Lage, Lage, Lage-7 Häuser zum Strand! Dachterrasse! Erstaunlicher Pool!

This is a lovely house. When we checked in the fridge in the kitchen had a broken door/ice maker. We texted and maintenance came out and duct taped it. We filled up the stand-up fridge/freezer in the garage only to realize the next day that the temp wasn't right on it and it was broken and our food was ruined. (And 40 of ice cream!) Texted and maintenance came to look at it and said they couldn't get us a fridge until the next day. The house was stocked generally well with towels but there was only one hand towel for the kitchen and no oven mitts/potholders to remove things from the oven. The next night the AC went out late evening. We texted and maintenance came and fixed it. Three different days there were maintenance men in the yard an entire morning to trim trees and we could not use the pool for those three mornings. On the day before we checked out, we were cooking breakfast on an electric stove and the power went out. Maintenance men were in the back yard and said they told the owner they would be turning off the power for three hours but no one ever told us. Breakfast was ruined and we were without power for three hours. I texted to check in with the property management group and they claimed they were not aware the power would be going out. It felt like we were at home dealing with home maintenance issues all week and NOT on vacation. I would think twice before staying here.

House was dirty, pool dirty and not working, appliances and fridge broken. No vacuum bare minimum cookware and kitchenware. No gas for grill. Dryer shut down and was not operable. Ping pong table broke. No extra blankets or sheets for extra beds. Elevator was not operable.

Very clean and well kept overall.

House was beautiful and with 7 bedrooms our Family of 8 had plenty of room. The only thing we didn’t like was how the house was poorly stocked with necessities. A house with 7 bedrooms should have more than 4 pods of dishwasher and washing machine detergents. Only food products was tiny disposable salt and pepper shaker. Usually stay at VRBO every day and this was unusual.

House is spacious and exactly as described. Location was perfect for our multigenerational group - something for everyone.
