The hotel is located in Little India and looks like a traditional, unique building, which was quite interesting. The cleanliness was okay—not filthy, but not great either. The room was a bit small with little space to place belongings. On the first day, I went for breakfast around 9:00 AM, and there was almost nothing left, with empty dishes not being refilled. On the second day, there were many ants crawling on the breakfast plates. The breakfast definitely needs improvement. On the bright side, the staff were very friendly.

The room was cleaned but dated and some parts of the wall coming off. Aircon great and staff fantastic. However street view room is extremely noisy - we were woken at 2.30-3.30 by the cafe still serving Staff were great and complained for us and it didn’t happen again

my room has no window, breakfast is not up to standard, coffee very thin. no slippers, no small tower. 3 reception very helpful and cheerful, even help me to pay the daily car parking app of Penang. no big problem in parking the car. small car though.

The lady at the front desk is very helpful and knows her job very well but not the guy when i checked in who was rude and won't even listen and look at me.

Pros: The location and the historical building are great, the reception is very helpful and amazing! Our room to the inner courtyard was very pleasant. Cons: The towels didn't seem to be fresh. The mosque prayer nearby wakes up every morning. The breakfast is one of the worst I had: limited selection of plain rice, pasta, sausage, fried eggs, bread and jam, a fruit type that gets eaten by others fast. Dirty cups, coffee terrible, staff hardly understands English.
