The property needs a lot of upgrading. What attracted me was the pool/jacuzzie area, but it was disappointing. The jacuzzie didn't work, the foilage needed trimming & a lot of mosquitoes were all around the pool area. I got a 2 queen bed room & my husbands bed had a wore out mattress & springs were digging in his body. I will stay again for the price, but hopefully the hotel makes good with their renovations statement..

The front desk person was friendly and helpful. Our room was very good with a large room, living area, mini fridge and microwave. Furnishings were nice and in great condition. We loved the hot tub and pool. The only negative was ice machines were out of service.

The pool was a little on the cool side but not bad. Only complaint is that the jacuzzi was out of order and none of the ice machines were working. Really loved the pool area.

The atrium is pretty cool. There unique, indoor pool and greenhouse vibe is something I’ve never seen before. It was pretty nice to just study and relax in there. however, their facilities were not well-maintained. Both saunas seemed to be broken. The gym lacked a lot of the equipment I saw on previous pictures with guests leaving shoes, towels, trash everywhere, and maintenance did not clean up after them. The Jacuzzi was broken. I’ve never felt a more firm Mattress in my life 😂 but for the price and obviously the lack of tourist attraction in Fort Stockton it did the job

We enjoy staying at The Atrium every time we pass through Ft. Stockton. The pool is so refreshing, the hot tub is super, and the gym is great.

Room was very old with a bad smell and flies inside. Some of the kitchen cabinets were broken with black goo on the floor near the fridge. We had a yellow scorpion in our sink. We left immediately after seeing the scorpion since we're staying with our dog and we can't afford the risk. The stuff understood the problem and offered a full refund

The atrium pool area seemed cool so I booked it on my way through. I think lipstick on a pig is the best way to describe the overall vibe. Everything looked ok until you actually looked at it. Painted plywood, chipped paint, dirty floors and exposed fixtures and pipes. Blood stains on pillows and sheets, hair in the tub. I wound up sleeping at the foot of the mattress because it appeared to be the only cleanish place and used my own pillow and blanket from the car because I didn’t want to catch the west Texas blood splatters. Staff was friendly but hotel was gross. A fine place to bring a hooker or off yourself, a rough place to get a good night sleep.

The pool area was filthy. Dog was in the pool and or hot tub. Dirty towels everywhere. Most rooms only have box spring and if you are lucky, there is a 2" foam on top. The room floor was not cleaned. Urine stains on the sheets. The staff was more concerned about their own pets than customer service. The breakfast was very disappointing with stale bread and powdery cereal.

There were so many things wrong with this motel but I gave it two stars for the Customer Service effort from the staff. They were friendly and very accommodating. As for the room, it was less than exceptional. As you can see from the photos, the shower bath was disgusting. The knob to turn the shower hot or cold did not work and I had to pry it several times to get the right temperature. And when it did work, the water clogged. I had to wash my feet several times after I took a shower just to take the soot out of my body. It was very disgusting. As for the bed, the covers were dirty, filthy and smelled. And the water! Oh my! It tasted like rust! Again, very disgusting. I specifically asked for a non-smoking room and upon entering, I immediately smelled smoke. If they want anyone to stay here, they should upkeep the most basic essentials needed for a motel room. I paid $100 total which included the $20 dog fee. I would stay away and find a comparable motel that would allow pets even if you have to pay more.

Nice property. Definitely old and needing a bit of upgrades now with new management. But for the cost it’s a great stay for a night in town. Bed was comfy. The WiFi was absolutely junk. I was in room 118 and it didn’t reach at all. Good news I had all my 5G bars on tmobile. Clean and cozy. The atrium is cool. Ac worked well. Fridge and microwave worked fine. Overall no complaints esp at the price point they are.

The room was large enough but very very old and outdated, but the worst was the horrible foam bed. Sinking holes everywhere. The outside door had so doorsweep so you could see light thru all night. I’m sure mice come in thru the wide space. Bathroom was ok but again very old and outdated. With renovation s and new bed it could be ok. Breakfast was also very llimited and the bread was dried out. All carbs, no protein except yogurt. Outside was fine. Hot tub had old water in it but was not working. Pool seemed ok didn’t go in

The room was huge! The bed was memory foam and the best I have had on this trip. The room opened up to the atrium with a swimming pool. I didn’t use it. There was also a non-functional hot tub. The breakfast was typical fare, nothing special. It was a little difficult to make sure I was at the right place since most of their signs were broken out. Overall it was nice and I would stay there again if ever in the area.

