This was a great hotel, the room was one of the most spacious and comfortable I've ever stayed in, we were in a suite. The waterslide at the pool was the best out of the other 4 from different hotels we stayed during this road trip.

This is an excellent place to stay. big clean modern rooms , great TV, great in room amenities , pool, waterside, dry sauna, gym and a golf simulator. Staff was excellent. Will be my go to hotel in Valemount. 10/10 recommend.

It would be a smart idea to label or paint the ev charge points. There were 4 cars in charging spaces that are gas cars. Had to get the reception to figure out a spot and waited u til it was available, breakfast could also be better quality. Thanks.

The photos the hotel took of this place years ago do not tell the whole story. I payed a little more thinking I was getting a nice clean newer room. Definitely not the case. My shower was disgustingly dirty, the walls are full of dirty spots. My bedding was clean to the naked eye. If you ask me I say stay across the street. The beds are a little wore out but it’s clean over there.

Staff was excellent. Breakfast was very good. They need to pay more attention to cleaning. There were huge dust bunnies behind the doors and under the bathroom vanity. Padded seat backrest in the breakfast area was stained with old food and needs to be cleaned or replaced.

The rooms were clean and beds/linen were comfortable. Blackout curtains would not close fully so had a ton of light early the morning. Staff were friendly, breakfast was decent. Found the price very high considering a 2.5 star property in off season. Grounds outside were brutal. Weeds everywhere and garbage in the grass. Very poor curb appeal. Does not show any kind of effort outside which was very disappointing

Stayed in a king room on main floor end of hallway. Was told “nice quiet room.” Heard door to exit slam every time someone left building. Starting at 5:30 AM could hear people coming down the stairs in heavy work boots… hear every single step. Not a quiet room at all. Stools were sticky and obviously not wiped down. Too much $$ for this property.

The room was amazing! Kitchenette. Pull out sofa. Double vanity bathroom sink. King size bed comfortable. I did not give it a perfect score because there was no hot water after my 8hr road trip! No in hotel vending machine or concession! Didn’t feel like going for a 5-10min walk to get my kids pop and ice!

We booked through expedia and due to a overnight road closure, we were unable to get to or use our hotel room. The hotel would not cooperate with Expedia, or even respond to their requests for a refund and so we are out $350. Very very disappointed in the whole experience.

Arrived very late and the front desk even tried to call me to make sure I was okay. No cell reception in my travels so I didn't get the call but appreciated it. Front desk person so friendly and professional. The bed and pillows were very comfortable!

Expedia had the room listed as pet friendly when we booked, upon arrival we were not in a pet friendly room, but Dennis was able to make an exception for a small additional cleaning fee to allow us and our pup to stay the night. Our room was spacious and spotless; the bed comfortable with lots of pillows. The front desk staff were friend professional, the complimentary breakfast extensive, fresh and hot, and the breakfast attendant fast and efficient.

It would be a smart idea to label or paint the ev charge points. There were 4 cars in charging spaces that are gas cars. Had to get the reception to figure out a spot and waited u til it was available, breakfast could also be better quality. Thanks.

One of the nicest hotels in Valemount. Friendly staff, clean and the breakfast buffet was very nice with a good selection of food. Would book this hotel next time we stay in Valemount for sure!

Great stay - room was extremely spacious, it had a mini kitchen suite which we did not need but would have been handy for a longer stay. One strange thing was there were dishes and utensils, pots and pans but no glassware? Service was great. We did not have the breakfast so cannot comment on that. All in all exactly what we needed.
