Everything was great! Apartment was a lovely modern two bedroom with two baths and kitchen with dishwasher and w/d with a balcony. It had a king bed. (Rate in Europe) and twins in the other room which is better for our sons. The concierge (Herman) was super nice and helpful in teaching me how to use the Italian appliances and also gave me a cheat sheet. Another great thing was the location. Very convenient to Uffizi, restaurants, duomo, palazzo vecchio and great restaurants etc! Highly recommend.

Pros: Very modern and good location. Host was very helpful and kind. Washer and dryer for clothes was very useful. Cons: A little noisy, since in the heart of Florence, which is expected. We had a one bedroom apartment, if you are more than 2 people, you'll have to use the sofa bed, which is not very comfortable, and makes the apartment very small/constricted. General info: no room cleaning/room service, since not a hotel.

Kairos by Florence Art Apartments is an exceptional property and the host has thought of everything and is in an ideal location! The apartments are beautiful, well maintained, and has every need. Several delicious restaurants and groceries close by. We were able to walk to all our desired locations. They even offer luggage storage after you checkout. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Loved this central location, where the only challenge was dropping our luggage from the rental car, as who knew we should have just pulled up on the sidewalk and unloaded, but we didn't want to be the ugly Americans ☺️, as street was one lane and we would have caused a back up. Could not be a nicer location, with outstanding windows that blocked all street noise in this lively area. Great to have our own kitchen that perfectly suited our needs, but plenty of elbow room with a unique, stylish decor. ✅

The apartment was very spacious and clean. It had everything needed plus a washer and dryer. The apartment was close to everything. About a 7 min walk to the Duomo and a 20 min walk from the train station. My only complaint was that the bed was a bit hard so I couldn’t sleep on it but they had a very comfy sofa which worked great! Overall I would stay here again. Very lovely apt with a great team. Sofia was very helpful and sweet.

3 items 1)The room safe was not attached to anything. I have never seen that in a hotel. 2)Washer dryer did not dry the clothes. May need a technician. 3)Shower was not working but Sylvie fixed it.

Great location, easy walking distance to main sites in Florence. Close parking (if you're driving) and easy to get to especially if you plan to drive around. Room was clean and recently renovated with everything you need to feel comfortable. We were a family of 3 and there was plenty of space. Easy check in and check out. Host was friendly and helpful and gave lots of good tips. Highly recommend

What a great find. Check in was easy and friendly. The place is perfectly quiet, everything you need is in it. Wash and dryer were super useful. The bed was comfortable and rooms were spacious. The location couldn’t be any better. Will be our place to stay every time in Florence.

Great place! Loved it! There's a separate living room with a nice couch that fit all 4 of our family comfortably. Though the TV could be bigger for ther room size. Loved the dining area and kitchen though we didn't really use it as a dining table but for more to store our things. Used the Washer/Dryer combo tough a bit tricky to figure out initially. But overall, everything you need pretty much. Would love to be able to stay again. NOTE: we got to stay in the 2 bedrooms. The 2nd bedroom had the attached bathroom with 2 separate twin beds. The other room has a queen bed but the bathroom is not attached.

This property is close to everything from the church, pointe Vecchi , the old bridge, to the restaurants and shopping. It’s super clean and very nice decorations. Will definitely stay here again.

The room was excellent. Spotless and welcoming. All the staff were friendly and replied quickly if we sent a question via the chat. The location is excellent and easy to get to all the major sites on foot. We would absolutely stay hear again on a future trip to Florence!

Excellent location, quiet but walkable to all great restaurants and sights. The apartment is spotless, very artsy, but lots of space wasted because of the artwork. Just a few hiccups with the kitchen: some outdated pots and pans, utensils, coffee machine was not working properly. Beds, bathrooms were great and new, but would run out of hot water after numerous showers continuously. Christina was very helpful, answers promptly via WhatsApp and comes to help as soon as possible. Despite a few hiccups, would still highly recommend Florence Art Apartments!

Punti positivi: il personale della reception ci ha fornito un servizio eccellente! Silvia e Johann grazie di tutto! Appartamento ben attrezzato e molto ben posizionato. Mercato, ristoranti, tutto molto vicino. Punto negativo: Il rumore proveniente dagli appartamenti ai piani superiori è abbastanza fastidioso, soprattutto quando ci sono bambini che non vengono trattenuti dai genitori. Abbiamo passato due notti insonni. Non sarebbe un luogo adatto ad ospitare bambini, ma solo adulti che cercano un luogo affascinante e ben posizionato. Ci sono solo due asciugamani da bagno con un costo separato se ne vengono richiesti di più. Nel complesso, torneremo per l'alta qualità del servizio.

