When you first walk in you can smell how clean the hotel is kept. Room was immaculate! Pool was super clean, and breakfast was amazing!! I have stayed in 4 star hotels that are nowhere near as nice this hotel. My family had a perfect stay.

The entire hotel was very clean and the staff were wonderful! From the moment you check in until you check out....super friendly people! The pool area was nice and clean and the kids really enjoyed it. Workout room was fun! The breakfast was delicious! My husband and I enjoyed the omlets and the kiddos loved the waffles! Definitely will stay again! The price was great also!

Staff is nice enough but can constantly be heard complaining about the patrons. They are essentially unhelpful when making future reservations and we always end up going through a third party for booking because the staff is quite unhelpful with reservations. Gym is mid. Breakfast is mid. Location convenient for Adrian College. Wouldn’t stay there otherwise.

Property was very close to where we need to be. I was in an accessibility room which was fine except another patron kept ringing the door alert. The blinds didn’t fully raise. The air conditioning would rest to 80 in the middle of the night so it would get swelteringly hot during the night. In the first day of a 4 night stay I requested to move rooms to the opposite side for road noise and was told by the day manager that was not possible because she would have to clean 2 rooms instead of one, then she walked away. Very disappointed with this. Our room however was cleaned everyday and the person who serviced the room let nice little notes.

Loved the breakfast and coffee bar. Room was clean and comfortable. Would stay again in the future. The only thing I had a problem with was the bath tub was so slippery it was actually dangerous. So I had to buy a tub mat to feel safe.

This is a great place to stay because it was right near Adrian College and it was close to the shopping/restaurants in the area. Walls are thin in the hotel, so you can hear doors slam and if people are yelling. Plus the traffic noise outside can be annoying. However, the property was nice and the breakfast was good. I would stay here again if we come back to the college.

This was a very nice place to stay at the level of a Comfort Inn. So, I am judging it based on other properties of the same price range not against something like the four seasons they got a four because the counter staff was less than friendly and not helpful at all.

Place seemed overwhelmed by the numerous athletic events going on at Adrian College. Check in did not run smoothly. Attendant had to double check if my room had another guest in it by physically walking upstairs. When checking out at 9am, there was no one at the front desk. After wating a while, left my room keys at the desk after the guest behind me got tired of waiting and left her room keys there before I did. My room was on the 2nd floor. Wow! The evening was noisy on that floor. 6am, the morning was also very noisy. Won't stay here again. Thought it was a good idea as my kid also had an event at the college. Now knowing that it's a popular location for all the visiting teams to stay at, won't make that mistake again.

Loved the breakfast and coffee bar. Room was clean and comfortable. Would stay again in the future. The only thing I had a problem with was the bath tub was so slippery it was actually dangerous. So I had to buy a tub mat to feel safe.

When you first walk in you can smell how clean the hotel is kept. Room was immaculate! Pool was super clean, and breakfast was amazing!! I have stayed in 4 star hotels that are nowhere near as nice this hotel. My family had a perfect stay.

The entire hotel was very clean and the staff were wonderful! From the moment you check in until you check out....super friendly people! The pool area was nice and clean and the kids really enjoyed it. Workout room was fun! The breakfast was delicious! My husband and I enjoyed the omlets and the kiddos loved the waffles! Definitely will stay again! The price was great also!

We had booked a handicap accessible room, and found the space for the toilet with rails just fine. However there was only a bathtub with a portable seat stored under the sink. The mobility issue was with raising the legs, so a shower would have been much easier, especially if it also had a seat. Also there were small flies in the bedroom, possibly in the carpet. Separately the desk clerk was rather abrupt and gave incorrect information about the town. As someone not from Adrian, it made a necessary task extra difficult.
