Indretning var lidt for mørk efter min smag. Men udover indretningen, var det et super hyggeligt sted. Hotellets restaurant var god, lækker mad og drinks! Flink personale, værelserne blev gjort rene. Roomservice, kom ofte kl. 13. 00 - Hvilken for mig kunne være en forhindring, kunne være dejligt hvis det var lidt tidligere. Især hvis man evt. ville tage en et bad eller en nap, efter en solbadning på hotels lækre pool. Ikke særlig stort, men super hyggeligt. Hotellets beliggenhed er meget livlig.. 3 -12 min gang til klubberne om aften, shoppingscenter og spisesteder. Jeg var på solo tur og transportmulighederne var rigtig gode, både deres Bolt og bus. Ialt, ét hyggeligt sted.

We had a good stay overall, despite a few hickups. We had asked in advance for two rooms next to each other, as we were a family traveling. When we arrived we were not even on the same floor. But they changed one of the rooms the next day, so we were at least on the same floor. AC kept turning off in both our rooms, resulting in us waking up several times in the middle of the night because of the heat. The staff tried to fix this though, but didn't succeed. They were very service minded and tried to be helpful. The breakfast is nothing to brag about, it was quite disappointing, but dinner at the same restaurant was the best food experience we had in Malta during our week there. Absolutely reccomend it! Beware that the hotel is located in the party district. We were not aware, and there was a lot of young people out partying from afternoon until morning. The pool area was nice, but crowded of very young tourists. Good standards, clean hotel, spacious rooms, delicate and nice interior. All in all we enjoyed our stay!

Het hotel was op zich prima. Op 5 minuten loopafstand van heel veel restaurants en clubs/bar, dus genoeg keuze. Ook supermarkten vlakbij. Het restaurant in/naast het hotel was ook heel erg goed. Niet heel goedkoop maar wel superlekker eten. Het hotelpersoneel was erg behulpzaam. Enige minpunt voor ons wat de geur in de douche. In onze eerste kamer vonden we het echt stinken naar rioollucht. Met een soort luchtverfrisser probeerde men dat weg te krijgen maar dat lukte niet. Daarna kregen we een andere kamer op de 5e verdieping en die was wel goed. Verder een prima hotel. Parkeren kan op straat en ook in een parkeergarage op 1 minuut lopen voor 8 euro per nacht

My stay was amazing everything you needed was in your room i could mot fsult anything. The pool towels were very much a bonus My only complaint was the loud music from the hotel opposite which wemt on until about 9pm. Thefood in the resturant was amazing

This is a perfectly reasonable place but not quite up there to get a good rating. Staff were pleasant and friendly but service was often slow both at reception, breakfast and by the pool. Many sun loungers were broken. Towels by the pool and in the room ok but looking tired and a bit warm. Slight smell from the drains in all rooms. Nothing to put me off coming back at a reasonable price but also not quite up there to get me rushing to book again soon.

Very nice staff, Sayma was lovely checking me in and super helpful. Staff were more than happy to help with our enquiries too. The luggage room was also an absolute plus as someone with late flights!

La struttura sarebbe anche carina e il personale al ricevimento abbastanza disponibile ma chi fa le camere dovrebbe cambiare lavoro! Un giorno ci manca un asciugamano, un giorno ci manca il tappetino doccia, un giorno addirittura si dimenticano di lasciare tutte le asciugamani! Per non parlare della pulizia in generale, l'attrezzatura per fare il caffè lasciata sporca sulla scrivania per 3 giorni, il balcone e il posacenere in una settimana pulito solo una volta.
La struttura sarebbe anche carina e il personale al ricevimento abbastanza disponibile ma chi fa le camere dovrebbe cambiare lavoro! Un giorno ci manca un asciugamano, un giorno ci manca il tappetino doccia, un giorno addirittura si dimenticano di lasciare tutte le asciugamani! Per non parlare della pulizia in generale, l'attrezzatura per fare il caffè lasciata sporca sulla scrivania per 3 giorni, il balcone e il posacenere in una settimana pulito solo una volta.

Siamo state pochi giorni, ma ci siamo trovati molto bene. Personale gentilissimo, colazione molto ricca, tutto sempre ordinato e pulito! Posizione ottima, in pochi passi ci si trova al centro e vicino alla fermata dell'autobus per potersi spostare e andare ovunque. Ristoranti, pub, bar molto vicini, raggiungibili facilmente a piedi!

