This is a lovely bed and breakfast with verandas, a saltwater swimming pool, comfortable indoor and outdoor seating areas, and a beautiful dining table for delicious breakfasts and pleasant conversations. The welcoming atmosphere is truly very special. The owners and staff are so helpful in answering questions and meeting individual dietary needs. They created an environment in which I (and other guests) felt very comfortable and enjoyed sharing travel experiences and tips. The Blue Paloma is located on a quiet street and is in walking distance to the beach and the town center. After 14 nights, I was not ready to leave. Every day was wonderful.

BLUE PALOMA B&B in Lucea, Jamaica was an amazing experience. We stayed over a week in that wonderful place and were treated like Queens. The B&B itself is a large home surrounded by tropical trees with 10 spacious beautiful rooms, equipped with AC and fans. Beds are very comfortable, rooms are attended daily, and our 2 Queen beds room had a large balcony over looking the pool. Breakfast (included) was a feast of fresh fruits, fresh juices and local cuisine, different every day, and cooked to order. The pool was perfect, surrounded by tropical trees and featuring lounge chairs and a covered gazebo. The place was spotless, no matter what time of day, someone was alway cleaning or sweeping... ANDREA, the owner of this jungle gem was as kind as she could be, helping us navigate the different spots to visit in the area. We had rented a car, drove everywhere we could, and almost could'nt... (a little parenthesis about the roads...except for the main highway A1, they are awful and riddled with holes, but hat's another issue) OUR STAY at Blue Paloma was TOPS and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. It's located in between Montego bay and Negril, and if you like to drive around, it's the PERFECT SPOT to visit Jamaica. ONE LOVE !!! ❤️💚

The property was wonderful, I had a welcome sign when I pulled up. The chef Conroy was great he made sure I was completely satisfied with every meal, offered authentic Jamaican cuisine for me to try every day. Tanya the house manager was very accommodating, room was clean, living area well kept and the pool OMG was warm, I loved every moment. Although the owner was not on the property during my visit, she was literally a phone call away, available all the time, which meant a lot. Initially I wasn’t sure about the surrounding area being safe but trust me when I say, the locals treated us like queens, you’re safe all the way around especially having Conroy as your guide. Bottom line, the Blue Paloma is a great place, I give customer service 5stars Andrea the owner 5stars for showing that she cares about her guest 5+stars for Conroy the Chef/transportation/tour guide and new friend. Great job, see you next year at the new location

This is a perfect place for travelers who seek to experience the feel of the country they're visiting, and at the same time enjoy luxury accommodations and 5 star service from a warm, attentive staff. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our walks to the town and beach, the refreshing pool, the ease of booking excursions and transportation, the authentic Jamaican breakfasts and dinners prepared by the in-house chef...I could go on and on. Do yourself a favor and visit Blue Paloma- it's a one-of-a-kind vacation experience. Thank you, Andrea!

Andrea & her staff go above and beyond to make sure you get the right blend of personal attention and space to enjoy your visit. The gated property is impeccably clean. The breakfast is top tier. Sun bathe by the pristine pool or lounge in the hammocks under the shady coconut trees. It’s a very short walk to shopping, atms, banks, juici patties, pharmacy, ice cream, etc. There’s a small quaint beach just 7 mins walk. If you have any questions or need assistance, everyone at Blue Paloma is ready to jump in and help you figure it out. It’s truly like a home away from home with the best of Jamaican hospitality. We will definitely be staying here again!

