Todo en el hotel estuvo excelente, desde la recepciòn con Nico Piffaretti con sus atenciones y recomendaciones, la del chofer que fue por nosotras a la estaciòn del tren, limpieza, personal del restaurant, absolutamente todo perfecto !! Volverìa sin pensarlo ahi.. Gracias !!!

Very nice apartment like place to stay in wonderful Zermatt. Close to many places like the bridge with Matterhorn views and the church and to many restaurants. They offer complimentary tra sport to the trrain starion. Room was all that I wanted.

All the staff were wonderful. One staff member even came to our room to show us how to use the cheese fondue set, and a friendly staff member who was studying Japanese was always so kind. The room wasn't new, but the kitchen was spacious and easy to use, and we could see the Matterhorn from the balcony. The location was excellent — close to both the main street and the station. Thank you so much.

チェルマット観光のため２泊しました。 １歳の子供と３人でキッチン付きのマウンテンビューの部屋に宿泊しましたが、清潔で部屋の使い勝手が大変よくとても快適でした。 部屋に電子レンジはなしですが、スタッフに頼めばベビーフードを温めてくれました。 スタッフもとても親切。 ただ、部屋までのエレベーターがなく外階段がとても急で雨が降ると濡れるので、スーツケースやベビーカーを運ぶのがとても大変でした。 早朝外へ出なくても部屋からテラスからマッターホルンが見えるので、子連れには良かったです。 また泊まりたいです。

朝食のメニューが豊富だった。スタッフもとてもフレンドリーで、電子レンジを使いたいと言ったら、温めたいものを持ってきてくれたらこちらで温めますと言ってくれて、本当にあたためてくれた。 少し中心地からは歩くが、全然許容範囲。 客室もとてもキレイだし広いし、本当にここにしてよかった。 ただ、、ホテルの落ち度ではないが、虫が多かった。まあでもこれはスイスではよくあることなのかも。蚊がいないだけましだった
