Stay at movenpick waa great. No hassles. Chef was friendly to cook vegetarian options in morning breakfast on whim's notice . Resort is really well placed, ambience is superb. Private beach that reaort has , is one of the best beach i have been to. Kid Zone is really well built with options of play from2 years to12 years. Lot of art and craft classes organised at kid zone which you can opt in for. High Tea Provided by resort is really nice.

Amazing pool and restaurants! The spa services were excellent as well. The only downside was the front desk staff — when we reported a leak that soaked our suitcase, they initially didn’t offer any assistance to resolve the issue. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay.

Lifeguard and each staff were very good. I did not like being charged for pool toys and small amenities. Waiting for the buggy was at times very frustrating. It’s a big resort. Although the breakfast was very good the first few days it got very repetitive if you’re there for a long time.

Beatifully managed property, clean and staffs are helpful. Breakfast buffet had good selection and daycare for kids were amazing. Spa was great, pool was amazing. Loved happy hour at the pool side bar and good food decently priced. Wish the pool had more "programs" like aquafit or pool equipments provided for free rather than charge for tube rentals. Overall we would recommend the property to family and friends.

Great resort, we would love to go back. Kids loved it. Awesome pool, golf carts will take you to the main pool and beach. Staff are excellent, rooms are amazing. Wish we could stay longer.

We loeved this hotel. The reception is beautiful and coming into the hotel is a treat. The room was lovely, clean and had a beautiful view. Breakfast is well worth having, there is so much choice and options and they do eggs on request. There is a chocolate hour every day from 3.30-4.30 which is a lovely touch. The pool area is lovely, plenty of room and there is a lovely private beach as well. Towels are available from the pool area as well as some balls and sports equipment to play with. The location is about 15 mins from the main town, but there is a free bus that goes into the town roughly every 15 mins from the main gate. The hotel has a buggy service every 30 mins (or just ask and they might take you) down to the main gate, or you can walk it takes about 10-15 mins. Then the number 17 or 19 bus are free and take you right into the town. Getting off at the Night Market is a good central location. There is a brilliant gym with great facilities its a good large gym for a hotel. Overall we loved the hotel, it was a great stay and no complaints from us!

We spent 8 nights in a villa with a private pool at Mövenpick Resort Phu Quoc, but were overall disappointed. Despite the nice appearance of the property, the service and comfort were not up to 5-star standards. We were asked to sign papers making us responsible for cleaning the villa’s kitchen and given an inventory list of every item, with fines for anything missing. This made the stay stressful rather than relaxing. Housekeeping was minimal and the location very isolated. Positives: friendly staff, good buggy service, and a beautiful main pool and garden. However, overall, we would not choose this hotel again.

We had a great time at Movenpick for a family holiday. Breakfast service was great and unbeatable. Also appreciate the free shuttle to the airport. But there needs to be more buggy services to the main gate and potentially options to hire bike as the resort is a good 10 mins away from other restaurants and massage places. But the hotel amenities were fantastic. The kids had an amazing time at the pool and the beach

Die Anlage des Hotels ist gepflegt und einladend. Der Poolbereich lädt zum Verweilen ein und ist stets sauber. Leider war der Strand jedoch durch Plastikmüll verschmutzt, was meine Enttäuschung etwas trübte. Trotz täglicher Anwesenheit des Personals am Strand wurde die Zeit nicht genutzt, um ihn zu säubern. Eine Anregung an das Management, hier dringend nachzubessern! Das Personal zeigte sich äußerst freundlich und präsent, was unseren Aufenthalt angenehm gestaltete. Ihre überdurchschnittlichen Englischkenntnisse sind lobenswert und erleichterten die Kommunikation erheblich. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot eine vielfältige Auswahl und ließ keine Wünsche offen.Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war die fehlende kostenlose Shuttle-Option in die Stadt, jedoch gibt es einen kostenlosen Airporttransfer. Zudem möchte ich darauf hinweisen, dass es derzeit einen kostenlosen Bus (Vinbus) auf der Insel gibt, der den Gästen ermöglicht, sich kostengünstig fortzubewegen. 整體來說是可以的，房間景觀十分好，床也舒適，只是隔音不太好，可能是露台的關係，附近房間有人到凌晨五點還在露台嘻笑…… 浴室的去水很慢，水壓也略嫌不夠，整體設施有點舊。 酒店員工都很友善和helpful,笑容可掬，他們都很忙碌。住villa and residence這邊比較清靜，可坐buggy到達waverly那邊，十分方便，那邊餐廳比較多。

매우 만족한 숙박이었습니다. 숙소가 너무 커서 완벽한 청소상태는 바라지 않았는데 매우 깔끔하고 편안한 숙소였습니다. 직원들 또한 매우 친철하였고 조식과 룸서비스로 주문한 음식또한 만족했습니다. 단점이 한가지 있다면 욕실에서 하수구 냄새가 올라와 조금 불편했습니다. 또 샤워기 필터는 반드시 챙겨가시길 바랍니다.