We can’t express how much we enjoyed our stay. The property was beautiful - clean, cozy and beautiful interior; gorgeous, gated property with lots of comfy and shady places to relax outside; a crystal-clear and well-maintained pool. Andrea was a wonderful host who you can tell truly cares about you and your stay. And chef Conroy not only blew us away every single morning with some of the tastiest food we’ve ever had, but also was very helpful in suggesting places to see, things to try, and routes to take. The Blue Paloma really became our home-away-from-home on our vacation, and we are so grateful to have spent our week in such a lovely place with even lovelier people. We will definitely be back :)

Staying at the Blue Paloma was like staying with family. Andrea, Mark,Melissa, Conroy and Ken made our visit exceptional. We booked the accessible room and it made my husband's visit very comfortable. No request was refused, they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. We enjoyed the excellent Jamaican breakfast every morning, the fruits from the property, especially for him, the Nesseberry. Thanks Markie for the jelly coconut. Thanks for the tips to get into town ( a 7 minutes walk) and the recommendations for restaurants in town for dinner. We enjoyed just chilling on the veranda off our room listening to the rain or the veranda out front. If u r looking for a place just to relax and chill, the Blue Paloma is the place. We will definitely be back, planning the next trip as I write this review.

It is very safe with gates and cameras to ensure comfortability. Do not judge by the road when driving up, it feels a little sketchy if you’re not from Jamaica, but the bnb doesn’t feel unsafe at all. The hospitality was AMAZING. Angela waited up for us even though we had car issues and got there late. The property is absolutely spectacular! Extremely clean and tasteful decor.

Loved it. Worth every penny. Locals are friendly, it’s like a part of the island to yourself. A must do if you aren’t a fan of resorts. Massage was one of the best I’ve had and I’m a massage therapist. When I say clean, I mean clean. Not a dust particle in sight, just a lovely experience from the moment we touched down.

It is very safe with gates and cameras to ensure comfortability. Do not judge by the road when driving up, it feels a little sketchy if you’re not from Jamaica, but the bnb doesn’t feel unsafe at all. The hospitality was AMAZING. BLUE PALOMA B&B in Lucea, Jamaica was an amazing experience. We stayed over a week in that wonderful place and were treated like Queens. The B&B itself is a large home surrounded by tropical trees with 10 spacious beautiful rooms, equipped with AC and fans. Beds are very comfortable, rooms are attended daily, and our 2 Queen beds room had a large balcony over looking the pool. Breakfast (included) was a feast of fresh fruits, fresh juices and local cuisine, different every day, and cooked to order. The pool was perfect, surrounded by tropical trees and featuring lounge chairs and a covered gazebo. The place was spotless, no matter what time of day, someone was alway cleaning or sweeping... ANDREA, the owner of this jungle gem was as kind as she could be, helping us navigate the different spots to visit in the area. We had rented a car, drove everywhere we could, and almost could'nt... (a little parenthesis about the roads...except for the main highway A1, they are awful and riddled with holes, but hat's another issue) OUR STAY at Blue Paloma was TOPS and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. It's located in between Montego bay and Negril, and if you like to drive around, it's the PERFECT SPOT to visit Jamaica. ONE LOVE !!! ❤️💚

From the moment I arrived, the staff ( Ms. Tanya) was most accommodating. Mr. Conroy, the Chef's food, was awesome and healthy. He also walked me into town and introduced me to the local residents. The rooms were nice and quiet. Very clean. Good Shower and AC. The TV was a bit complicated to use at first, but I got the hang of it. I will definitely be back. To save me money, Mr. Robert brought me back to the airport when it was time to leave. This was my first trip to Jamaica, and I truly truly enjoyed myself. the rest and relaxation, and the great hospitality that was extended to me.

Well appointed bed and breakfast style guest house is newer, with modern state of the art furniture and abundant ceiling fans. The rooms have very comfortable beds and include balconies. There is an excellent complimentary full hot breakfast made by the in-house chef, who truly knows how to cook authentic Jamaican food. The friendly couple who owns this guest house is super nice and welcoming. They're good people!