We had a lovely weeked trip to Malta, the Number11 hotel was fantastic, very clean, modern and friendly staff. We were awoken every night at 3am by the nearby student bars & construction site at 6am. Many thanks :)

A lovely hotel in a very accessible location. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and was made to feel very relaxed. My room was a decent size, clean modern and close to lots of amenities. Hotel staff were exceptionally kind, helpful and courteous. I felt very welcome and as if nothing was too much bother. My only issue was with the surrounding area as there is a lot of construction taking place which isn't the fault of the hotel but my advice would be to remain cautious walking around as there isn't always solid pavement to walk on. The area is also very lively lots of loud bars/clubs and young people partying but fortunately the sound proof windows conveniently blocked out the noise to my great satisfaction! I'd highly recommend staying here.
A lovely hotel in a very accessible location. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and was made to feel very relaxed. My room was a decent size, clean modern and close to lots of amenities. Hotel staff were exceptionally kind, helpful and courteous. I felt very welcome and as if nothing was too much bother. We had a good stay overall, despite a few hickups. We had asked in advance for two rooms next to each other, as we were a family traveling. When we arrived we were not even on the same floor. But they changed one of the rooms the next day, so we were at least on the same floor. AC kept turning off in both our rooms, resulting in us waking up several times in the middle of the night because of the heat. The staff tried to fix this though, but didn't succeed. They were very service minded and tried to be helpful. The breakfast is nothing to brag about, it was quite disappointing, but dinner at the same restaurant was the best food experience we had in Malta during our week there. Absolutely reccomend it! Beware that the hotel is located in the party district. We were not aware, and there was a lot of young people out partying from afternoon until morning. The pool area was nice, but crowded of very young tourists. Good standards, clean hotel, spacious rooms, delicate and nice interior. All in all we enjoyed our stay!

I was absolutely blown away by this find, great property and very professional hospitality. I particularly want to commend the two receptionist I encounter at the reception Suzanne Kiers and Joelle Deleeuw. They were helpful and charming at all times. They certainly may my experience away feel like home.

Het hotel was op zich prima. Op 5 minuten loopafstand van heel veel restaurants en clubs/bar, dus genoeg keuze. Ook supermarkten vlakbij. Het restaurant in/naast het hotel was ook heel erg goed. Niet heel goedkoop maar wel superlekker eten. Het hotelpersoneel was erg behulpzaam. Enige minpunt voor ons wat de geur in de douche. In onze eerste kamer vonden we het echt stinken naar rioollucht. Met een soort luchtverfrisser probeerde men dat weg te krijgen maar dat lukte niet. Daarna kregen we een andere kamer op de 5e verdieping en die was wel goed. Verder een prima hotel. Parkeren kan op straat en ook in een parkeergarage op 1 minuut lopen voor 8 euro per nacht

Had an issue with cancellation of a booking through Expedia. I cancelled through Expedia but it didn’t go through due to an Expedia app malfunction and the hotel charged me £250 anyways and refused to refund despite being made aware of the malfunction. Expedia were willing to refund but the staff at the hotel were less than understanding, patronising through email and gave attitude (especially Tathiana Chermont) . I would give 0 stars if I could. Please, if you are staying at this hotel, make sure you have no issues because if you do, I can assure you they will NOT support you. Do yourself a favour and stay away from Number 11.

Also das Personal war schrecklich- die falschen Zimmer - auf Anfrage hat es geheissen, sie hätten halt keine anderen mehr (sprich: Wir haben explizit mit Balkon gebucht, ohne Balkon erhalten). Das Frühstücksbuffet passt zur Reception: Langweilig! Heute wurde ich im Zimmer um 09:30 gestört, weil man wissen wollte, wann ich auschecke (Check-out war 11:00). Alles in allem war das Personal überfordert und teilweise arrogant (ich habe mit Natalia gesprochen, da wollte sich ein anderer einmischen, was gegenüber Natalia und auch gegenüber mir eher respektlos ist). Poolbar-Service hört irgendwie um 17:00 auf, man kann mit QR-Code bestellen (wartet einfach ewig… Das Hotel und das Zimmer selber waren okay.

This is a perfectly reasonable place but not quite up there to get a good rating. Staff were pleasant and friendly but service was often slow both at reception, breakfast and by the pool. Many sun loungers were broken. Towels by the pool and in the room ok but looking tired and a bit warm. Slight smell from the drains in all rooms. Nothing to put me off coming back at a reasonable price but also not quite up there to get me rushing to book again soon.

Very nice staff, Sayma was lovely checking me in and super helpful. Staff were more than happy to help with our enquiries too. The luggage room was also an absolute plus as someone with late flights!

