Everyone was amazing!!

Outdated hotel and it feels dirty. Coffee was spilled on the curtains in the room, jacuzzi was way to warm (45 degrees celcius and got burned). The food was tasteless and very limited, got wrong menus all the time….Would not recommend to anyone, choose a different hotel and pay a little bit extra if you want a good caribbean experience

Airport shuttle would have been a great plus. For a high rated hotel I expect brewed coffee and not the instant that was served!

Flott hotell, forholdsvis nytt. Renslig. Hyggelig personale. Fine rom med egen jacuzzi. Rett ved stranda, sentral i Oistins, ca 10min fra flyplassen. Lite med restauranter rundt, så kjekt med All Inclusive. Vil man mer sentralt samt flere restsuranter, puber, natteliv så kan man dra til hovedstaden Bridgetown. Det går jevling bus og ZR van (minibuss hvor man bare hopper på og går av ved behov).

Overall we were disappointed in our stay here, especially for as much as we paid. The service was poor- our room was not ready when we arrived, we had to ask multiple times for things like drinks or towels, there was no one at the desk to help us book a cab, etc. Compared to other placed we visited on the island, the staff here didn't seem to care about providing a good experience for their guests. The food was fine, but several items on the buffet ran out, and dessert was served with plastic wrap draped over it. It did not feel like a luxury meal. The dining experience overall was lackluster. The room was also adequate, but had several broken elements, the Wifi kept going in and out, Netflix didn't work, and the staff was unwilling/unable to help with any of it. Also, they didn't have chairs down at the beach, and we had to figure out how to get chairs to relax. Overall it was a very disappointing experience for as much as we paid for our stay, and I would NOT recommend it to others.