Let me just start by saying this is my Go-To place.whenever I’m in Lucea/Hanover I just Love the Blue Palomo upon arrival we were greeted by the owners Andrea/Mark with open arm’s .This is my 4th time returning to this amazing Bed & Breakfast (just keeps getting better) the location is perfect the home is so clean cozy and secure. my King Bedroom was spacious and amenities were amazing.Staff was very tentative and professional you can see the joy and dedication they have towards the guests. The chef prepared some of the best delicious authentic Jamaican dishes, I esp loved the different types of juices.. I highly recommend this lovely Gem

Blue Palomo is such a beautiful and wonderful place to stay. My fiancé and I and an amazing experience we met nice and friendly guests while staying at the bed and breakfast. The entire staff is always polite, cooperative and very helpful. Ms Tanya was very courteous with all our requests. The breakfast is served with great variety(juices,fruits..) The bed was comfortable with nice fresh linen. My stay at the Blue Palomo is always Great and I can’t wait to return.

The house is expansive and accommodated several guests quietly. The bedroom and ensuite were spacious, clean and modern. The on-site staff greeted us with a complimentary beverage and the check in process was smooth. The chef accommodated our Vegan breakfast request by preparing a combination of fruits, porridge, ackee and traditional food. Great conversation had with fellow guests! Definitely recommend the stay!

Staying at the Blue Paloma was like staying with family. Andrea, Mark,Melissa, Conroy and Ken made our visit exceptional. We booked the accessible room and it made my husband's visit very comfortable. No request was refused, they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. We enjoyed the excellent Jamaican breakfast every morning, the fruits from the property, especially for him, the Nesseberry. Thanks Markie for the jelly coconut. Thanks for the tips to get into town ( a 7 minutes walk) and the recommendations for restaurants in town for dinner. We enjoyed just chilling on the veranda off our room listening to the rain or the veranda out front. If u r looking for a place just to relax and chill, the Blue Paloma is the place. We will definitely be back, planning the next trip as I write this review.

This is a lovely bed and breakfast with verandas, a saltwater swimming pool, comfortable indoor and outdoor seating areas, and a beautiful dining table for delicious breakfasts and pleasant conversations. The welcoming atmosphere is truly very special. The owners and staff are so helpful in answering questions and meeting individual dietary needs. They created an environment in which I (and other guests) felt very comfortable and enjoyed sharing travel experiences and tips. The Blue Paloma is located on a quiet street and is in walking distance to the beach and the town center. After 14 nights, I was not ready to leave. Every day was wonderful.

Although I only stayed one night Mrs. Andrea and her staff tooke great care of us. The authentic breakfast, the warm and atmosphere. Mrs. Andrea connected us with a driver that stayed with us all six days including setting up an excursion for us outside of us staying at her property. The mere fact that she ate with us, talked with us, took pictures with us made my experience so wonderful in Jamaica. I will be back to visit.

We were looking for a non-resort experience in Jamaica and we found an absolute gem in The Blue Paloma. First and foremost, we were treated to world-class service from the moment we arrived. Every detail was considered and the rooms were immaculate. The daily 3-course breakfast was outstanding, prepared fresh on the guest's arrival at the table and featuring different cuisine every day. We also enjoyed a dinner cooked up by the resident chef and it, too, was excellent. The little town of Lucea was a short walk away and offered a change of pace from the hustle and bustle of Montego Bay, and a small beach. We also spent some time in Negril, a 35 minute drive away to get in some 7-Mile Beach time. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we thank Andrea and her team who took exceptional care of us while we were her guest.

We can’t express how much we enjoyed our stay. The property was beautiful - clean, cozy and beautiful interior; gorgeous, gated property with lots of comfy and shady places to relax outside; a crystal-clear and well-maintained pool. Andrea was a wonderful host who you can tell truly cares about you and your stay. And chef Conroy not only blew us away every single morning with some of the tastiest food we’ve ever had, but also was very helpful in suggesting places to see, things to try, and routes to take. The Blue Paloma really became our home-away-from-home on our vacation, and we are so grateful to have spent our week in such a lovely place with even lovelier people. We will definitely be back :)

I had a great stay at Blue Paloma and truly appreciated how welcoming and accommodating the everyone was. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. The owners are hands on and just amazing and friendly. When you leave it is like saying good bye to family. They go above and beyond to make your experience and stay unbelievable. Casual walk to town and the beach. Locals are very friendly. This is a place to truly relax and absorb the culture. The meals are authentic and delicious.

