Flamingo Avia Labuan Bajo

Great location, nice pool and view. Breakfast overlooking the ocean each morning is lovely. Very good hotel and friendly staff.

Das Flamingo Avia ist prinzipiell recht gut gelegen. Nahe an den Dive Shops, nahe am Hafen. Allerdings finden an der Promenade immer wieder Konzerte statt, die sehr laut sind. Mein Zimmer - bei Buchung stand „Meerblick“ hatte Ausblick auf die nächstgelegene Hauswand, die ca. 1,50m entfernt war. Das Frühstück war das schlechteste, das ich in meinen 3 Wochen Indonesien hatte. Liebloses Buffet, kaum Auswahl, selbst der Saft war schlecht und reinste Zuckerplörre. Der Pool ist auch eher ein Planschbecken als ein Pool. Für den Preis definitiv nicht zu empfehlen.

Amazing staff services, helping with our search, and comfortable from.

To be fair and honest, this property is what it is. Our room was 35 USD for one night, it came with a shower, a bed and morning breakfast... The staff were absolutely amazing, if any issue arose a simple talk to somebody at the front desk and the problem was solved. Nothing critical but the staff was absolutely fantastic. The property is easily walkable from the downtown harbor, there's a Starbucks and I believe a Kentucky fried Chicken, but the gem of this little city is the street right above us with an easy stairway. Stairway in between the buildings there was a handful of fun restaurants, several small markets where you could purchase anything you would need on either side of the street and the Indonesian people are very welcoming and very fun to deal with, so that is a great spot to start your trip if you're going to head out on a boat

Personnel accueillant et serviable, locaux propres; gros soucis quant à l'insonorisation des chambres: j'ai eu l'impression de prendre ma douche, d'aller aux toilettes et de me brosser les dents avec mes voisins (à coté, dessus) jusqu'à 1h30 du matin... petit dejeuner local mais cela manque toutefois de fruits
