Overall, my stay was okay, but the cleanliness of the rooms was a major issue for me. I actually had to switch rooms twice because I found hair on the bed and sheets, which immediately made me question whether the bedding had been properly changed and cleaned. Unfortunately, I experienced the same issue in the second room. There was also debris on the floors and quite a bit of hair in the bathroom and shower. I reported the condition of the first room and was moved, but when the replacement room had similar cleanliness issues, I decided not to complain again. I ended up wiping down the bathroom and cleaning up what I could myself. Aside from the cleanliness, the stay was overall good. However, cleanliness is extremely important to me, especially when it comes to bedding and bathrooms. Finding hair on supposedly clean sheets in more than one room is concerning and definitely something housekeeping and management need to address.

The tv was difficult. I had to use two remotes. I had to program one of the remotes to raise or lower the volume each time I turned the TV on. I asked staff to fill the soad dispensers that were empty from the start. My request was ignored. The suite that I paid extra for was just a sleeper couch. I turned over a pillow and found it to be blood splattered. Thank you for your attention.

Our room was very nice, the breakfast was great, and parking good. My only issue is the extra charge on my credit card that no one can assist me with. I paid the total amount before I got there through Hotels.com. The hotel put a $100.00 Hold on the card that is customary. We checked out on time and was told we had no balance and the receipt would get email to me, but it never was. The Hotel charged an additional $173.67.

Everything of my stay was great except for the shade/ Curtain was missing and the window being so huge at night we was up all night due to factory lights, light pole glaring whole night as we slept and even waking up bright sunshine glaring in room....my lady who suffers from midgranes was complaining whole time which made our night miserable....I called front desk and reported it and being a Third Party it was nothing they couldn't do or get another king size bed at that moment of calling. It was noted but I'm very frustrated of ruining a moment we needed because of a curtain....so im hoping of response....from corporate....
