Dynasty Suites Santa Fe Springs

My first impression of my room wasnt the best, with the dated bedspread and pink tile in the bathroom, but I must say that it works. Its part of the ambiance of the place perhaps???? Idk, but, about 15 minutes into my stay I had forgotten all about them. The room itself was quite spacious. The bed was very comfortable. It had a fridge, microwave, iron, ironing board, closet, dresser, night stands (plenty of places for all my belongings), the bathroom is huge, and it had a pretty decent tv. One of the other things I first noticed was how padded the flooring was. As soon as I stepped onto the carpet it felt like I was walking on a cloud. Very nice, and very quiet. I did not hear another guest, or much of anything else for that matter, outside my room the entire time I was there. That had been a concern of mine because the hotel is right off the freeway and I was worried about hearing the traffic all day and night. Those worries proved to be for not though. The room, and my stay, were very quiet and peaceful. The staff was amazing!! Very accommodating and was always lookinh out for me and my needs. Freeway access in a matter of a minute. Shopping and dining nearby. Guest laundry onsite. I dont think i can go on about this place enough. I really didnt want to leave when i checked out. I highly reccomend this establishment to anyone.

Older facility but owner takes pride in his business. Exceptionally nice employees! Helpful & courteous. No frills, next to freeway. Room was plain but in good repair & comfortable. Would come again if doing business in area & needed to do an overnight again! Photo is from outside my room!

Room had strong cleaning product smell. Had to open window and turn up ac. Had hair in bathtub. Cable tv was out so no tv.

Great place to stay. Front desk service exemplary. The property is smaller, so parking is central in front of the rooms, which is great. The room was clean, with a vintage vibe that was charming. Housekeeping left a dirty comforter, and bottom sheet on the bed from previous travellers. Probably not typical?

Great room for an overnight stay to attend a funeral. The front desk person was friendly. The room was clean and bec was comfortable. Good price and value.

The property was not well maintained, the room was not clean, and the water pressure was like a trickle. Would not recommend.

After being booked in a crack house - I was able to locate this hotel with a vacancy last minute - it was clean. Smelled good - bed was beyond comfortable and the front desk staff were really nice. I will be back anytime I have to work in the area

I was so fearful to stay in this motel, it had very poor lighting and felt dingy and old. I expected it to be way more modern and updated, I felt scared and uneasy, I checked in, looked at the room and immediately checked out. I was probably there 10 minutes. The guy at the front desk was very nice, but I just couldn’t stay. Hopefully I’ll get my full refund back

Overall, for the price, the hotel serves its purpose as a spot to sleep for a night. The room was tidy, but a revamp could do this place wonders. The fixtures and decor were dated, and the water pressure in the shower was poor. The bed wasn't terrible, but both my partner and I didn't sleep well and woke up feeling stiff. The interactions with the staff were pleasant, and it was in a pretty convenient location. During the night I could hear traffic from the freeway and was woken up by an occasional/random thump happening in the vicinity of my room.

Wasn't thrilled with the attitude of the clerk at check in. However, I had just been stuck in LA traffic for over 2 hours so maybe that had something to do with my perception. Room was clean, bed was fine. Fortunately, I checked in prior to taking care of some business in the evening. The A/C unit wasn't very strong, but when I returned from my business, the room had cooled enough to sleep.

No large bath towels and the towels were very rough, almost industrial grade. The bed wasn't very comfortable and the TV remote was almost usele

The only thing i liked was that the shower was perfect. Enough pressure. That's it. Sink had no hot water Pure cold water. Tv picture qas really blueish. IT SUCKED!! ROOM 225!!

My experience at this hotel was not so good I got there to Check-in and was confronted by the manager and I did not have enough funds on my credit card to pay for the $100 security deposit so I left and I was not refunded my $85 that I paid for the room and he kept the money

What can I say? This is where I have stayed for at least a couple of days each week for the last 4 months. It is perfect for my needs and Chris and his team treat everyone of their guests like royalty. Close to everything in SoCal. Not a big palace but clean and excellent service make it worth any price and it is affordable. If you travel for business or fun, you could not do better for accommodations.

Chris is always so helpful and a friendly person!. His son is the Night Teller, He's great as well. Thank you guys so much I got good rest and I loved how quiet it was. Just what I needed. Im definently coming back.

I feel like we should know ahead of time that there is a charge for an extra person. Especially since the card I filled out said there were 2 people. And they waited until I checked out to take it out of my deposit. Why not mention it when I checked in!!

15 minutes after 11AM. 50 Dollar deposit was stolen and kept for 15 minutes. This guy is shady.who do i complain to. He just rips people off.

I have been staying here multiple days a week as I work all over Southern California. It is a very well run operation with a very great and friendly staff. It is my go to place. It is close to all the attractions and close to the beaches. Quiet, small, friendly, no frills, and absolutely the best.

I booked this trip to spend time with my siblings for my little sister’s Bornday. My trip took longer than expected I came by train that was delayed more than 3hrs, so by the time I made it to my room it was 2:30am after traveling 16hrs. The place really needs a lot of updates/improvements…when i finally pulled the covers back there were stains on the sheets. When I called the from desk the clerk came immediately and changed them which I really appreciated. The next day my friend came to get his hair done and brought me food…the front desk clerk called my room and said I couldn’t have guest and would have to pay an additional deposit!!???? I was floored, but it was whatever I guess. The next day when I was walking back from returning my rental, (which was one block away from the hotel…BONUS), I stopped in the office of the hotel and s/w Chris to ask if they had a shuttle to the Union Station, he told me to check Uber for price and if too high he’d have someone take me in the morning. I also asked about the deposit from the night before and he said that I couldn’t be charged an extra deposit and not to worry. I truly appreciated him telling me that…I’m not sure who worked the night before saying I’d be charged, but glad I wasn’t bc the hotel is extremely isolated and I traveled alone. Saying you can’t have company is a bit weird. The next morning Chris had his guy Uber me to the union station which was a BLESSING bc Uber would’ve cost $85!!!! I’d stay here again!

We were looking for a place near the Santa Fe swapmeet, and this was the closest. Beds are very uncomfortable and so were the pillows! We left a pillow and a boxing golve behind and we didn't get a call to come back and get the items left behind. We didn't realized we left them until we were on our way back home. The front desk charged me additional for my child there is no charge for kids accordinf to Hotels.com but he did.