This property has a very cool, enclosed central area with a beautiful pool, hot tub, and exercise room. All rooms have a front door to the outside and a sliding glass door to the atrium. The room was very spacious with a separate bedroom area. The TV was mounted on the wall entering the room so it could be seen from the sitting area or the bedroom. A little weird but it works.

Awesome place, and for a great price! Truly a gem in Fort Stockton. Stayed here again, after more than 1 year and it's still as good as the first time. Check-in was friendly and super fast. Room 103 was clean, with good lighting. Office desk and coffee table surfaces were clean, nothing sticky. They'd even cleaned the office chair (most places don't) which was nice. Bedsheets were clean, with smell of fresh laundry, and same with the pillows. No hair traces anywhere I looked. Bed was firm and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and everything worked well. Hot water was instant, and I enjoyed the shower. Towels were super clean, free of stains. The TV, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, AC/heater, everything was clean and worked well like a charm. At night it was quiet with no noise whatsoever. Slept like a baby. Then breakfast was way better than expected with bagel and muffin options. Just lack of fruits but hey!, decent for the price. And I liked that they had a waffle maker. Checkout was immediate and the lady was nice. It was a great stay!

It was useful for overnight. But, the transition to the new hotel, Atrium, is a pain for travelers and prices should more reflect the inconveniences. The staff are doing the absolute best that is possible.

It was AMAZING!!!!!! I had the pleasure of staying twice in the same week as I was traveling through. The rooms for both visits EXCEEDED my expectations. The atrium was beautiful! I came back the second time because I fell in love with there the first time. Any time I am traveling through Fort Stockton again, this will always be my spot to stay. I would happily bring my family too. Check in was easy and stress free and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!!!

Not maintained. Slow draining tub, no plug for tub, broken faucet that made getting warm water difficult. This has been the case since Thanksgiving if not before since this was my second stay there in the exact same room. Then waited until 9pm to inspect for a suspected leak from ac unit. The next day while I was sleeping for work a maintenance man let himself in my room without any identification,name badge, or work uniform. Actually got irritated with me for demanding he leave my room as I was not dressed for visitors of any kind. No apology. The “general manager” was beyond unprofessional, condescending, and rude. Never again will I spend another dime there. One positive note, the owner of the property proved more helpful.
Not maintained. Slow draining tub, no plug for tub, broken faucet that made getting warm water difficult. This has been the case since Thanksgiving if not before since this was my second stay there in the exact same room. Then waited until 9pm to inspect for a suspected leak from ac unit. The next day while I was sleeping for work a maintenance man let himself in my room without any identification,name badge, or work uniform. Actually got irritated with me for demanding he leave my room as I was not dressed for visitors of any kind. No apology. The “general manager” was beyond unprofessional, condescending, and rude. Never again will I spend another dime there. One positive note, the owner of the property proved more helpful.

The desk clerk was so helpful and amazing. He was also there when I checked out and continued to be amazing. There was a Christmas party happening and I was worried about noise after a long drive and I barely heard them! I would have stayed on my way home but needed to go further on that day. As a single woman had NO worries about this place.

The staff members were super helpful and friendly. The room was larger than expected and clean and comfortable. The view out the back to the pool area was very nice, with lots of plants. It looked very inviting. The hotel is a good value and in a convenient location.

Staff was wonderful. Had a broken toilet and it was fixed immediately. As others have said it is very old and needs improvements. Flooring tiles are loose kitchen is warn and dirty cupboards. It was ok. I would consider coming back with improvements

This is a well run budget hotel. The rooms are not fancy, but I appreciated their large size, comfortable beds, and the easy to keep clean wood vinyl flooring, which is so much more sanitary than carpet! The simple breakfast buffet was also well done and the night staff was pleasant. Unfortunately, we did not have time to enjoy the pool. The location is very convenient for road trippers because it is not too far fromt he highway.

