When you only offer valet parking and no self parking for $50 per day plus tax, I would expect the hotel to more upfront about that. It’s clearly a hidden cost of staying at your hotel especially when the valet delayed by departure two times from your hotel. Very disappointing especially as it seems like the staff is encouraged to point guests towards more expensive hotel amenities. Just charge a higher price for the room and a fair price for everything else.

Such a beautiful property! This could be a destination all in itself. They offer shuttles to the Disneyworld parks which is very convenient. The lagoon and amount of activities are beyond your wildest expectations. I can’t wait to go back!

I had high expectations for my stay at Conrad Orlando, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a very disappointing experience for a hotel of this caliber. More than 50% of the amenities, including the kids club and several restaurants, were closed for four days a week. This lack of availability was frustrating, especially considering that the nightly rate for a Monday stay was priced the same as a Friday, despite the significantly reduced offerings. Upon check-in, I was encouraged by the front desk staff to enjoy the very amenities that were closed during my stay from Monday to Wednesday. This showed a lack of awareness about the guest experience and left me feeling undervalued. The food prices were excessively high, with a simple to-go coffee costing $10. Additionally, after returning to the hotel at 10 PM from Disney, I found that my room had not been cleaned or serviced—completely unacceptable for a five-star property. I could continue listing more frustrating moments, but I will stop here. This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I’ve ever had at a luxury hotel.

Property and rooms are beautiful, customer service is great Could be great for a family with the paddleboards, kayaking and slide along with volleyball, tennis/pickleball, golf, etc. Depending on what you want to do when you're there, there isn't a lot close by or an easy way to get there. Also, rooms don't have microwave or refrigerator, we asked for a refrigerator and one was sent to our room.

The room was immaculate, grounds were outstanding and exceedingly well maintained, and the service was excellent. Any questions we had were immediately answered - the staff is very attentive and works to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Very impressed! Also - the on-property restaurants were top notch. Food at Sophia's, the Italian restaurant, was phenomenal.

This is a beautiful property and I enjoyed my stay. The resort is surprisingly very family friendly. If you are looking for more of a romantic vibe I would look elsewhere. If arriving at night the signs to the main entrance are very limited so it is easy to get lost or confused on where to go, Here are some pros and cons of my experience Pros: sandy swimming lagoon-simply beautiful and temperature controlled, housekeeping-best housekeeping service I have ever received, nice spacious room, comfortable bed, close to theme parks, close to dining options, and excellent customer service. Cons: $50/day mandatory valet parking-no options of parking alternatives nearby or a self-park option, gratuity charges at all restaurants, bars and cafe's on top of daily resort fee's, $550 for a Cabana at the pool, parking and resort fee charges are taken out of the $200/day incidental fee which is paid upfront upon arrival, shower doesn't get hot enough, limited complimentary activities, lagoon closes at sunset, tv has limited channels (about 15) and only streams Netflix, Youtbue (Youtube TV not an option), Tubi and one other streaming service-logging in to other streaming services aren't an option Overall 7/10

Cons - We got a pool view room as an upgrade when we booked, but they gave us a “nature” view which was as basically the parking lot. They offered for me to “upgrade” again but I was not doing that. We had to valet at $50 a day and then wait for staff to pull car when it would have been much faster to grab it ourselves. It’s all right there. Fridge in room not set up but they did bring us a portable fridge which was great. We had one lunch for 3 people and it was $300. A bit pricey. The paddle board was fun but they need MANY more. There was a long wait for that. The bathroom toilet door is like a shower door and it slams shut. Was an odd design. Pros - beautiful pool and lagoon. Room was quiet. Staff was friendly. I liked the secure entrance. We liked the bracelet key entry a lot.

For a 5-star hotel, they should have better staff at the front desk, they should have better mattresses, the mattresses are hard and of no quality. My family and I stayed there for 5 nights, there wasn't a night when we slept well and we woke up with our whole bodies aching. This hotel is definitely not a 5-star hotel, it's a 3-star hotel.

Great friendly staff, very accommodating service, Stayed for 5 nights rooms are spacious and welcoming. Excellent hotel, was greeted at check in by Faith and again at check out, very pleased with her ability to remember details. Only downfall was booking by third party didn’t receive any Hilton stay rewards. Still worth it!

I had high expectations for my stay at Conrad Orlando, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a very disappointing experience for a hotel of this caliber. More than 50% of the amenities, including the kids club and several restaurants, were closed for four days a week. This lack of availability was frustrating, especially considering that the nightly rate for a Monday stay was priced the same as a Friday, despite the significantly reduced offerings. Upon check-in, I was encouraged by the front desk staff to enjoy the very amenities that were closed during my stay from Monday to Wednesday. This showed a lack of awareness about the guest experience and left me feeling undervalued. The food prices were excessively high, with a simple to-go coffee costing $10. Additionally, after returning to the hotel at 10 PM from Disney, I found that my room had not been cleaned or serviced—completely unacceptable for a five-star property. I could continue listing more frustrating moments, but I will stop here. This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I’ve ever had at a luxury hotel.

