We would stay here again. Central location, nice decor, clean, super comfy bed. Front desk staff very average service. Only complaint is that there is a very strong scent/fragrance in the building, however, for people like myself that are very sensitive to these chemical fragrances it was over the top. The soaps and lotions are also high fragrance so bring your own if you are sensitive.

The hotel itself was very nice. However we planned our trip around Hotels.com information that the check-in time was 3 pm. When we arrived they told us the check-in time was 4 pm and that was the problem with booking through a 3rd party. Not helpful at all. Also they stated the party that was currently in our room had requested a late 4 pm check out and the room would still need to be cleaned. We were not able to check in until 5:30 pm. We also were told they charge for parking which is not listed at all in Hotels.com. They also charged for water bottles in the room. The price for the room was reasonable because they nickle and dime you for anything extra. We will not be staying here again.

The property is very modern and clean. I am giving it a lower rating because the $8 parking fee was not explicitly mentioned during the check-in process resulting in a charge 24 hrs after check out. The other issue was that the light underneath the luggage bench was always on and there was no switch to turn it off. Had to sleep with it on all night. It turns out that the light was plugged into the wrong socket instead of the primary light switch.