The property was wonderful, I had a welcome sign when I pulled up. The chef Conroy was great he made sure I was completely satisfied with every meal, offered authentic Jamaican cuisine for me to try every day. Tanya the house manager was very accommodating, room was clean, living area well kept and the pool OMG was warm, I loved every moment. Although the owner was not on the property during my visit, she was literally a phone call away, available all the time, which meant a lot. Initially I wasn’t sure about the surrounding area being safe but trust me when I say, the locals treated us like queens, you’re safe all the way around especially having Conroy as your guide. Bottom line, the Blue Paloma is a great place, I give customer service 5stars Andrea the owner 5stars for showing that she cares about her guest 5+stars for Conroy the Chef/transportation/tour guide and new friend. Amazing, Amazing, amazing. Andrea is such an awesome host, shes so kind and easy to talk to, relatable and helpful! Blue paloma is truly a little hidden gem, just minutes to the local town where you get to immerse yourself in the local culture, beach is also only a 5 minute walk which is an awesome bonus! Would highly recommend renting a little scooter to get around makes for a quick and efficient way to get from town to town. Blue paloma was clean, comfortable, relaxing, quiet all the things you could ask for in a private stay. Shout out to the chef Mr. Conroy who gave us the opportunity to try OX tail and was SOO good! Will definitely be coming back! Overall 10/10 would highly recommend the Blue Paloma for your next stay in Jamaica.

Would highly recommend renting a little scooter to get around makes for a quick and efficient way to get from town to town. Blue paloma was clean, comfortable, relaxing, quiet all the things you could ask for in a private stay. Shout out to the chef Mr. Conroy who gave us the opportunity to try OX tail and was SOO good! Will definitely be coming back! Overall 10/10 would highly recommend the Blue Paloma for your next stay in Jamaica.

Andrea & her staff go above and beyond to make sure you get the right blend of personal attention and space to enjoy your visit. The gated property is impeccably clean. The breakfast is top tier. Sun bathe by the pristine pool or lounge in the hammocks under the shady coconut trees. It’s a very short walk to shopping, atms, banks, juici patties, pharmacy, ice cream, etc. There’s a small quaint beach just 7 mins walk. If you have any questions or need assistance, everyone at Blue Paloma is ready to jump in and help you figure it out. It’s truly like a home away from home with the best of Jamaican hospitality. We will definitely be staying here again!

We were looking for a non-resort experience in Jamaica and we found an absolute gem in The Blue Paloma. First and foremost, we were treated to world-class service from the moment we arrived. Every detail was considered and the rooms were immaculate. The daily 3-course breakfast was outstanding, prepared fresh on the guest's arrival at the table and featuring different cuisine every day. We also enjoyed a dinner cooked up by the resident chef and it, too, was excellent. The little town of Lucea was a short walk away and offered a change of pace from the hustle and bustle of Montego Bay, and a small beach. We also spent some time in Negril, a 35 minute drive away to get in some 7-Mile Beach time. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we thank Andrea and her team who took exceptional care of us while we were her guest.

Staying at the Blue Paloma was like staying with family. Andrea, Mark,Melissa, Conroy and Ken made our visit exceptional. We booked the accessible room and it made my husband's visit very comfortable. No request was refused, they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. We enjoyed the excellent Jamaican breakfast every morning, the fruits from the property, especially for him, the Nesseberry. Thanks Markie for the jelly coconut. Thanks for the tips to get into town ( a 7 minutes walk) and the recommendations for restaurants in town for dinner. We enjoyed just chilling on the veranda off our room listening to the rain or the veranda out front. If u r looking for a place just to relax and chill, the Blue Paloma is the place. Excellent service and great staff, it’s like a home away from home, environment was clean and tidy, the room was clean, breakfast was excellent and in a communal setting where we were able to interact with other guests. The road leading to the hotel is not the best but once we got there was it was ok. Definitely would recommend it.

