Exceptional for the price and location. Really handy for shops and buses. Very clean and comfortable. Communication excellent.

Great place to stay, check in information was clear and easy. The location was quiet, and room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable.

hi woukd like to give some feedback on our stay: - bathroom bin hadn’t been emptied and had thd last person’s ear wax cotton buds in it - ⁠the crazy shelf above thd sink was a health & safety hazard as i have a 2 cm cut across the bridge of my nose - ⁠the jacuzzi had one of the metal nozzles lying in the bottom of it and obviously hadn’t been cleaned - ⁠the light switch for bathroom didn’t switch off - ⁠the towels smelt very fusty after one use - ⁠the soundproofing is horrendous - you could hear people walking, talking & snoring in ither rooms - ⁠four hangers to hang clothes - ⁠and the polyester ducet and pillows were cheap and horrific and the duvet cover had no buttons at the bottom to keep it on during the night the room had tall ceilings though