Very nice and clean resort with a friendly staff. Quick services from staff regarding amenities ordered through an app. Pool area is great with a beautiful sea view and from there access to the beach. The breakfast buffet is absolutely recommendable. Welly assorted from different cuisines. The best we have tried so far in different resorts in Asia. We stayed a week in the villas. Absolutely lovely place, the kids loved it.

Ziet er netjes uit, aan alle gemakken voorzien en met de app verloopt alle communicatie zeer efficiënt. Helaas hadden we wel eenmaal een kakkerlak in onze kamer. Dit werd goed door het hotel opgepakt en tja, eerlijk gezegd mag je dit ook wel een beetje verwachten op een tropisch eiland. De prijzen voor eten en drinken zijn wel een stuk duurder dan de gemiddelde prijs in Vietnam. Zo krijg je kokosnoot koffie (aanrader) of kokosnootmelk voor 110k Vietnamese Dong per stuk. Deze prijzen liggen gemiddeld op zo’n 50 a 60k Vietnamese Dong. Echter, voor Nederlandse maatstaven is dit nog steeds een mooie prijs

Værelset var beskidt på trods af daglig rengøring. Personalet var dog meget søde og imødekommende. Alt for mange mennesker om det var til morgenmad, på stranden (så ingen solsenge som var spærret fra tidlig morgen) det samme ved poolen. Dér står man kan låne cykler men det er kun inde på hotellets område. Langt til byen. Men stranden lækker og hvis man gik væk fra hotellet kan man finde lidt hygge og ro.
Værelset var beskidt på trods af daglig rengøring. Personalet var dog meget søde og imødekommende. Alt for mange mennesker om det var til morgenmad, på stranden (så ingen solsenge som var spærret fra tidlig morgen) det samme ved poolen. Dér står man kan låne cykler men det er kun inde på hotellets område. Langt til byen. Men stranden lækker og hvis man gik væk fra hotellet kan man finde lidt hygge og ro.

Once we had got over the madness and slept on things actually things turned out for the better, beautiful clean room with direct access to a pool that nobody used. This felt as private as things were going to get in such a big resort (note to self, don’t book a family friendly hotel) Breakfast I guess was the only time we were inflicted with the utter greed and madness of other people but apart from that it was a really nice base for our trip (although pricey for what it was) Room service was reasonable, apart from being charged for milk to make in room drinks (would not expect that from a 5 star hotel) and everything else was to be expected and staff were super friendly. Would I stay here again - No, not at that price and especially when the resort plans to extend further. Thanks 🙏

Ein toller Strand, der zum Sonnenbaden einläd. Dort kann man es den ganzen Tag aushalten. Mein Zimmer mit Meerblick und Balkon, auf dem es eine Liegefläche gab, war wirklich super. Zur Stadt ist es etwas weit, aber es gibt einen Transfer vom Hotel. Direkt vor dem Hotel kann man aber Abendessen und ein kleiner Supermarkt. Sehr leckeres Frühstück.

Amazing pool and restaurants! The spa services were excellent as well. The only downside was the front desk staff — when we reported a leak that soaked our suitcase, they initially didn’t offer any assistance to resolve the issue. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay.

I like the property especially the villas. The villa is spacious and larger than expected. Many staffs including the receptionist don’t know English that well and it seemed to me that they were not that experienced or knowledgeable of the hotel status. We were recommended by a receptionist to have dinner at a restaurant at the hotel. But, when we get there, the restaurant was dark and empty because it was closed for renovation for 3 months. There are space for improvement for the staffs at the reception or concierge. Most staffs seems to work under pressure and there are no smile in their faces most of the time.

Skønt hotel med god morgenmad. Dog er restauranten med morgenmaden ret crowded i forhold til størrelsen af selve hotellet. Vi boede ikke i deres villa eller ved lobbyen, men det som hed recidence, hvor vi ved check in fik absolut intet af vide om hvor man spise morgenmad, om stedet generelt og at de endda tilbyd afternoon tea - som vi tilfældigvis fandt ud af på 3 dagen! Så elendig indcheckning…

Lifeguard and each staff were very good. I did not like being charged for pool toys and small amenities. Waiting for the buggy was at times very frustrating. It’s a big resort. Although the breakfast was very good the first few days it got very repetitive if you’re there for a long time.

