Staff was great. Room was nice and clean. Location is central and walkable to almost everything. Best part was the coffee in the lobby!

Excellent hôtel, avec un emplacement idéal pour rayonner facilement dans les différents points d'intérêt de la ville. La chambre était idéale pour une famille de 4 : spacieuse, moderne, et avec quelques petits plus fournis quotidiennement (bouteilles d'eau, boissons, snacks). Seul bémol : le petit déjeuner n'est pas inclus, un petit discount au café juste en bas serait le bienvenu.

Excellent location with restaurants and museums nearby. Rooms clean and bright. Helpful staff. But no concierge or porter service. No one to help with luggage which is really not acceptable for a 4-star hotel.

Rooms are a little small and no where to site comfortably except on the bed. This location is very well situated to all the major London historical sites from the Tower of London to Westminster Abbey. It sits a cross the street from Trafalgar Square making it easy to get to most places in this section of London

This was the perfect hotel stay while in London. Beautiful rooms with very nice amenities. The staff could not have been nicer. The location it’s in the perfect spot as well!
