The room was clean and nice, the bed was comfortable, it was quiet and the ac worked amazingly. I have no complaints.

"Hot" breakfast items were cold. Bathroom barn door provides very little privacy.

The suite is very comfortable and spacious.

It was a very nice , clean place. I disnt realize they were really suites so that was a bonus. Complete kitchen set up just no stove but not needed as there are restaurants all over very nearby. Definitely recommend. And the breakfast bar was very good.

While the hotel was clean, it was very outdated and need updates (including the common areas). Our room was spacious; however, the temperature was difficult to regulate; it was either too hot, or too cold, when adjusting the two different thermostats. In addition, when I discovered there were only 3 pillows in our room and requested more I was told at the front desk they “ran out”. Upon arrival, kids were playing hockey in the hallway on our floor. I complained three times before it was resolved. We asked to move rooms and were told the hotel was sold out so this wasn’t an option. Finally, breakfast was very nice and most the hotel staff were friendly. If we visit the area again we would not stay at this hotel.