Being a frequent traveler and owning our own vacation property, we pay particular attention to detail of the places we stay. This property far exceeded our expectations and our hopes. Perfectly located minutes from anything you could possibly want to do, extremely clean, highly upgraded and new looking, with all the amenities needed for a very comfortable stay. From the moment I made the reservation, our host, German, was at our service. He responded right away, and set up to meet us personally, at the time convenient for us to check in. He was so helpful with all of our questions and needs! We would highly recommend this property! And we can't wait to come back for another stay! Book it today, you will be happy you did!

Apartamento excelente no centro de Florença. Acomodações novas e bem equipadas. Limpeza muito boa. Fomos muitíssimo bem recebidos pelo German, que nos auxiliou prontamente com todo o necessário. Em retornando à cidade, certamente nos hospedaremos novamente no Kairos.

Excellent location, quiet but walkable to all great restaurants and sights. The apartment is spotless, very artsy, but lots of space wasted because of the artwork. Just a few hiccups with the kitchen: some outdated pots and pans, utensils, coffee machine was not working properly. Beds, bathrooms were great and new, but would run out of hot water after numerous showers continuously. Christina was very helpful, answers promptly via WhatsApp and comes to help as soon as possible. Despite a few hiccups, would still highly recommend Florence Art Apartments!

We had a great experience. Everything went smoothly at check Sophia snd Sylvia in the lobby were so helpful. Sophia (especially) want out of her way to provide us with very helpful information that made our stay so much more enjoyable and conformable being in an unfamiliar area. Loved the location and the unit t self.

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment right in centre of Florence. Very convenient to walk to all the dining, tourist areas and attractions. The apartment was beautifully set up and perfect for our needs. The staff were all very helpful, keeping us updated prior to ensure someone was there to meet us.

Pros: Very modern and good location. Host was very helpful and kind. Washer and dryer for clothes was very useful. Cons: A little noisy, since in the heart of Florence, which is expected. We had a one bedroom apartment, if you are more than 2 people, you'll have to use the sofa bed, which is not very comfortable, and makes the apartment very small/constricted. General info: no room cleaning/room service, since not a hotel.

The room was excellent. Spotless and welcoming. All the staff were friendly and replied quickly if we sent a question via the chat. The location is excellent and easy to get to all the major sites on foot. We would absolutely stay hear again on a future trip to Florence!

Loved this central location, where the only challenge was dropping our luggage from the rental car, as who knew we should have just pulled up on the sidewalk and unloaded, but we didn't want to be the ugly Americans ☺️, as street was one lane and we would have caused a back up. Could not be a nicer location, with outstanding windows that blocked all street noise in this lively area. Great to have our own kitchen that perfectly suited our needs, but plenty of elbow room with a unique, stylish decor. ✅

You really can’t beat this location!!! There are so many great landmarks within a short walking distance - the bridges, great restaurants, the markets, the monuments, and more. The apartment is clean and comfortable and the hosts were very accommodating. Highly recommend!

This was a very nice, comfortable place to stay with our family. Very conveniently within walking distance of many key sites. Parking garage was very close and safe. Definitely recommend!

Great location, easy walking distance to main sites in Florence. Close parking (if you're driving) and easy to get to especially if you plan to drive around. Room was clean and recently renovated with everything you need to feel comfortable. We were a family of 3 and there was plenty of space. Easy check in and check out. Host was friendly and helpful and gave lots of good tips. Highly recommend

Out of all of the places we stayed on our 16 day tour of Greece and Athens, this was our absolute favorite. The apartment is right in the middle of shopping and delicious restaurants, but also far enough away from the dome area, that it had more of a local feel. The apartment was clean, and so cute. The couch pulls out to provide sleeping space for a third couple, and was quite comfortable. It’s also easy to fold up, so we convert it back to a sofa during the day. A washing machine was available - that supposedly has a dryer function as well. Since we had not had good luck with that at different accommodation earlier in our trip - we only needed see the washing machine function and chose to use the wire rack to dry our clothing. AC and an elevator were convenient and comfortable. Everything we wanted to see was walkable. If you are taking the train into Florence and have luggage - I would suggest a taxi or Uber as the streets are narrow and many are cobblestone.

Was traveling with wife and two kids so I was very critical on where we stayed. Kairos was perfect across the board. Easily accessible by car. Elevator. Good air conditioning in all rooms. Super clean. Modern. Comfortable for a family. Very central location and in an awesome street with many food options but still private and quiet. Check in process was easy as they met us at the door. We were very fortunate to find this gem. I hardly leave reviews but felt I needed to communicate this to other families since I know how important a good stay when traveling with kids. If this is still available book it right now. PS> Complimentary bottle of wine was awesome. Thanks.

The location was fantastic! The room was also very quiet, despite being in a popular part of town. The air conditioning worked well and the room was quite comfortable.

This is the place to be, located at walking distance from the best restaurants, shops, museums and more. Apartment was modern clean and huge. They have lockers you can store your bags on the day of checkout if you plan to leave town later on the day. Staff was friendly, they all spoke English fluently and made sure you felt welcomed.
