfoven. Al het nodige materiaal is aanwezig. Het appartement is zeker ruim genoeg om er met zijn tweeën te logeren, ruimer dan wat je doorgaans in grotere steden vindt. Ook het balkon is een pluspunt. Downtown Apartments ligt niet helemaal in het toeristische centrum, maar het station Wedding is vlakbij (U- en S-Bahn). Aan de ingang van het U-bahnstation is ook een grote supermarkt. Kom je buiten de receptietijden aan, dan mail je best even op voorhand om de instructies te krijgen voor de zelf check-in. Een aanrader.

The apartment was excellent had everything that you needed. The staff were excellent, always there when you needed them. Transport was also excellent, the bus took ten minutes to the Hauptbahnhof. They came regularly. The supermarket has everything you need. There was nothing we didn’t like.

Leilighetshotellet er flott og rent. Hyggelig person i resepsjonen. Området rundt er skittent, og lite praktisk for utfart i Mitte. Vanskelig å finne taxi, men rett ved s-bahn, men føles som du er utenfor kjernen.

Wonderful apartments in great condition, bathrooms had soap and moisturizer, kitchen was well stocked with good quality uttensils. Both S and U bahn stations were within 200-300 meters. The area around was fine, but most of the landmarks were a few stations away. Given the proximity to S/U bahn, travel was easy.

This is a fabulous apartment - very clean, very well appointed kitchen, great bathrooms. There are good washers & dryers in the basement which are free to use, so that's very convenient. There is a good supermarket about 5 mins walk away. The only drawback is that the location isn't great in terms of walkability for a tourist. It's not the nicest area and there are limited walkable dining options. There is both an S-bahn and U-bahn station about 5 mins away, though, so it easy to get around.

Virkelig lækker lejlighed. Vi var 5 venner og der var rigeligt med plads. Alt var lækkert og rent. De 2 badeværelser var perfekte. Vi boede på øverste etage og brugte vores store altan rigtig meget. Området er spændende med flere lækre spisesteder. Kun på det varmeste anbefales

4명이서 너무 쾌적하게 8박 지냈습니다. 객실 컨디션, 베드, 욕실, 주방시설 너무 흡족했어요. 8시반부터 4시까지 리셉션에 직원이 있어서 소통도 원활했어요. 청소는 중간에 한번해주고 수건은 필요한만큼 요청해 받을수 있습니다. 가까운곳에 슈퍼, 카페, 먹을곳 많습니다. 베를린 방문시 또 가고 싶네요.
4명이서 너무 쾌적하게 8박 지냈습니다. 객실 컨디션, 베드, 욕실, 주방시설 너무 흡족했어요. 8시반부터 4시까지 리셉션에 직원이 있어서 소통도 원활했어요. 청소는 중간에 한번해주고 수건은 필요한만큼 요청해 받을수 있습니다. 가까운곳에 슈퍼, 카페, 먹을곳 많습니다. 베를린 방문시 또 가고 싶네요.

We had a great stay. Close to. Underground and trains. Kitchen well equipped. Housekeeping cleaned and changed towels once during our 4 nights which was good. There is some noise from the bar below at weekends but not all night. Only one stop from central station. Make sure you take express train from airport though. We took a commuter train which took much longer.

A lovely place! Because of other travel plans, after a week we moved to a Marriott in the center of things (at twice the price) and I regret the need! The Downtown Apartments room was superior by every measure from bed comfort to television to WiFi to thermostat--on and on, everything was top-flight. The neighborhood has real "flavor" that might turn some people off. But this comes with numerous restaurants ranging from a lovely Turkish bakery within a few meters of the front door to several high-end restaurants within a five minute walk. Grocery stores, a döner shop, a drugstore--everything one could need. And a U-bahn station within a ten minute walk that will take one anywhere one wishes to go. The staff were friendly and helpful. The facility was clean. And everything in the room worked! The room came stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. This was a pleasant experience from end to end! I look forward to a return visit.