Das Hotel an sich war toll. Es wurde immer gründlich gereinigr und das Personal war super nett. Das einzige was störend war waren die Baustellen, die um 07:00 Uhr morgens angefangen haben zu hämmern und einen nicht schlafen lassen. Während unserem Aufenthalt ist 2 Straßen weiter auch ein Gebäude eingestürzt was zu einem Einsatz von Rettungskräften und Polizei gesorgt hat. Zum Glück kam meines Wissens niemand zu Schaden. Ansonsten ist das Hotel 5 Minuten Fußweg von der Party-Meile entfernt und nur 10 Minuten ca. von einem der Strände. Viel Essensauswahl im Umkreis und sogut wie alles zu Fuß erreichbar.

We had a lovely weeked trip to Malta, the Number11 hotel was fantastic, very clean, modern and friendly staff. We were awoken every night at 3am by the nearby student bars & construction site at 6am. Many thanks :)

Un bel hôtel mais trop cher par rapport aux services proposés notamment le petit déjeuner. En arrivant à cet hôtel, je pensais pas que c’était bruyant et animé, des hôtels en construction à côté,et les jeunes qui font la fête tard la nuit Je cherchais plutôt la tranquillité en venant à Malte Je suis une cliente un peu déçue.

Das Hotel war sehr schön.Allerdings hat es eine sehr laute Bsustelle direkt beim Hotel und im neben Hotel eine Bar,wo jeden Abend bis spät in die Nacht Party gemacht wurde.Nach einer Woche konnte ich dann einen Zimmerwechsel suf die andere Hotelseite machen und da war es dann viel angehnemer und ich konnte mich auch erholen.

Indretning var lidt for mørk efter min smag. Men udover indretningen, var det et super hyggeligt sted. Hotellets restaurant var god, lækker mad og drinks! Flink personale, værelserne blev gjort rene. Roomservice, kom ofte kl. 13. 00 - Hvilken for mig kunne være en forhindring, kunne være dejligt hvis det var lidt tidligere. Især hvis man evt. ville tage en et bad eller en nap, efter en solbadning på hotels lækre pool. Ikke særlig stort, men super hyggeligt. Hotellets beliggenhed er meget livlig.. 3 -12 min gang til klubberne om aften, shoppingscenter og spisesteder. Jeg var på solo tur og transportmulighederne var rigtig gode, både deres Bolt og bus. Ialt, ét hyggeligt sted.

Un bel hôtel mais trop cher par rapport aux services proposés notamment le petit déjeuner. En arrivant à cet hôtel, je pensais pas que c’était bruyant et animé, des hôtels en construction à côté,et les jeunes qui font la fête tard la nuit Je cherchais plutôt la tranquillité en venant à Malte Je suis une cliente un peu déçue.

Siamo state pochi giorni, ma ci siamo trovati molto bene. Personale gentilissimo, colazione molto ricca, tutto sempre ordinato e pulito! Posizione ottima, in pochi passi ci si trova al centro e vicino alla fermata dell'autobus per potersi spostare e andare ovunque. Ristoranti, pub, bar molto vicini, raggiungibili facilmente a piedi!

Otele 11’de gittim ama erken check in yaptılar. Konumu gayet iyi, All Accor grubunun otellerinden olduğu için belli bir hizmet kalitesi var. Kahvaltısı iyiydi. Odalar temiz ve yeterince büyüktü.

This is a tough one because the hotel itself is faultless. There was nothing wrong with it at all. It was clean, comfy beds, nice sized rooms with everything you need, well located, the staff were all LOVELY and super helpful especially the two guys at the pool bar. BUT the other guests made this stay not that great. They were young, rude, inconsiderate and noisy. Running around at 4:30am outside my room shouting and screaming and slamming doors. Smoking weed sitting round the pool, all of them having loud conversations on the phone. Taking up all the beds and then walking off so no one else could use them. No care or thought for anyone else trying to relax. It was definitely a party vibe hotel and it was totally my fault for not realising this would be the case so close to Paceville. Like I said this wasn’t the fault of the hotel so if you’re looking to stay somewhere with this kind of vibe then this would be ideal. I just wanted to relax and I wasn’t able to. The hotel opposite also has a rooftop pool and their music was horrifically loud aswell so you get two lots of music bleeding into eachother. I felt like I was in Ibiza 😂 Great hotel overall though but take into consideration where it is before you book ❤️

Fantastic stay. Hotel room was lovely and spacious, pool is great and location very central. Staff were so lovely and helpful (especially Cindy, who was very welcoming). I'd definitely stay again. Only points id say is if you're a light sleeper, people can be quite noisy on the street below although the balcony door drowns out most of the noise!