Grate place will definitely go back a bit away from everything but still only 45-50 minutes to Montego Bay or Negril it's right in the middle! Very friendly staff the breakfast was excellent 👌 beautiful pool Area & in general a very nice property the owners & staff definitely love the place & it shows 🙂❤️

BLUE PALOMA B&B in Lucea, Jamaica was an amazing experience. We stayed over a week in that wonderful place and were treated like Queens. The B&B itself is a large home surrounded by tropical trees with 10 spacious beautiful rooms, equipped with AC and fans. Beds are very comfortable, rooms are attended daily, and our 2 Queen beds room had a large balcony over looking the pool. Breakfast (included) was a feast of fresh fruits, fresh juices and local cuisine, different every day, and cooked to order. The pool was perfect, surrounded by tropical trees and featuring lounge chairs and a covered gazebo. The place was spotless, no matter what time of day, someone was alway cleaning or sweeping... ANDREA, the owner of this jungle gem was as kind as she could be, helping us navigate the different spots to visit in the area. We had rented a car, drove everywhere we could, and almost could'nt... (a little parenthesis about the roads...except for the main highway A1, they are awful and riddled with holes, but hat's another issue) OUR STAY at Blue Paloma was TOPS and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. It's located in between Montego bay and Negril, and if you like to drive around, it's the PERFECT SPOT to visit Jamaica. ONE LOVE !!! ❤️💚

This is a perfect place for travelers who seek to experience the feel of the country they're visiting, and at the same time enjoy luxury accommodations and 5 star service from a warm, attentive staff. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our walks to the town and beach, the refreshing pool, the ease of booking excursions and transportation, the authentic Jamaican breakfasts and dinners prepared by the in-house chef...I could go on and on. Well appointed bed and breakfast style guest house is newer, with modern state of the art furniture and abundant ceiling fans. The rooms have very comfortable beds and include balconies. There is an excellent complimentary full hot breakfast made by the in-house chef, who truly knows how to cook authentic Jamaican food. The friendly couple who owns this guest house is super nice and welcoming. They're good people!

Loved the authentic breakfast and freshly squeezed juice. The male chef took us into town and was so welcoming and kind. I appreciated all staff. We had a wonderful trip. Definitely will recommend to my friends traveling to Jamaica.

Andrea was absolutely amazing. I stayed one night at the blue Paloma and I was so cozy I didn’t even leave my room. The bedroom was nice. The air blows very cold which is perfect. I know I said it already but ANDREA WAS PHENOMENAL. I loved her energy and how welcoming she was to me throughout my stay. The rest I had was the best I had all vacation. To wake up to an authentic Jamaican breakfast was the icing on the cake. I can’t recall the chefs name but the food was soooooooooo delicious. The juice was fresh. I would say the road to the property was a bit rough but that is nothing against this property. I felt safe. I felt welcome. I felt at home in a place I’d never been. I highly recommmend this property for your stay in Jamaica. You will not regret it.

I had another wonderful stay at Blue Paloma. The property is beautiful, clean, well maintained, calm, and peaceful. This was my third stay and, again, everything was perfect- the staff was very friendly, the bed was so comfortable, the shower in the nice bathroom was great with hot water and good water pressure, breakfast was delicious, my swim in the pool was refreshing. My room had a covered balcony with chairs, and I enjoyed relaxing on the chairs by the pool. I'm looking forward to being back next year!

This bed and breakfast is top tier! The service was outstanding, and the ingredients were fresh and natural. Every morning, a chef prepared authentic Jamaican dishes, which made me feel truly immersed in the culture. The rooms were clean, and I was grateful to receive an upgrade to a larger room with a balcony. Housekeeping kept everything spotless, and the staff was incredibly friendly and always available when needed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Definitely will stay here again. Beautiful rooms. Great staff. Only thing weird was the plumbing. Oh, and a club not too far away that made it loud at night at times. Other than that, Tania was the best! The chef (Que, I believe) was great. Pool was pretty. 7 minute walks to the market or the beach.