From phone service, staff on property, restaurants all very friendly and helpful. A staff member was walking past the hallway, sees me with my luggage, comes back to assist me. I was nowhere near him and he came back. That alone shows the incredible employees at The Conrad. As for the amenities top notch, clean and staff around the pool and lagoon are detail oriented.

The place is breathtaking and very clean. However, I got charged 6 nights for valet taxes and fees on only a 3 night stay. If I wasn’t aware of that they would’ve never said anything. When checking out that was a huge turn off for me. I’m also very upset because before booking this hotel I called regarding the Disney transportation which this is one of the main reasons I booked this hotel I asked what’s your operating hours for shuttle and do you follow all parks special events I was told yes - I even expressed I’m going to the mickeys Halloween party where event ended at 12 and wouldn’t want to be stranded I was told not to worry and shuttles are available. I go and the shuttle stops at 9 and the times are one hour slots. Disney hotels it’s every 5 mins and they truly go by the parks correct hours. This was very frustrating because I had to pay for transportation and parking at the park one night. (would’ve rather stayed at Disney hotel for price)

Hairdress a few problems room refrigerator was not getting refilled with pop and accessories and I had to call five times the front desk to ask over and over for a microwave. They sent me up one that wasn’t working and continue for more problems. My electric got caught in the middle of the night. The circuit box popped at the call Maintenance to come fix it. I didn’t expect these to happen but things happen

This is my first time writing a review for hotel stay…I was expecting to have a luxury experience, and while it was a beautiful place the service was seriously lacking. They charge 200 per night in addition to the cost of the hotel for incidentals, however still charge you separately for incidentals as they occur. When I was checking out, the front could not explain why, if they don’t figure it out my bank will. The pool servers avoided guests, house keeping were ghosts, front desk staff are confused and misinformed. We did not find it family friendly, truly disappointing, don’t waste your time or money. Overall a complete waste of money and time. On a positive note the VALET TEAM WAS OUTSTANDING!!!!

Such a beautiful property! This could be a destination all in itself. They offer shuttles to the Disneyworld parks which is very convenient. The lagoon and amount of activities are beyond your wildest expectations. I can’t wait to go back!

This is a beautiful property and I enjoyed my stay. The resort is surprisingly very family friendly. If you are looking for more of a romantic vibe I would look elsewhere. If arriving at night the signs to the main entrance are very limited so it is easy to get lost or confused on where to go, Here are some pros and cons of my experience Pros: sandy swimming lagoon-simply beautiful and temperature controlled, housekeeping-best housekeeping service I have ever received, nice spacious room, comfortable bed, close to theme parks, close to dining options, and excellent customer service. Cons: $50/day mandatory valet parking-no options of parking alternatives nearby or a self-park option, gratuity charges at all restaurants, bars and cafe's on top of daily resort fee's, $550 for a Cabana at the pool, parking and resort fee charges are taken out of the $200/day incidental fee which is paid upfront upon arrival, shower doesn't get hot enough, limited complimentary activities, lagoon closes at sunset, tv has limited channels (about 15) and only streams Netflix, Youtbue (Youtube TV not an option), Tubi and one other streaming service-logging in to other streaming services aren't an option Overall 7/10

Property and rooms are beautiful, customer service is great Could be great for a family with the paddleboards, kayaking and slide along with volleyball, tennis/pickleball, golf, etc. Depending on what you want to do when you're there, there isn't a lot close by or an easy way to get there. The staff works in turtle mode, you pay so much for the stay but on top of that they will get you at any restaurant you go to. The spa rates are too high for the services they offer. No dj on a Sunday at all.. super quiet by the pool.. the hotel fees are high per night as well, spent too much money at the resort that has pretty much nothing to offer other than pool and the lagoon beach. Everything closes by 10pm so you won’t find a place to eat even a snack bar after 10pm. I do not recommend for the price. I will not be going back there that’s for sure. Rooms are half or more than half empty, stayed for 4 nights and you barely got to see anybody on the balconies or restaurants. Too expensive, if you go to the rooftop restaurant get ready to pay over $300 bill. It was just me and my boyfriend but I don’t remember the last time we spent so much money for any other resort.

The room was immaculate, grounds were outstanding and exceedingly well maintained, and the service was excellent. Any questions we had were immediately answered - the staff is very attentive and works to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Very impressed! Also - the on-property restaurants were top notch. Food at Sophia's, the Italian restaurant, was phenomenal.

From checking in to our valet service upon leaving from our stay, we had a wonderful time. The rooms are tasteful and spacious. Dining options were delicious. The amenities were fun, safe, and clean. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

My experience was wonderful! The room was clean, beautiful, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the service was excellent. The hotel was very nice and clean. The lagoon was great and the free kayak and paddle boarding were fun. While out by the lagoon be aware not all the bars or restaurants can charge to your room so make sure you have a credit card with you. Hotel has valet only and it is $50, make sure you call ahead for vehicle beacuse it can be very busy and take over 15 minutes even calling ahead. There isnt an ice machine for guest to use you have to request it and they will bring a small bag, I requested some and never got one night. I will say check in was kind of disappointing. The gentleman checked us in, didnt explain anything about property or amenities, didn't say where room was or anything. Later on I had to go and request room key wristbands so we could wear in pool and open doors. Overall a very nice hotel, extremly clean and well taken care of.