Personal teilweise freundlich, teilweise unfreundlich. Frühstück extrem unglücklich und für die anzahl gäste ungeeignet. Schwer ein Platz zu finden und vor allem für das Personal unmöglich zeitig nachzufüllen. Kaffeemaschine funktionierte keinen der Tage richtig. Wasserspender wurde in den drei Tagen kaum genutzt, da jeden Tag aufs neue nur Tropfen heraus kamen. Anlage an sich sonst sehr schön, alles ordentlich und sauber. Trotz recht geringer Auslastung ein Zimmerwechsel nicht möglich gewesen. (TwinRoom auf Kingsize). Ein schöner Aufenthalt, aber nicht auf ganzer Linie überzeugend.

Attentiveness of staff is superb, any time you request something (esp via app) it is responded to and actioned immediately! Clean rooms /villa very comfortable stay. Food could be better -pizza especially lacked in flavour at poolside restaurant but we didn't often eat at hotel as city centre is not so far away. Overall a wonderful stay.

Everything was excellent except for the delay in the airport transfer shuttle. We were in the shuttle bus for 15 minutes before leaving the airport as the driver keep waiting for other guests which are late. (Lack of punctuality) Front desk staff are super friendly and helpful.

The rooms were nice and clean as was the hotel in general. I think overall the hotel itself too many rooms for the facilities provided, you have to queue for breakfast and wait for available tables, there are not enough sun beds etc. Everything in the hotel was quite expensive comparable to outside the hotel would recommend eating elsewhere. Good location for covering all the different things to see in phu quoc. Hotel is nice and grounds beautiful just not sure it’s good value compared to other stays.

Dejlig hotel, god beliggenhed i roligt område, gode værelser. Fed strand. Venligt personale. Lige udenfor hotellet er der et supermarked og lækkert spisested - i kort afstand (3 km er der et par små landsbyer med spisesteder/butikker) Vi kommer helt sikkert igen og bor på dette fantastiske hotel

It’s a beauty property. The residences are set back from the ocean and overlook a lagoon and villas toward the ocean and the amenities (restaurant, beach, spa) are located over at the Waverly property which is an easy 2 minute walk or 1 min golf cart ride. The residences are more quiet whereas the Waverly is more of a resort feel. Like any resort, prices for food are inflated and You are a bit isolated from pretty much anything, necessitating a taxi or Grab to go anywhere. Not unusual or unexpected. The beach is beautiful and mostly clean but we noticed a lot of trash cohorted at the base of the trees hanging closest to the ocean. To be fair, the island has a major trash problem and it’s really sad. Surely us tourists are adding to the problem. Our room smelled a bit like mothballs at first but that went away.

Værelset var beskidt på trods af daglig rengøring. Personalet var dog meget søde og imødekommende. Alt for mange mennesker om det var til morgenmad, på stranden (så ingen solsenge som var spærret fra tidlig morgen) det samme ved poolen. Dér står man kan låne cykler men det er kun inde på hotellets område. Langt til byen. Men stranden lækker og hvis man gik væk fra hotellet kan man finde lidt hygge og ro.

We had a great time at Movenpick for a family holiday. Breakfast service was great and unbeatable. Also appreciate the free shuttle to the airport. But there needs to be more buggy services to the main gate and potentially options to hire bike as the resort is a good 10 mins away from other restaurants and massage places. Fantastisk hotell, strand och pooler, precis lika fint som alla bilder visar. Supertrevlig personal men lite dåliga på engelska. Hotellet ligger dock helt ensamt så man är helt låst dit och måste ta taxi eller hyra moppe iväg om man ska ta sig någonstans. Maten är också jättebra men trots rent och vällagat blev två av fyra magsjuka vid olika tillfällen. Så pass att vi inte kunde flyga hem De var noga med att man skulle fylla i rapport om det osv men vi fick ingen kompensation för något som plåster på såren.

Attentiveness of staff is superb, any time you request something (esp via app) it is responded to and actioned immediately! Clean rooms /villa very comfortable stay. Food could be better -pizza especially lacked in flavour at poolside restaurant but we didn't often eat at hotel as city centre is not so far away. Overall a wonderful stay.

3가족 풀빌라 3베드룸 이용했는데 너무 좋았어요 다만 바닥청소가 잘 안되서 모래나 머리카락이 좀 있었고 그외에는 만족합니다 냉장고랑 전자렌지 있어서 음료 보관이나 이유식 데워먹이기 편했어요 3박했는데 더 있다 오고 싶었어요

We enjoyed our time at the Movenpick. I think the piece that we struggled with was the front desk as we wrote to them a few times before arrival about the shuttle service and about an extra bed for the room. And while we received responses that were positive none of them were acted upon. No shuttle at the airport until we called. No extra bed in our room until we asked again at check in. In general, once you’re there everything is great and delicious. The breakfast is amazing. But I remember looking at a yoga class and thinking: there’s yoga? Front desk never said. These would be things to consider for the front desk.
