Overall, our stay was very good and we would stay at Social House again. The hotel has a number of different restaurants, each different and good in their own way. Special requests are heeded and while I wouldn\'t call it a "business hotel\' per se, we worked quite comfortably in the outdoor area by the pool and had meetings without distraction. The staff was very friendly, professional and responsive. We were not so impressed with our room when we first arrived - I booked the size just below the suite, and it turned out to be quite a bit smaller than expected, made tighter by the design - which while aesthetic and design forward - did not have a great flow in our room mainly due to the large furniture in the small space. They did offer to move us to a suite which was a lot more spacious, but as we didn\'t want to pay more, we chose to stay in the original room - I asked them to remove the giant coffee table and swap it for a small ottoman or table as well as to clean/replace a badly stained couch. They did, which I was very appreciative for, and it made a huge difference - we were quite comfortable in the room for our 5 night stay.

Beautiful rooms. Elevated Moxy vibes. All services at your fingertips via in-room television, including laundry service and concierge doctors. It is also worth noting that this establishment takes security quite seriously, from the exterior gate and security checkpoint to the sliding glass security doors separating elevators from guest rooms.

Beautiful hôtel with a great team. Room was super nice, large, confortable bed and spotless. You feel happy and relaxed in that place. Inca has a great décor and atmosphère,good is ok. Breakfast is very good and has choice. The bar thé Other Room Can male some improvment about food. Maybe that would be better to make good local good than mediterranean mezze with poor quality. Anyway thé overall expérience was great and wisg I will Côme back

While the property was fine on the surface, sadly it's clear a lot of the revenue comes from the bars and outlets at the hotel. Music every night we were there continued until 2am and it was difficult to sleep as the patio door on our room didn't lock or close properly. There was also a storm which was pretty heavy, but in the morning, there was water on the floor and water damage on the wall too. It looks great, the staff are brilliant, but it's a challenge to sleep there. Inca, the restaurant at the top also gets pretty smokey whenever they cook, and windows have to be opened, and we got bitten a few times, so don't forget your mozzie spray. All in all, it's a good property, but just needs a bit of TLC and consideration for their guests who are trying to sleep.

So happy we stayed here! It was my first time in Kenya and I was u sure of where to stay. This place was safe, fashionable, friendly and the restaurants were yummy! Only downside was traffic in and out is bad but I think that’s everywhere in Kenya. Definitely will stay here again!

Loved the Hotel and Staff were amazing. Have stayed 3 times and it’s my preferred choice. All restaurants are excellent and food quality & variety was great. Only place I’d walk to is the chameleon next door. Car service is great at the property

Beautiful hôtel with a great team. Room was super nice, large, confortable bed and spotless. You feel happy and relaxed in that place. Inca has a great décor and atmosphère,good is ok. Breakfast is very good and has choice. The bar thé Other Room Can male some improvment about food. Maybe that would be better to make good local good than mediterranean mezze with poor quality. Anyway thé overall expérience was great and wisg I will Côme back

Loved the Hotel and Staff were amazing. Have stayed 3 times and it’s my preferred choice. All restaurants are excellent and food quality & variety was great. Only place I’d walk to is the chameleon next door. Car service is great at the property

This is my 4th visit in 6 or 7 mths (Business). The hotel is attractive & well laid out. Convenient location close to shops . Staff are very friendly. Would def return + strongly recommend

Booked thru Expedia, but they charged me extra at reception. Booked for one person, didn’t do two and they charged me extra at check in. The room is super small, very tight and there was no shampoo or conditioner. The top floor bar, however, was cool. Not too impressed.

This is my second visit to the hotel, and I after having just stayed for 3 weeks, I must leave an enthusiastic and overwhelmingly positive response. The hotel's decor is a very pleasant and modern Afrochic. Its a real oasis after work, and having a room with a balcony overlooking the pool was a real plus. Great to sit out and relax in the evening. Breakfast is excellent with a good choice of healthy options. Staff service is friendly & very good.