We had to switch rooms because the first room stunk like sewer. Hot tub was not working and a little dirty. Property was hard to find because their sign was busted up. Broken windows in the lobby area.

This was a fantastic value! Great for families. Room was very large and parking was easy. I got to park right in front of our door. Sliding glass door opened to the atrium and pool area which was very serene. Workout room! Our rate at the time was only $50 on a special. When you drive up, the outside is not that compelling, but it is the total package! rooms are nicer, re-done to some degree, clean, no carpet in our room. I would definitely stay again and hopefully get to try the pool out. Our room had a microwave, desk area, 2 beds, a separate vanity and still plenty of space! Continental breakfast + as they had a waffle maker if you were inclined to make one.

Beautiful place. I loved everything about the inside pool, spa, and hot tub. Felt like I was in paradise. The building on outside is super rusty and stairs seem dangerous. Thank God I got downstairs. Staff super nice. Breakfast could use eggs n sausage, lol. Thankful for all you had! Fruit was huge and delicious. INDOOR POOL SPA AND HOT TUB A MUST DTAY AND ENJOY! To bad can't posts photos here anymore. Convenience was just perfect. Walmart literally right behind hotel. Taco bell and other fast foods across street. Amazing.

Rough around the edges. Seems like they might be doing some renovations on stairs which don’t feel safe. Very Clean room and lobby with friendly staff. The middle common area with pool, hot tub, and gym was super cool! It was indoor, but felt like we were walking through a jungle oasis. Free breakfast had coffee, juice, yogurt, cereal, bagels, and Texas-shaped waffle maker. Overall definitely worth the stay for $58/night right off I-10. Adding to my favorites for next time I pass through.

Awesome place, and for a great price! Truly a gem in Fort Stockton. Stayed here again, after more than 1 year and it's still as good as the first time. Check-in was friendly and super fast. Room 103 was clean, with good lighting. Office desk and coffee table surfaces were clean, nothing sticky. They'd even cleaned the office chair (most places don't) which was nice. Bedsheets were clean, with smell of fresh laundry, and same with the pillows. No hair traces anywhere I looked. Bed was firm and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and everything worked well. Hot water was instant, and I enjoyed the shower. Towels were super clean, free of stains. The TV, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, AC/heater, everything was clean and worked well like a charm. At night it was quiet with no noise whatsoever. Slept like a baby. Then breakfast was way better than expected with bagel and muffin options. Just lack of fruits but hey!, decent for the price. And I liked that they had a waffle maker. Checkout was immediate and the lady was nice. It was a great stay!

Service was excellent. The Atrium was beautiful. The rooms were spacious. The beds were thin mattress, but still comfortable. Hotel looked run down, breakfast was everything from Costco, nothing to brag about. Cold shower; no hot water.

What a unique hotel! Our room was nice, clean, and comfortable. They were renovating the hotel and had not finished with the atrium area. It will be amazing when that part is finished. There are many huge palms and plants inside the atrium around the pool. The receptionists were also very nice. The breakfast was nothing special.

The room was huge! The bed was memory foam and the best I have had on this trip. The room opened up to the atrium with a swimming pool. I didn’t use it. There was also a non-functional hot tub. The breakfast was typical fare, nothing special. It was a little difficult to make sure I was at the right place since most of their signs were broken out. We really enjoyed our stay. It is a great spot and we would stay here again. I think it would be good for families with the beautiful pool, spa and sauna in the atrium area. Reminded us of Embassy Suites. Continental type breakfast was good and included Texas waffles 🙂

The property was very nice. Clean and welcoming. The person helping me at check in was friendly and quick. He did not mention anything about breakfast in the morning and I decided not to ask at the time. The atrium where the pool and other amenities were was quite charming. The pool was nice but had a bit of algae in it and ever so slightly cloudy. It was still pleasant to swim in but it could use regular, professional pool maintenance. I was disappointed to see that the spa/hot tub was roped off and drained for whatever reason. The room was nice, spacious, and clean. The bed had a foam mattress which was pretty comfortable but made it a bit hot to sleep in. The AC unit for my room was struggling a bit to cool to room to my liking but was definitely blowing cool air. I’d consider staying here again.
