Aufenthalt für eine Nacht

We were in Black bear building. Carpets were dirty. Everything had a funky smell. I reached behind the headboard to get to an outlet and there was a ton of dust back there. I think since this building has family sized rooms they assume you don’t need a pristine level of cleanliness. But we were 3 adults with no kids. We wish it were much cleaner. I would never stay in that building again.

Perfect off the grid getaway. Lovely cabin style accommodations with bikes and pickle ball to use included and nightly fire pits that set the scene for a fun fall trip. Hot tub spa delightful. Only wishes were for a fire poker at the fire pit given self loaded after they initially light it (although amazing amount of unlimited dry cut firewood to use) and toilet on first floor of the two story cabin (as you had to walk upstairs and through the bedroom) given sofa bed on first floor

The Emerson is a great resort/spa. Our room was just beautiful, clean , and comfortable. However, you will need to plan your stay well before you arrive since spa treatments book up quickly. My stay was spur of the moment so there was no availability, not even for a pedicure. Also be advised that there is no cell service (didn’t matter to me) but there is WiFi. I was aware that the restaurant was closed on the days of my stay so I can’t comment on the food. Even though this is a nice place, I don’t think I’ll be staying here again.

Staff was amazing especially at the restaurant which was right next to our lodge never left the property in 4 days that we stayed there other guests were very friendly and everyone seemed just to want to relax would definitely go back
